[Resolved]  reliance com my reliance monthly scheme 799/- — double payment made but no refund

sir; on 15 01 2009 i got my reliance cell phone no [protected] re charged by paying rs 799 to ms prya computor at gog bar silvassa who paid the money to reliance com vide there modem no [protected]. incidentlymy son also paid rs 799 to ms sai mobile on same day due to lake of communication between us .mssaimobile also paidrs 799 to reliance comm vide ther demo no [protected]. but i gotrecharge of one month only according to reliance the money which i paid twice will be lapsed avd will not be refunded.this is wrong trade practice and i should get refund of rs799-
