[Resolved]  Transcend 610 — product is not working

Dear sir,
I had perchased "1GB Transcend 610" mp3 player about 1 year back.Now it is not working, but they had given 2 year warrenty.When I consult the shopekeeper in Bangalore he said that, the product is not supplied or it is not produsing hence i can't do any thing.And also he is not respond correctly.The shop name is "Bangalore computers". Ihave also mailed to company but they have not replayed, so I am giving complaint.
Please check it.
