[Resolved]  Rich Flames Indane Distributors, 3f / 156, N.i.t Faridabad — Misconduct Of Receptionist and Selling of LPG illegally .

Respected Sir,
I am atul bhatt and i am filing this compaint on behalf of my father. My father is a customer Of Rich Flames Indane Distributors whom address is 3-F/156, N.I.T Faridabad 121001,HARYANA. Our Card No is- 6124, Costomer no is-RF10839 and Sv nois - 1485098 which is register to Mr. Vinod Kumar. Yesterday was the date of booking of my LPG cylinder so i reach there at 10.15am and there attendent at the PALI agency said that the L.P.G is finish you have to come later. He gave me Rich Flames cntact no which is -[protected]. My father called at this no and the receptionist who picked the phone start talking so badly and so much harshly and when my father asked her name she banged the receiver down.
i want to ask some questions from the responsible authority of Rich Flames;-
1). I am confused and i am in anger simultaneously that how in a service industry a employee can abuse their customers?
2). We common person first have to book our LPG cylinder 10 to 20 days before then we have to take the receipts and cylinders from a far and just in opposite direction and when we reach there we are dashed again to home after saying that todays quota is finished. So how is it possible that after you booked our LPG on a particular day and on that particular day i am not getting my share so it means that somebody else who is more powerful than me and who is paying more than me had taken it before me?
3). If i fail to bring the customer card with me then your employees would ask me to come again with the customer card but i have seen many people who used to take 1 or 2 LPG cylinders without any customer card how this can be done ?

Sir i love my mother india and keeping that in mind i am hoping for some positive response and some firm and strict actions.

Sir I am registering this complaint on behalf of my Father Mr. G.K.Khatri.
We have shifted to new address 2484-FF, Sector 49, Faridabad. So, Shifted the GAS Connection from AARTI Flames to RICH FLames.
Now its been more than 2 months that we are asking them to give us the documents. But they are delaying with some idiotic reasons that Printer is not working. Mr. Malhotra (Owner) is suffering from fever and so on.

Please help us in solving this issue.

agencies make new rule if costmer given same empty cylender number who given by me last rifling then we rifil the cylender next time, you did not change your indane cylender with your brother, friends, indane cylenders
pl tell me this is govt rules
all india all gas agencies no budy folowing this rules only faridabad RICH FLAMES INDANE DISTRIBUTORS make the new rules

Complaint against Rich Flames Gas Agency at NIT 3 Faridabad.

I am also a customer of Rich Flames at NIT 3 in faridabad and the persons over there are not following any rules and regulation and also they do not talk to the customer properly.

I don't know who will guied them.

I have take two cylinders in three months and after that they said that your gas connection is not valid how come they have given me two cylinders.

My Name is Lalit Sharma and I am living in NIT 3 and my gas connect no. is 21469 What ever they want they say to the customer and this is not the way to behave with the customer.


i am agree as i too facing the same problem.
I do agree with the above complaints as we are also facing these type of problems every time of booking. They hang their phones most of the time. They always misbehave with the customers. Also their employees who distrubute the cylinders having no weigh machine, or having defective weigh machine. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

My name is Sameer Batra and my complaint is on behalf of my father who is a consumer of Rich Flames NIT 3.Our consumer number is 9744 RF-10755 and address is E-1555/Sector-49 Sainik Colony.
Our complaint is regarding late delivery of gas and careless attitude towards service by Rich Flame NIT 3.Every time it take more than a week to deliver the gas and helpline number on your receipt/[protected] is always not reachable.moreover language your team on agency number/[protected] uses it pretty nonsense.

Here i would like to request you to get the gas delivery part checked and corrected/as we are waiting for gas since 4th of FEB after successive registration and it seems hard to get the same.

Would also like to inform you that we are going launch a legal complaint/RTI and share the copy of this mail to media if we do get get any response by this Monday.
We would like to go forward with your service if you can get the same streamlined.
Hoping for a favorable response.ASAP.
