i am sandeep goyal, working in a surgical company. i had taken the membership of speed car help line for my scooter no. MP-07 KC 6693 in may 2010. my membership no. is NS-59474.At the time of taking membership these people have committed me to give the services within 25 mins. after the complaint. on the day of 18 June 2010 the gear wire of my scooter was stuck off at 11.00 a.m. at Surya nagar red light. then i call to speed help line no.[protected] and tell him about my problem and i also tell him i have to go to hospital it is urgent. But i wait for more then two hrs but there was nobody did come to me to rectify my problem. in between i have called to this office many time and every time they told me the boy is already left. At last i have called my mechanic and got my scooter repaired. When i reach the hospital the patient is passed away because of not reaching the goods on time. after that i again call back to speed and tell him to cancel my membership and return my money back then the person has told me all of these decisions are taken by Mr. Ranjeet. you contact him on his mobile no. [protected]. i called on this no. more then 100 times but this person is not ready to pick any phone. then after i called to his office and tell them about all this incidents they told me you give us your no. we arrange to make call back within 10 mins. but today more than 32 hrs passed on but there is no any reply for that side. so you pls look forward the matter and take an action against the Waris auto services pvt. ltd. otherwise i will force to take an serious action against him.As this matter is very serious. someone has lost his life because of their negligency.

This is a cheater company. First of all while selling their product, agent will give you 18 months service at the one year membership fees, but when you register(activate) by calling their centre, they simply say you are being misguided and we will give you only one year service
Even 12 months service commintment, they don't provide you even a single service in complete 12 months
When you call any of their numbers[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) they will say we are busy and we will not be able to make committment of 30 minutes, you will have to wait for 90 minutes.
For a person standing on roadside, agrees to wait for 90 minutes also. But they never turn up before 2.5 hours that too after calling 10 times.
This is a useless service being provided by Waris auto services (http://www.speedcarhelpline.com/) and I would advise anyone going for this to think 10 times before purchasing this because I fee cheated .
