raj travel mumbai — i have cheated by brand name and director name Mr Lalit sheth 50,000 from july 2008 in the name of offering tour as the tour director

SUBJECT: REFUND OF MONEY DELAY OF ONE YEAR FOR PROGRAM STARTING
15 TH JUNE- 2008 FOR CERTIFICATE COURSE TO BECOME TOP NOTCH TOUR DIRECTOR..

Shree Lalit Seth

I enrolled for your certificate course to become top notch tour Director. On 27th May 2008. As per your plan I had attended 2 day workshop on essentials of tour Leader and also 3 days training in the office. The travel plan was for Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore with group under the guidance of professional tour leader. And course fee Rs.50,000/-
I had paid the fees thru cheque No 917184 credited on 29.05.2008.
After acceptance of the cheque it was different story my passport was held with you for Many months.
No news of the travel plan nor I had received any certificate for The course.
In case Raj Travel is not able keep the word and commitment of the course My money should refunded with immediate effect. Under right of information act.
Raj Travel should also pay a interest for one at rate of 18%.
Since One year there is only explanation of the delay.
I reporting the matter to the consumer court withing 15 days time JUST CASE I DO GET THE REFUND. Or ALTERNATIVELY arrange give DEPARTURE as agreed.
I still have great respect for Raj travel but money help up you I no alternative but take matter legally.
The way Your staff is handing me it is not right I just ignored at my cost.
ALL YOUR STAFF IS ANTAGONTIC TO THE COURSE
The Mananing Director Mr Lalith Seth have fradulently collected rs.50000 from me not provided any service which is promised and now there no response and upon visit your
office you are abusive and violently behaving towards me
sir your conduct is unfair and under UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE UNDER SECTION
2 OF ONE AND R OF CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT YOU ARE MULEADING ME WITH FALSE INFOMATION AND THERE ISDEFECT IN YOUR SERVICE AND YOU HAVE FAILED TO RESPONDE TO ME AND TWO YEAR OR LESS

HEREWITH IN INFORM ALL POSSIBLE GOVT AND NGO BOBIDIES REGARDING
I AM ALSO MAKING A POLICE COMPLAIN AGAINST YOU.

raj travel mumbai — they not providing flight they shown in itineray

we had booked a tour AMAZING EUROPE
11 Nights / 12Days for europe from shree raj travel and tour in the month of april for traveling in month of july for europe as they shown in there itineray (Your flight will be from Mumbai and it can be Jet Airways or Virgin Atlantic or Air India. Under special One Nation One Price you may choose to fly from any of the cities in India on a domestic flight and then board out of Mumbai) when we ask raj travel for this they are saying that it is only for delhi and ahamdabad passenger . we want a domestic flight from raipur to mumbai please help us in this link of raj travel http://www.rajtravels.com/intl/EUROPE%202009/AmazingEurope11N12D.asp
I had horrible experience this time in Raj Travels. Me and my husband had gone through Raj for international tour and it was good. So we thought of going to Thailand from Raj. We told them what our budget will be and that we want customised tours. But the whole tour was organised as per their conveinience. First of all they asked us to pay full amount at one go which other tour operator does not do. All the tour operator do give customer option of choosing from different hotels that we want to book. But in Raj they did not gave us option at all, when we told them that the hotels which they had recommended we did not like and would like to look at other options. These guys (at Kandivali office) did not revert only, my husband had made n number of calls to them. They assured us that hotel is 3 star and will be good. When we checked in to our Pattaya hotel it was very basic. The bathroom was stinking and the bathroom fittings were rusted. We were give an emergency number of Mr Dhaval at Thailand so we called him that we would like to change the hotel but what was offered to us was a 2star hotel in that also we were asked to pay 600 baht extra so we had no option but to stay in that hotel which they booked for us. When we landed in Bangkok from Pattaya to our surprise the local tour operator over there was not even aware of our itenary. We must have made atleast 20 calls (from international roaming) to find out waht is happening. It was by far our worst tour. IT WAS TOTAL MESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAJ FOR CUSTOMISED TOURS.
