[Resolved]  Veka India Pvt. Ltd. — Activation of 49 rental pack for my postpaid number

Hi,

I had bought a postpaid connection for my colleuge in the month of October. The plan is Corp FV19 as per the plan the STD charges are 2 rs/call i had requested to reduce the call rate so the vodafone representative asked me to activate a monthly pack of Rs. 49 per month so my STD call will be reduced to 1Re/call but at the time of log in he forgot to login this request to reduce the STD call rates. And now asking to get a pack of Rs. 99/month. Why should I pay 50Rs per month extra for reducing my call rates because its not my fault that he for got to log in. Please help me in this matter.
