We have sent a document to Jacob Zacharia, ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE, 3rd Floor, Puthanveetil Complex, Near Bus Stand, K.K.Road, Kanjirappally, Kottayam Dt, Kerala.
We happened to know from your Chamaraj Pet Branch that this document has gone to Hyderabad and docket no is B49926000.
And it is ridiculous to say that your people could not return the same to us till today.Since 5th I am behind your people.They could not trace the same.
This irresponsibilty and negligence cost a huge damage to our company.
