I have booked a pickup parcel from Gwalior to satna by delhivery and after some days when i got msg that today parcel will be delivered but no parcel came then i went to delhivery wear house and found that my parcel was not present there and they assure me to give them 2 days for issue resolving next day i got msg of parcel delivered.
I went a lot of times to delhivery wear house but still they are unable to track my parcel and i issued...

More then weeek have to complete and their team cannot replying for my issue please help me i have 7000 product and they losted my product...

Hello, My shipment status show the status delivered on 29/10/2022 but it's still not delivered or It delivered at wrong place. The waybill numbers are[protected] and[protected] . I have a proof of CCTV footage also there is no deliveryman came on delivered time. One more thing How they can delivered with the OTP....

My Shipment status showing Delivered, but actual it's not delivered. I think deliveryman has delivered at wrong place. Second thing how they can delivered without OTP. I have CCTV footage also, no deliveryman came to my home for delivery....

My package had arrived at the nearest delhivery facility on November 10, 2022 and it has not been delivered yet!
The delivery of the package is being rescheduled without my consent.

Ordered some eatables from haldiram through their website on 19.10.222. Received message your order number [protected] shipped with AWB#[protected]. After two days I tracked the shipment it shows out for delivery but not received. When I checked the status shows verification call failed but no one calling me from delivery team. After few days the tracking status changed as due to security reason your shipment returned to sender. Till today...

Everyday, when I check from your website, you guys always schedule the delivery date for next day. It's happening from last 5-6 day and due to this my refund for the same would not process due to your shipping delays.

We've received a mail regarding our package which was lost in transit.

This is not the first time that this has happened. We would like a refund atleast of the package.

We've tried to mail a lot of times regarding lost packages but haven't received anything yet.

Everytime you say to raise issue on platform but after doing that we get no...

Inspite of repeated follow ups, my courier has not reached its destination in Delhi. Each day while I try to track my courier status, it shows further delay by another day. This is ridiculous. Delhivery courier service is pathetic and most unreliable.

Also their contact number[protected] is not accessible! Why do they put such numbers on website for contact which never get connected by the customers?

Tracking Details for id:[protected] have changed overnight. Whereas on 09th Nov 2022, it showed estimated delivery time as 10th Nov 2022 10:30 to 18:00 IST. Today on 10th Nov 2022 07:45 IST it is showing estimated delivery time as 11th Nov 2022 IST. What is the cause of this delay? How many times will delivery be pushed back without any evidence of attempted delivery / communication from the delivery person? I have no response on support...

Delhivery (id:[protected] claims delivery attempted, customer not available. I am available. Delivery person did not attempt to contact me. I am available and I did not receive any communication except automated call claiming delivery attempt failed....

Courier received from the RBL bank has been not delivered to us but the status mentioned delivered from the courier side...

On 18th Oct 2022, I couriered a bag ( parcel) from MecLeodGunj-Dharmshala to Bangalore. I pre-booked the pickup and updated the destination details. It is not delivered to date (after 21 days). I have been raising multiple support requests but no response from the company. The parcel's last status was on 20th Oct saying" Parcel received at Bilaspur-HR".
