I am holding Sterling Magnum Tree's Future Assurance Teak equiry certificate bearing no K 9639 dated 08.11.95 acknowledged by company on 12.03.96.

As per company's commitment I was suppose to receive dividend amounting to Rs. 1575 and 6500 at regular interval. However I have not yet received which is overdue by more than 5 years.

I request you to look into it and resolve the matter immediately.

Dear Investor

I had invested in 15 trees and got info that the company's assets were frozen and case is going on. In the beginning of this year I contacted an advocate Mr. Gopal Krishnan @[protected]/[protected] through an investor friend of mine and got my invested money back less his (advocate)fees and charges within a short time. The info I got from my sources is Sterling tree magnum is unlikely to honour its committments to its investors. So I decided that something is better than nothing.

complaints apart let this forum help as to whom to apply and how whats the statutory position prevailing
to help and heal the investors

complaint is airing in vacuum we should receive some reply or be able to interact with co complainants and regulatory agencies/

My father invested some amount towards teak wood after 20yrs in sterling magnum tree. I tried several places can you guide me how to get the same? Please intimate at the earliest

I have also invested in Sterling - Teaquity Application No. – 5935 / Certificate No. – C988 / Sl No.- 0006150
31st May, 1993 for which the maturity after 20 years would be 30th May, 2013.
Have not heard any news therafter...

I am gopalaswamy from Bangalore and have invested in the above and certificate No.T47643 No.T47644 dated[protected] has matured on[protected] and in spite of sending a request for repayment by Regd.Post and by courier, the letter has been returned back with remarks" office in Eldams Road, Teynampet does not exist". Please let me know as to how to get back my investment.
