[Resolved] Washing Machine Model: WP 9250 — L.G. Product is not into operation
I purchased a Washing Machine Model WP 9250 of L.G. from M/s Arvee Enterprises, K/46A Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-24, Ph. No. 29833782 vide their invoice No. J44 dated 11/Apr/2008 for the marriage of my nice Ms. Chanchal D/o Mr. Om Parkash Sharma, House No. 50, Kilokri, New Delhi-14.
It was sent to the new residence of my nice and there they opened the packaging and found that some accessories were missing. We spoken M/s Arvee as well as Mr. Kirshanan of M/s L.G.and informed them the situation. They sent a rep. who found that in the absence of the necessary accessories, machine can not be put into operation. He assured that the same will be sent very soon. Sir, two months have gone but nobody has turned up so far. The machine is lying in the corner of the house as a garbage from the very day it purchased. The in-laws are also making difference statements about the product of L.G. and to the nice. The intention of spending money in purchasing the product of LG is trimpling faith.
You are requested kindly to spare some of your valuable time and make arrangements to send some one to get the machine into operation.
