[Resolved]  SBI,TNTS BRANCH,KOL:40(CODE:5680), FAMILY PENSION — UNSETTLED FAMILY PENSION & POOR RESPONSE FROM BANK REGARDING SETTLEMENT TIME OF THE FAMILY PENSION

DEAR SIR,
AFTER SUDDEN DEATH OF MY HUSBAND ON 08/1/2009, I AM IN REAL CRISIS OF MONEY TO MAINTAIN MY DAY TO DAY LIFE. I HAVE VISITED SEVERAL TIMES TO THE BRANCH TO SETTLE MY FAMILY PENSION, SO THAT I CAN GET SOME AMOUNT OF MONEY ON REGULAR BASIS. BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE BRANCH. I HAVE VISITED SBI, CPPC AT VIVEKANANDA RD, KOLKATA ON 10/3/09 TO ENQUIRE THE REASON OF SUCH DELAY, BUT IN THE BRANCH MOST THE EMPLOYEES ARE FOUND VERY NON COOPERATIVE AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND ANY THING AND ASKED TO CONTACT SBI, TNTS BR(CD:5680), KOL:40.
NOW, I AM FEELING HELPLESS AND DO NOT KNOW WHOM TO REFER THE ABOVE ISSUE FOR EARLY SETTLEMENT OF MY FAMILY PENSION ?
WE ALWAYS FIND ADVT. IN THE DAILY NEWS PAPERS REGARDING "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER'S SERVICE" BY SBI, WHERE REALITY IS SOME THING DIFFERENT.
