Visa Credit Card — non receipt of cheque

i was given a loanof rS 35000 and i was supposed to get acheque in 2-3-= days say by 12 th june 08.
But i was not a t home for one . i came to know that couier man returned back. Nobody came thereafter. Will any body care from Standard Chatered Bank otherwise i will be charged with pricnipal and intt. without even getting the payment

I Hve not received my card till date

This is regarding my SCB creditcard for which i hv done already payment through cheq before due date.My statement date is 2nd of every month & due date is 24 so i have make chque payment on 13 only then in ur santacruz (w) branch in drop box then they have not received cheq & later on before one day of my due date inform me to pay immediately to pay cash bcz of not receiveg cheq. & tell to do the stop payment for the same chq ref bank.So i hv took immediate action infrom my bank to stop chq immediately & they charge for the same a Rs.50/- for stop payment transaction.
So i inform SCB customer care they firstly told me that the charges will be credit to ur a/c & then they r saying they only going to be reverse my late charges actually i have made payment earlier from therside no chque received so hw im going to be charge the late fee charges.
Regarding this i hv try to spoke to incharge / officer but they r giving excuse that there line is busy & put me on hold more than 15 to 20 minutes.
So this is the very bad expereience from ur bank.

Unnecessary i was suffring for making payment earlier. Better to close this card.If not going to pay my stop payment charges.This is not a question of Rs.50/- but whatever from ur side irresponsibility & misguide to customer.

So regarding this i[censored] can gve positive feed back with a my credit of my bank charges of stop payment.
