I have tried to book train ticket. Ticket was not booked. But amount was Debited three times. Please refund my Debited amount.

    I have tried to booked a flight from Pune to Imphal for 25th sept, amount of Rs 25266 has been debited from account but booking is not done...Please assist on this issue.

      Flight Reschedule/refund

      This is in regard with my trip booking id EMT70631161 / PNR:-Y512K of an domestic flight travel date was 03 Jul 20 and due to covid reason we were not traveled that time. Now since weeks, I tried to reschedule this trip, There is a technical issue with the website which prevents me from rescheduling my flight at ANY date. I always get the same error message "Oops! No flights found.", no matter which dates I put in. As i checked Air india...

        Flight reschedule

        This is in regard with my trip booking EMT85790825 / PNR:-TND4ED of an international flight. Since weeks, I try to reschedule this trip, but numerous calls and emails, even to the CEO, didn't help. There is a technical issue with the website which prevents me from rescheduling my flight at ANY date. I always get the same error message "Oops! No flights found.", no matter which dates I put in.
        I tried to reschedule the flight by email...

          There is no option for flight rescheduling in the ease my trip app and website. I raised a complaint several time through email and over call. Almost 10 emails I sent and 6 times called them over phone. From past 3 days, I couldn't able to reschedule my flight and now the price is sky-high. I have never seen this type of pathetic service and I will not recommend anyone to use ease my trip.

            I just booked 2 train tickets from Guwahati (GHY) to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) on 2nd September 2021 with train number - 02423 ( Dbrg Ndls Ac Spl )

            even though the money (3194.40 rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
            I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all I want is them to confirm my tickets.

                  I had booked a flight from Trivandrum to Bangalore for 31st August. I wanted to reschedule the flight to September 10th from Kochi to Bangalore. According to Air India rescheduling policy they allow one free rescheduling till 30 September. Even after mailing them the Air India policy they refused to reschedule my flight because of which I had to cancel that caused huge losses to me. I want to know why the rescheduling was not carried out and provide sufficient compensation for my losses.

                        Booking id EMT68969033 i giving a refund request around a year ago still they are initiate the refund, regarding this issue i speak with the customer service around 20 times still they are not taking the proper action to solve the issue. I completely disappoint about the ease my trip booking service they are not care about the customer satisfaction, this may continue they will lose the customers please take necessary action about this refund

                            Ease My Trip (EMT) was holding a credit shell of Rs 8, 992 for me against PNR YBQWNM (airline SpiceJet) which I used along with an additional payment of Rs 500/- to book return tickets for Hyderabad - Kolkata (PNR F6Q8SY). These tickets were manually booked by EMT agent (on July 2nd, 2021) as bookings using credit shell cannot be made directly by the customer through EMT portal. Dates of travel were Friday Aug 20th with return from Kolkata on Sunday Aug 22nd. Evidence of tickets booked by EMT agent have been shared in the numerous mails that I have sent to EMT customer care mail box ([protected]@easemytrip.com)

                            As SpiceJet had rescheduled the flights (Flight on Aug 20 was moved to Aug 21st and return flight was advanced from 10 pm to 11.20am), I am seeking a full cash refund of Rs 9492 (credit shell of Rs 8992 + additional payment of Rs 500) to my bank account from EMT. I have already spoken to SpiceJet and they have confirmed cancellation of my ticket and refund of Rs 9492/- to EMT. On their web site also the ticket shows as cancelled and I have a screen shot of the same.

                            I have already explained this to so many of EMT customer care agents as well as to Mr. Kapil Sabharwal, senior supervisor at EMT who had assured me refund would be processed.

                            It is utterly frustrating to state that despite numerous mails, follow ups explaining the case every time from scratch to customer care agents I am still waiting to receive a refund of Rs 9492/- which is rightfully due to me.

                            I have submitted all the evidence to Ease My Trip and they have acknowledged but are yet to make the refund.

                            There is no revert from Ease My Trip on my complaint which was posted on Sep 1st, 2021. Follow up phone calls to them have also had no result. They continue to hold back on refund amount of Rs 9492/- which is legally due to me.

                            I still await any action/refund of amount to me. SpiceJet has confirmed refunding the amount to you on Aug 4th, 2021. Why should you be holding it with you ?

                            Clearly your processes are broken and your customer care agents ill trained for making refunds against tickets booked using credit shell.

                            Please pass this refund to me without any further delay.

                              An amount of ₹ 5548/- was debited from my EMT wallet on 26th February 2021, and is not yet credited to my bank account, even after 6 months.
                              Every time I call or mail, they say 5-7 days, but still amt is not credited.
                              It shows their irresponsible and careless attitude towards customers, where refund is concerned.
                              I have sent numerous mails, updated bank details many times, called customer service and whatsapp chat several times, but it's of no use.
                              The amount is credit that I received from airlines towards refund for cancellation.It seems like EMT has no intention of returning my money to me.
                              It's really disappointing that a company of such high stature is troubling a genuine customer for mere ₹ 5548/-.
                              It may not be a big amount for them and I may not be a valuable customer for them, but the amount is not small for me.
                              And to add to all this, they have stopped replying to my mails. I have been mailing them regularly, but sorry to say, they aren't even bothered. It's really sad but I have had a really bad experience with this company and makes me doubt their reliability and credibility.

                                  Such a worst booking service..I cancelled two tickets which cost around 9.4 k the refund is oly 200 ..and tat too 15 -20 days prior to the ticket date..

                                  I need proper refund trying to contact customer care no proper response ..

                                  And I am using this booking for first time ..and due to unavoidable situation cancelled it ..but the fee is horrible I don't recommend this .com for anyone ..and I need my refund properly
