[Resolved] SSV broadBand New Panvel Mumbai — Customer service is very worst
This is to all that my experiences with SSV Broad Band service is very bad.
Even though i am the customer of SSV from last 1 yr. Facing problem with my lan connection & after complaining the customer care executives are talking like an illiterate persons as we are in need of connection they don't need us as the customer. They are not having any manner, how to talk with the customer. Presently i am facing problem with my lan connection as it is getting disturbed when i am working may be some connections are loose because many times the connection getting loose from the where i was given the connection. Requesting many time to give the connection from the nearest distance to customer complaint executive from last 6 months no action is taken till now, that to after saying that we have already complaint regarding this they promise that there executive will attend with in 2 to 3 hrs. same day but we are waiting for there engineer from last 3 months but till date i have nor received a single call from there side.
From last 4 calls i am taking to Miss / Mrs Archana she again promise to send the engineer but she is not logging the complaint. & the IVR system says that there customer care executive is busy, They remain busy 24 hrs. in a day we are never connected to talk with there executive.
My advice to all plz don't go fro ssv service as its my personal experience till now. Now planning to shift to Tikona or other internet service provider.....
