[Resolved]  Stark communications private ltd — No proper ticket at parking lot - Bangalore

Place: two wheeler parking lot at indian railway premises, Bangalore.

I am a frequent traveler by train. when i went to park my bike in railway station's parking lot for about 30 minutes, I was given so called ticket which is hand written and no company name or date printed.
it was just a torn plain paper. when i asked about this to the in-charge over there I got very rude answer. They also asked me to pay 5 rupee for 30 minutes. I had no choice but paying whatever they ask for.

Last month my bike's indicator was broken. I got the reply 'we are not responsible'.
same was written behind the ticket.
If so, why should we park our vehicle in the parking lot?
if they are not responsible for the parked vehicle then why should we pay as parking fee?



I asked for the ticket for reference but they didn't bother to give.

Please do something to this.
