[Resolved]  Vasantham Mobiles — WRONG RECHARGE TATA DOCOMO (tata docomo 48 hours retailer side fooling system.)

Customer mobile no: [protected]
Wrong recharge date : 11/10/2009 time 9.45am ~ 10.00 am
Correct recharge amount: 30
I do wrong recharge amount: 3030
Transaction id no: TX[protected]
RETAILER CARE Complaint no: 795914


I want to recharge RS:30 to the above customer no but I type the two time as 3030 wrong recharged (RS:3030)

I complaint to Ec care with in two minutes (Complaint no: 795914) he say it will credited in 48 hours if the customer not used that amount. Customer started to use my amount so still now the amount is not come to my mobile no. Thanks to the tata docomo 48 hours retailer side fooling system.

In Vodafone we can return above RS: 50 wrong recharge
In airtel we can return above RS: 100 wrong recharge

I don’t want 3030
