[Resolved]  Vidyasagar University — Delay in reach

Respected Sir,
I Swaraj Kumar Sarkar, Research Scholar, posted a demand draft by EMS speed post from Kanchrapar post office to Prof A. Mukhopadhyay, HOD, Department of Zoology, NBU, Siliguri, last 21st November, 2008. But they received that envelope 2nd December, 2008 afternoon, when I present there.
Sir, I have faced so mach problem for this delay. I hope you will take proper action against it.
