I just booked 2 train tickets from Guwahati (GHY) to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) on 2nd September 2021 with train number - 02423 ( Dbrg Ndls Ac Spl )

even though the money (3194.40 rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service...

Money Deducted but PNR not provided for Train ticket

I have booked a ticket from Saharsa(SHC) to Ranchi(RNC) for 2nd September 2021 with booking id- EMT86507849 but didn't got the PNR for this ticket. There is no option for the pending entering IRCTC credentials later on and my money got deducted....

Not complying with Air India reschedule policy

I had booked a flight from Trivandrum to Bangalore for 31st August. I wanted to reschedule the flight to September 10th from Kochi to Bangalore. According to Air India rescheduling policy they allow one free rescheduling till 30 September. Even after mailing them the Air India policy they refused to reschedule my flight because of which I had to cancel that caused huge losses to me. I want to know why the rescheduling was not carried out...

Refund EMT68969033

Booking id EMT68969033 i giving a refund request around a year ago still they are initiate the refund, regarding this issue i speak with the customer service around 20 times still they are not taking the proper action to solve the issue. I completely disappoint about the ease my trip booking service they are not care about the customer satisfaction, this may continue they will lose the customers please take necessary action about this refund...

Refund not provided by Ease My Trip against a cancelled ticket

Address:Easy Trip Planners Ltd. Delhi. Building No. - 223, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi - 110092 (India)

Ease My Trip (EMT) was holding a credit shell of Rs 8, 992 for me against PNR YBQWNM (airline SpiceJet) which I used along with an additional payment of Rs 500/- to book return tickets for Hyderabad - Kolkata (PNR F6Q8SY). These tickets were manually booked by EMT agent (on July 2nd, 2021) as bookings using credit shell cannot be made directly by the customer through EMT portal. Dates of travel were Friday Aug 20th with return from Kolkata...

Every time I call or mail, they say 5-7 days, but still amt is not credited.
It shows their irresponsible and careless attitude towards customers, where refund is concerned.
I have sent numerous mails, updated bank details many times, called customer...

Worst worst website

Such a worst booking service..I cancelled two tickets which cost around 9.4 k the refund is oly 200 ..and tat too 15 -20 days prior to the ticket date..

I need proper refund trying to contact customer care no proper response ..

And I am using this booking for first time ..and due to unavoidable situation cancelled it ..but the fee is horrible I don't recommend this .com for anyone ..and I need my refund properly...

Full refund not initiated

I had applied for a refund for booking id EMT71170758, EMT71169800, EMT71170868 for your flight booked from DME-COK on THU-02JUL2020. I have received an incomplete refund for the above 3 tickets. I had paid initially and then there was a fare difference of INR 5814 per ticket for the confirmation of the ticket for which I paid again. I want the fare difference price to be refunded as soon as possible. I have been in contact with the Easemytrip...

Wallet amount for new booking

Since last 1 week, I raised this issue to customer care that for my new bookings I am not able to use my wallet amount . I have rs 16, 252 in my wallet of easymytrip and I fed up with this thing. Every time I called customer care, they said you have to wait 24 -48 hours to resolve this issue. Could you tell me what do you want to do with my money. Am I able to use it or not.

Ticket cancelled and refund not credited to my account

Ticket PNR H9QVV, Booking ID EMT85205312, this ticket was booked on 30th July'21 and this ticket was cancelled on 31st July, 21. But did recieve refund amount till now. Called customer care number, but have not got confirmation of refund date . They was passing buck to airlines. please refund the amount on immediate basis....

Transaction Amount - 5049 (Debited thru Credit card)
We want refund of Rs 5049 Dt 12.07.2021 paid to Hotel - Hotel ITC Maratha Mumbai.
As per hotel, They didn't receive any booking confirmation.
Against the same we didn't receive any Invoice or Voucher.
