[Resolved]  smart recharge voucher — fake recharge voucher

my name is ER. Syed Munawwar Ali. I am living at bhopal in m.p state. i have purchased top up voucher of rs 96 from general store at koh-e-fiza in bhopal.That was fake. I have not recieved any balance from voucher.I am stuuned due to this bad event. SERIAL NO OF THAT RECHARGE VOUCHER IS 26077069.This voucher has been already recharged by another customer.Please kindly take some action on my complaint.my mobile no is [protected].
