      I booked flight Hyderabad to kolkata for 20th November by mistake but I wanted it for 21st

      Called on same day at 4 pm.. called EMT.. wrongly referred me to Airindia
      Airindia referred back to EMT
      Called again to EMT at 7 pm
      Assuredof full refund
      Dint guide through the procedure
      I asked for mail or link which I need to complete but didn't helped me

      When I cancelled
      They are telling I selected wrong option so zero refund

      My 8500 rupees gone
      They could have clearly told no refund

            On 08oct 21, I booked train ticket from Bareilly to Delhi and also payment have been successfully made.

              I've booked 4 Spicejet air tickets through Easemytrip on 17th September 2021 and journey date is 14th October 2021.Unfortunately due to an emergency I cancelled my tickets on 1st of October 2021 and got shocked by getting a refund of Re.1 on my account.When I enquired about it on the same day, I didn't get proper reply from customer care. Actually they charge Rs 1585 as cancellation per ticket which is very high and they steal Rs.6340 as cancellation charges from me which is totally unfair.Please look into this matter and stop such fraud. I need proper refund .

                      I have booked a train ticket from Sealdah to New Delhi today which is scheduled for 8th of November.                         Flight Booking id EMT68969033 cancelled and i applied the refund around a year ago still I didn't get the refund, if i ask with airlines they told me to contact your travel agent, regarding this refund issue i speak with the customer support around 50 times but they are not giving any proper response to the customers suppose the issue is continue they will lose the golden customers please take necessary action and initiate the refund as soon as possible

                                Booking Tickets for my mother from easemytrip company was biggest mistake of my life. The Airaisa airline as returned the ticket amount due to Easemytrip.com for flight cancellation yet they have not process the amount back to me. It has been an year since this. I had multiple follow-up calls to customer care but all i could is 72 hrs timeline every-time

                                      This is in regard with my trip booking id EMT70631161 / PNR:-Y512K of an domestic flight travel date was 03 Jul 20 and due to covid reason we were not traveled that time. Now since weeks, I tried to reschedule this trip, There is a technical issue with the website which prevents me from rescheduling my flight at ANY date. I always get the same error message "Oops! No flights found.", no matter which dates I put in. As i checked with Air india it has provided option for date change/reschedule for covid time bookings upto till 31st Dec21.
                                      When i checked the with air india regrading the issue they updated me that EMT has raised refund request and the amount was already refunded to EMT. How could EMT has raised a refund request with out my knowledge/confirmation . As per them there was an order from Supreme court on Oct'20 stating all travel agents need to refund all amount to customer irrespective of their confirmation immediately. Even if it is true why EMT has not refunded me the amount at as per supreme court order what they are saying.. I want to know if i have an option to reschedule my flight till 31st Dec'21 how can they raised a refund request with out my confirmation as im in an impression that i can reschedule my ticket at any time till 31st Dec21.

                                      Even if suppose they have raised refunded request on behalf of me how could they keep that amount with them with any update to customer.

                                      I'm not sure how you guys loot in all the possible ways from custemers, here is one more example I have finally compromise and initiated to refund my amount as per your request and I was surprised I have received I will get amount of 411 after applying all the charges. I want to understand as per your message this service was cancelled by airlines and you have already claimed my full amount from airlines with out my consent almost a year back and kept with you these many days. And as you were forced me to claim refund as there is no other option I have claimed it and I received 411 out of actual amount around 6600. Attaching screenshot.
