[Resolved]  reliance hello and mobile phone — deduction o[censored]nsubscribed services

I am your customer of reliance hello phone no [protected] and reliance mobile no.[protected].
From the last one year i am phasing problem of automatically deduction of my credit funds with one reason or other like subscription of music ststion while till date we have not subscribed any such services any time and till date my account has been wrongly debited for almost Rs 300/- in hello phone and same is the position with my mobile phone. Please see the reason why this happens after some time again and again please see this missappropriation of funds in the account and credit the same amount in my both the accounts . Also arrange to send us acount statement of last one year of both the accounts atleast to see such wrong debits

i m deepak garg from raman distt. bathinda punjab.im the dealer of realiance communication and my demo no. is [protected]. on this caller tune has acctivated without my persmission and deduct money from my account and next day rs 20 has also deduct from my account next day rs 7. when i complaint against this problme at customer care. they tell me we solve the problme but not refund balance.plz tell but is my fault and why i m disturbing againg and again

I complaint about this to customer care several times but i have not got any response from them. To know my unbill usage i have to call to *222 and have to wait about 15min .I am facing a big problem. Please see about this above matter.I will be very thankfull to you
