My videocon d2h set top box was not working. There was some software problem.
I called there toll free number and described the problem. They told that it is a problem which can't be solved from our end. U need a technician service for which rs 200 will be charged.
When the technician came, he sorted it out in only 1 minute. Only the problem was of system refreshment. Technician told me that u have to press only 4 buttons from...

Customer ID:[protected] They have mentioned DD Sports channel as number 435, it's actually showing DD Sports 2.0 which is not broadcasting Olympics. DD Sports 1.0 is broadcasting Olymics. They want us to activate channels for Sony Six which shows Olymics and is not free. When ever we call and complaint about this issue, they drop the call, I have tried 5 times already....

I have recharged the d2h account but the channels are not displaying yet....

I have register a complaint regarding my setup box as I is not working on 21/07/2021 . Till time your service engineer doesn't got the time to visit at my place and resolve the issue and i have called your customer care lot of time but don't get any satisfactory answer, I am thinking that vediocon d2h has getting lot of new customer that why they don't require the existing customer. According to me it's better to switch to any other service...

On 18th July 2021 online recharge for videocon d2h customer Id 89250604 not effected but payment debited from bank account. Reference to customer care did not resolve the issue....

So many complaints were made but my problem was not solved, , mu id[protected], and requested the company to pay my balance amount, the costumer care executive explained that the service technicities will visit with in 24 hours, to day i fed up and requesting you to solve the issue...

From the last five days my Videocon d2h dish is not at all working properly with some channels showing no signal error or channel error, channel not subscribed and even some channels merging with another like showing different channels in Kannada channel numbers. And I looked up their official Twitter handle and so many people are facing the same issue and when I called the customer care, they responded by saying that they are going to send...

Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of Rs. 174 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 10 days for no reason. I have complained to customer care but said deduction...

I have lost my old RTN number but to change RTN to new number in account it requires to enter OTP sent on old RTN number so I am not able to change the RTN number...

Same here. In the last 3 days, I have received 170+ calls from 38 different numbers, and every time, a new person keeps calling. I am tired of blocking so many numbers. I received one call and they are so stupid, they don't care if we ask them to stop. They keep calling. They ensure to start at 10:02 in the morning and do not stop till 19:28 in the evening, daily. Imagine, 170 calls in 3 days and imagine how many calls per day.

I'm using videocon d2h for last 3 years, my Customer ID is[protected].Suddenly from yesterday I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available only for few channels like DD National, SET HD and many other channels. But I am able to view some of the channels . for fixing this i am being asked Rs 200 to a service engineer visit, this is absolutely not acceptable. Why do I need to pay Rs 200 to him for no fault of mine....

No response for service requested via email. Even there is no auto generated mail. There is no easy way to contact for service....
