[Resolved]  Roshan kandwal & Company — Re.: Late payment & other charges


Dear Sir/ Madam.

This is in reference to our request no.[protected],[protected] and complaint no. [protected], and several times reminder to customer care officer regarding monthly statement, but no reply / any document received from your side today i.e. 12.07.09 I receivedStatement of my card payment outstanding Rs. 19096.00, once again contact to customer care MS.SAMEERA, to request to reversal the charges and membership charges so that I can make the payment in time, They were unable for the same.

I once again request to kindly reverse the above charges so that we can make the payment smoothly. otherwise kindly send the fresh statement as shown to remove the above charges do the card permanently closed. i will make the payment very soon.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
