An amount of ₹ 5548/- was debited from my EMT wallet on 26th February 2021, and is not yet credited to my bank account, even after 6 months.
Every time I call or mail, they say 5-7 days, but still amt is not credited.
It shows their irresponsible and careless attitude towards customers, where refund is concerned.
I have sent numerous mails, updated bank details many times, called customer service and whatsapp chat several times, but it's of no use.
The amount is credit that I received from airlines towards refund for cancellation.It seems like EMT has no intention of returning my money to me.
It's really disappointing that a company of such high stature is troubling a genuine customer for mere ₹ 5548/-.
It may not be a big amount for them and I may not be a valuable customer for them, but the amount is not small for me.
And to add to all this, they have stopped replying to my mails. I have been mailing them regularly, but sorry to say, they aren't even bothered. It's really sad but I have had a really bad experience with this company and makes me doubt their reliability and credibility.
