We are quite surprised to receive the disgusting actions fm a reputed Courier Service Co. like BLUE DART about whom most o[censored]s had very high confidence & trust. Probably, few odd nos. in your Organizations create such circumstances.
Please see the attachment (just rcvd to-day) and read through our initial mail below, dtd.14.01.2009 to note that pick up service fm our Office premise was stopped w.e.f. 11.01.09 without even verbal intimation to us. This action fm your end did put us through real inconveniences & heavy loss. We as your customer believe that your action was not right at all.
Now, please spare few more seconds to read the reply from Biswajit Das (Sr-Executive-Business Development), to our mail & note that he converted our regular p/up in to call up 15th Jan’09.
But by calling up your Customer Care No. & registering our pick up well before 1500Hrs. on a no. of days and no. of times after 15th Jan’09 – we got nobody at our office from your end up to at least about 1900hrs. for picking up the document. We had to then find alternative means for sending that through.
Now the letter of intimation (in the attachment) arrives.
FYI, now a days, we have been sending our man to your office with the parcel – but finding that very difficult too, as I have man-power of only three, in this Branch. Some can absent himself suddenly or take leave.
We are sending this mail due to frustrations as well & expecting an immediate reply with actions you are taking, mentioned there in. Appreciate give reasons why we should not proceed with further course for our inconveniences & incurred loss.

We would request you to call up our customer care number number 22881234 and register your pick up by 1530 hrs for the same day pick up or you can drop the package to our 24 hrs counter by 1800 hrs for same day connections.

After a long time again we are facing another problem regarding mail pick-up. You know that we have regular pick-up and FYI, our code 072181. From last four days nobody is coming from your end for pick-up. Today already I have talked to your Customer Service Dept., but according to them we are not registered in your record for regular pick-up. As a regular customer I think it’s a great harassment for us.
So, please look up to the matter and solve it asap.
