[Resolved]  Shapoorji Pallonji & company Ltd. — Grievance against MTNL bills

Subject :- Grievance against MTNL for incorrect assessment of telephone bill payments.

Sir / Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice a grievance, I have against MTNL. Due to an overlook I have not only paid my telephone bill personally by cheque, but the same amount has been auto debited from my ICICI account. However this double payment has not been adjusted in my subsequent bills nor has MTNL informed me of the same. This has been happening since July 2007.
I would request you to help me in getting the refund at the earliest which MTNL has not returned till date.
attached herewith details of the excess (double) payments made to MTNL from year 2007 to 2009
