[Resolved]  SHEETAL REFRIGERATION — Downloading Problem

I am a tikona broadband user. And I am using from last 4 month. Yes! The service of the tikona customer care cell is really useless. I had a problem of downloading error from tikona net and when I called to Tikona Care the executive he asked that your call is already attended and it shows close status in our system.
How it is possible that no one attended me and complaint is closed down this is little surprise for me also when I inquired about the person that who attended call, the answer of executive is that this is personal information and we cannot ask you about that and we are sorry to unconvyaniance. This is happen three time with me. I have three complaint ID but not attained single complaint by tikona.
