[Resolved]  Scottish And Southern Energy — Poor Reception

Bsnl plans are really good but these falls out of sight when the questions falls regarding the extent and the availability of the services and so called Tower or Biased Connection problems whic leadfs to the declination of all merits.
Many a times while having an ISD call the line gets automatically hangs up giving a terrible problem.
The company should take into desired steps to combat such atrocities.

And to submit this complaint why you guys require the name of the company in which I am employed, yet I have given and I believe these listed problems will soon be tracked and will be taken care of...
