Respected sir,
I Ravikumar Thadhani recharged my rim no [protected] on 18/01/09 through retailer mobile no.[protected] with amount 399RS which include R to R free (whole day) & 175RS balance.
On 23/01/09 I got the message your balance is insufficient even R to R called blocked.
I made the complaint on *333 with complaint no 8666077 & now I got message on my no that this complaint has been resolved & there is no decrement found in your account.Till now my R to R calls also are barred which is free to me.
(Another complaint is made on[protected] on 23/01/09 on this with complaint no.30011096 & no result on that also)
