Dear sir/madam
It is very shameful and unfortunate that companies like reliance with some malafide and ill motive have stopped payment of license fees and service charges for the use and occupation of my brothers's premises no. 51, Bhupen Bose Avenue, Kolkata - 7000 04. The said license agreement was executed in between the reliance webstore (P) ltd. and my brother Ronit agarwal on 09.04.04 upon certain terms and conditions. This is not the first time that such illegal incident happened. previously also they stopped payment for consecutive six months from the period June 06 to Dec 06. My brother livelihood depends upon license fees and service charges and non payment of the same have made his and his old parents life very miserable. repeated phone calls were made to Mr. Pradeep Sarkar Commercial Officer of Reliance Webstore having its office at 34, J.L. Nehru Road, Kol - 71 but the same fetched no results. Finding no option left I am constrained to lodge my complaint thru this forum and hoping for positive results for my brother and his old parents. Reliance Web Store — Non Payment
Sir/MadamWe had rented out our premises to RelianceInfo com and after a period of time they have suddenly vacated the premises without clearing the electricity department bill which is of appx 1.80lacs. They are not reponding to our complaints andtelephone calls. Pls look into the matter as the electricity dept is forcing us to pay the pending bills where as the connection is in the name of reliance and we have no involvement what so ever in the case.
