[Resolved]  railway booking counter at rohini sector-11 — harsh behaviour by counter clerks

On 27-3-08, I was waiting for booking railway ticket. The counter clarks (both the counters) was not behaving well. They are not guiding the public properly. Reply given by them was not at all audiable. (because of their age). They shout at every body and create unpleasent atmosphere. Since they (enquiry counter) were not guiding properly, a middle aged person has to loose Rs. 480/- (booked ticket by a wrong route and subsequently cancelled). A person from railway vigilance may please be deputed and watch for atleast 10 to 15 minutes to understand the problems faced by the public.

I fully agree with the facts. The Railway employees think that they are superior than anybody and do not give respect. After all they are to serve public only. They have agreement with Brokers who are standing in the queue with bulk of reservation forms with maximum names in each of the form. Without any hesitation they are oblidged by the railway officials. In case of general public they pronounce rules and procedures. Not only one Railway minister even thousands of ministers cannot make them straight.
I want to know complete address of reservation centers in rohini. Only sector given is half address.
