Dear Sir/Mam,

This is Suraj, I have booked 1 product from the Samsung shop for the first time product booked by Delhivery courier against AWB NO[protected], but the courier reached my city on dated:-22.05.2022, on Sunday morning I have received 1 Girl's call name is Rajni ([protected]) for Delivery but she says we have delver the courier in Evening. but in the evening she did not deliver the courier, again call on Monday morning, she shared with me another person number name is Arjun([protected]), she says will deliver on Monday, but till the time I m not received my courier, I am trying many calls to Mr. Arjun he did not give me proper response and did not pick my call, this is my first Experience with your Team, it's very bad, so please help me in an exceptional case, my courier is very urgent for me, please take action on a priority basis.

    My package was supposed to be delivered on 7th May 2022. However, i received no call from agent or any OTP for delivery. Upon checking with the tracking details, it said "Delivered". I raised a complaint saying i had not received the package.

    They have now updated the package status as "Lost". No one is replying to the emails either .

    Either refund the order amount (INR 699) or find my package and deliver it safely.

      The delivery partner has not delivered my product to me and claims that the product was delivered to me. The delivery partner did not even make a call to me. I'm not aware of how can the delivery partner hand over the product to someone without requesting for the OTP. When I checked in the Delhivery website using the AWB number [protected] it shows that the delivery has been done yet I didn't even receive any call. When I raised a complaint in their website I received a call from concerned person and he said that the delivery was made to wrong address and they can not claim it back and asked me to raise a complaint again to receive refund. But when I visited their website it says that they don't take complaints after one week of delivery. How on earth will I get my refund ? These people don't have a sense of responsibility. I still don't understand on how can the Delhivery partner can deliver a product without requesting for an OTP and identify verification ? I have a feeling that the delivery partner has not delivered the product and kept it to himself since my product was a Welcome Kit for my new job from my organization. I sincerely request whoever is responsible to get me my product as early as possible. Since this is a welcome kit from my new organization and it is of more value since they won't provide me another one.

        On 23rd May 2022 I received my delivery which was delivered by Mr. Praveen. I was asked to make payment of ₹2800. First he told me to pay to Delhivery Private Limited UPI Id, first thr payment failed as the amount it requested was ₹997 but the third time I typed ₹2800 and made the payment but the delivery person told that they did not receive the payment. I had to make it again to his personal UPI id and the payment was successful. In other words, I was debited twice. Please provide refund for my payment to Delhivery Private Limited ₹2, 800.

            I’m really losing patience with tracking my shipment and need immediate delivery by today. My tracking number is[protected]. It has been showing “short shipment”, and now “unexpected scan” for 2 days now.
            Please expedite at the earliest! This is really poor customer experience, and will never consider it for future.

            Can I get a response from Delhivery team please?!?! Today, received a message that my number was unreachable, but NOONE has tried to call me ever since!!! I am in a full network area and haven't missed any calls. This really goes to show the lows that the company can stoop to make the customer feel at fault, and continue the harassment. #boycottdelhivery

              Hi, I have used delhivery direct on 8th May to courier an item to a friend with tracking id[protected]. After 15 days, its not delivered yet and the estimated delivery date is updated everyday.When contacted through email and twitter, I just got standard reply of 'Internal escalation to deliver on priority'.
              It's been 5 days since the above message was shared but have not heard back or received any update in spite of multiple follow ups.It's an urgent item that was needed and so used delhivery thinking it will be a reliable service.
              it's a complete let down.

                I placed an order for a mattress from sleepyhead's official website. Unfortunately their delivery partner is Delhivery as I have no track of my order. Their delivery guys are so unprofessional as they mark that the delivery was attempted but they couldn't reach the customer. I stay at home 24*7, how is that even possible. I have no track of my order, am suffering because of no delivery being made and moreover this Delhivery has no source to reach out to their customer care.

                  All the shipments to my address are not being delivered. They are not even contacting me and returned the products after keeping with them for few days. The worst thing is that they didn't even have a customer care number to contact. In mails they will just reply that sorry for inconvenience, your product will be delivered soon. After few days they will just update your product is returned due to operational issue. Seems like they have operational issues 365 days in a year.. suggest to close business in this area so that some other will do that.

                  2.[protected] for this I made a loss of 700 as it EMI order even though I got refund I had to pay processing fee and interest

                          The delivery agent says that the product was declined by the receiver whereas the product never reached my doorstep. I tracked the parcel and it is showing that it is in transit. I tried contacting the retailor as well and i am not getting the response from their side as well.(the souled store)

                              I had a very bad experience with Delhivery service, I've Sended a package to Surat Gujarat on 5
                              5th may 2022 and the estimated delivery was 11th may. After few days i got a sms from them... saying your order is out for delivery on 9th may morning, so i thought i would get it that day but I haven't and they marked it delivered, so i contacted delhivery near me and they gaved me the contact details of Delhivery in Surat falsawadi. I whatsapped him, shared the tracking id he Said it's delivered and when i asked for POD he blocked me and not picking up my calls

                                Delhivery refused to deliver refrigerator to my home. I ordered refrigerator from Amazon for rupees 19290. Refrigerator reached city bageshwar on 17/05/2022 but they are not delivering it to my home only 8 km away from city. My address is village Bijorijhal PO Rawaikhal District Bageshwar. Uttarakhand. I contacted the delhivery agent he said that they have no vehicle to deliver refrigerator. Today is 21/05/2022 still my refrigerator is undelivered. I had already paid online 19290 rupees to amazon. What can I do now.

                                  I have repeated facing issues with this company logistic services, i am frequent user of ecommerce sites and order many thing online, many ecommerce's websites and delhivery has been logistic partner for the same. When ever a ecommerce partner chooses delhivery as a logistics partner i had been facing issues either it is delivered very late or returned back after a long wait. The latest example is in the attached and i had faced many as such issues in the past like Flipkart order, Nykaa order and its really annoying me and want to know when they cannot delivery why the hell they pick the product up? and unnecessary i have been impacted in a big way like delayed delivery, product not reaching when needed, paid more money when i reorder the product. This is really ridiculous service and unfair/unethical trade practices is what i feel. In the past i used to recommend for many to them for logistics and these days i am not instead prefer bluedart who service is world glass and punctual/trustable.

                                    I ordered prepladder notes which comes through delhivery and the delhivery boy handed me the parcel on road which was about 1 minute distance from my hostel..I asked him to drop it by my gate because it was heavy for me .but he denied and says me bad words and went away
