this is totally fake offer and after getting clients details they ask for processing money and many people from some states of India bind in their traps, BE AWARE OF THIS TYPES OF OFFER

* Follow up suppliers contracts.
* Follow up invoices & custom & clearance, review required Reconciliation at the end of month, Adjust sundry creditors and handle payment to suppliers.
* Review the cash & settle all kinds of Advances.
* Hold the account of Co banks including all the foreign currency banks, making all the related transaction, follow up transfers& cks collection and prepare bank reconciliation at the end of each month.
* Review all suppliers’ accounts.
* Review and ensure that purchased goods / services are ordered under proper authorities and procedures.

* Review and ensure that purchased goods / services are only ordered as necessary for the proper conduct of the business operation and are ordered from suitable supplier.

* Review and ensure that all valid transactions relating to trade payable (Suppliers, Invoices, Credit notes and adjustments), And only those transaction, should be accurately recorded in the accounting records.

* Review and ensure that all orders should be authorized by a responsible official.

* Review and ensure that major items, Capital expenditure should be authorized by the general manager or financial manager.

* Review and ensure that check invoices and credit notes with the day books, the analysis is correct and check to accounts payable ledger.





* Review procedures for received purchase invoices. (Document preparation- scanning process).

* Received from payable operators a copy of all invoices, non booked into Ocean from employee which doesn't exist in the system.
* Collect the required information to create a new supplier.

* Review supplier contracts, terms of payment, payment, priority, invoices and payment currency.

* Review Facilitate the banking services to ensure the best service with the lowest cost.

* Review all cheques before signatures it by Financial Manager or General Manager.

* Review and ensure that we deduct the withholding tax according to Egyptian laws.( The income tax law no.91 for year 2005 ).

* Received from AP operators a request to up date to create or to add a new bank account assigned to a specific supplier (Supplier code, Name, Bank, Account data).

* Review procedures for manage supplier refund.

* Review procedures for create prepayment.

* Prepare all suppliers reconciliations.

* Prepare and review all suppliers reconciliations before signature from me ( AP Manager ) and cost control Manager.
