[Resolved]  Well Products Industries Ltd. — Hidden Charges of ABN Amro Bank

It is basically the fact that ABN amro bank has its hidden charges changing with time. At the time they first offered us the credit card they gave us a balance transfer Rs. 15, 000 with charges as they explained us on d phone, Not a penny extra. Thinking that it was a real good bank, this time we took a Balance transfer of Rs.50, 000 on reducing basis. We had a talk with d customer service executive & made a detailed discussion of d applicable charges on d balance transfer. But on receiving d statement this time we found that we had been charged 3.5% surcharge on every transaction that we had made..whether it be buying grocery or purchase of fuel. On inquiring regarding the said issue they told us that if we had any of d out standing balance transfer in our a/c then this charge was applicable(despite of paying the processing fees for the bal. transfer) ...then wht on d earth does reduced basis bal. transfer mean...????
