[Resolved]  RNG Motor Kanpur — Bad service After purchasing

Respected sir,
This is to inform you that i purchase a bajaj bike(pulsar 180 cc)
My veicle details are as follow:

Mfg dt.:-11/2009
Purchase date:-26-Nov-2009
Selling dealer:- RNG Motor Kanpur
I am facing some problems in that bike after 2 months of purchase which
Are as below:-
1) Gear problem (Never Solved Problem reasons Never parts have in company)
2) Battary Problem which now work after 90 days conversation for RNG Motor.
3 Gears not worked all the time.
I have shown too many time my bike to service station (RNG Motor Kanpur.) Regarding these above problems. The service station people misgude Me & didn't tell me the exact problem in bike & still i am not satisfied By the bajaj auto. I have told these problems of the general manager of That service station. By doing all these things i am mentally harassed. I Can't bear any more harassment regarding this.
So please take take some legel action on it.
