[Resolved] Rich Flames Indane Distributors, 3f / 156, N.i.t Faridabad — Misconduct Of Receptionist and Selling of LPG illegally .

I am atul bhatt and i am filing this compaint on behalf of my father. My father is a customer Of Rich Flames Indane Distributors whom address is 3-F/156, N.I.T Faridabad 121001,HARYANA. Our Card No is- 6124, Costomer no is-RF10839 and Sv nois - 1485098 which is register to Mr. Vinod Kumar. Yesterday was the date of booking of my LPG cylinder so i reach there at 10.15am and there attendent at the PALI agency said that the L.P.G is finish you have to come later. He gave me Rich Flames cntact no which is -[protected]. My father called at this no and the receptionist who picked the phone start talking so badly and so much harshly and when my father asked her name she banged the receiver down.
i want to ask some questions from the responsible authority of Rich Flames;-
1). I am confused and i am in anger simultaneously that how in a service industry a employee can abuse their customers?
2). We common person first have to book our LPG cylinder 10 to 20 days before then we have to take the receipts and cylinders from a far and just in opposite direction and when we reach there we are dashed again to home after saying that todays quota is finished. So how is it possible that after you booked our LPG on a particular day and on that particular day i am not getting my share so it means that somebody else who is more powerful than me and who is paying more than me had taken it before me?
3). If i fail to bring the customer card with me then your employees would ask me to come again with the customer card but i have seen many people who used to take 1 or 2 LPG cylinders without any customer card how this can be done ?
Sir i love my mother india and keeping that in mind i am hoping for some positive response and some firm and strict actions.
