      This is in regard with my trip booking id EMT70631161 / PNR:-Y512K of an domestic flight travel date was 03 Jul 20 and due to covid reason we were not traveled that time. Now since weeks, I tried to reschedule this trip, There is a technical issue with the website which prevents me from rescheduling my flight at ANY date. I always get the same error message "Oops! No flights found.", no matter which dates I put in. As i checked with Air india it has provided option for date change/reschedule for covid time bookings upto till 31st Dec21.
      When i checked the with air india regrading the issue they updated me that EMT has raised refund request and the amount was already refunded to EMT. How could EMT has raised a refund request with out my knowledge/confirmation . As per them there was an order from Supreme court on Oct'20 stating all travel agents need to refund all amount to customer irrespective of their confirmation immediately. Even if it is true why EMT has not refunded me the amount at as per supreme court order what they are saying.. I want to know if i have an option to reschedule my flight till 31st Dec'21 how can they raised a refund request with out my confirmation as im in an impression that i can reschedule my ticket at any time till 31st Dec21.

      Even if suppose they have raised refunded request on behalf of me how could they keep that amount with them with any update to customer.

      I'm not sure how you guys loot in all the possible ways from custemers, here is one more example I have finally compromise and initiated to refund my amount as per your request and I was surprised I have received I will get amount of 411 after applying all the charges. I want to understand as per your message this service was cancelled by airlines and you have already claimed my full amount from airlines with out my consent almost a year back and kept with you these many days. And as you were forced me to claim refund as there is no other option I have claimed it and I received 411 out of actual amount around 6600. Attaching screenshot.

        I just booked a flight from Mumbai to Dubai on 28th Sept. I am based in Dubai and the amount, approx 3k AED was deducted but I haven’t received any booking details. The flight is Indigo departing at 7pm. Ease my trip customer care is unreachable and I need a solution.

            I have made a flight booking on 24th September at 12:15. My bank has confirmed that amount being credited to Easemytrip account. I'm yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or booking Id from this site. I have raised complaint with their customer care and yet to get a conclusive response.

              This is regarding my travel way back in march'20 to Thailand which I could not go due to travel restrictions as per my Booking ID is EMT70655207 . EMT did not refund my airfare which was quite unfair. I got a very diplomitac revert from them & hence I am very frustrated with their services. Very unreliable & untrustworthy.

                I have booked a ticket from Howrah Junction to Tambaram for 30th September 2021 but didn't got the PNR for this ticket. There is no option for the pending entering IRCTC credentials later on and my money got deducted.

                    Address: Online Booking. Address available is of Delhi.

                    I had booked flight ticket and paid Rs. 5371/-. They had waived conveyance fee. While booking ticket I was given split up as Basic fair Rs 4398/- Other taxes 1006/- and GST 225/-. They charges 300/- conveyance and gave reversal of 333/-.

                    When I received Airlines invoice, I got invoice for Basic fair Rs 4000/- Other taxes 681/- and GST 200/-

                    They charged excess amount and are not giving refund of Rs 490/-

                      Beware of the Easemytrip portal. They are cheating Customers
                      I had recently cancelled a return flight booked on their platform.
                      I cancelled the flights by directly calling the airline call centre.
                      The airline processed the full refund and confirmed the same over mail
                      EaseMyTrip did not forward the return amount to me even after 2 months
                      Instead, I had to chase them and get it processed which requires you to raise a separate cancellation request to them also
                      I attached the refund confirmation mail from the airline while raising cancellation on EMT site
                      IMPORTANT: For this activity they will charge you cancellation fees over again. On top of it they will charge CONVENIENCE FEES for a second time.
                      Even after this, they have processed a lesser amount than what was mentioned in the airline refund mail
                      They are blaming the airline for transferring less amount to them and when asked to create complaint ticket or give mail confirmation they are not ready to do so
                      I request the authorities to look into these blatant cheating practices by EaseMyTrip

                        Hi, My name is Gourav,
                        Last year I booked international ticket from easemytrip.
                        But due to covid I was not able travel. Firstly easetrip said they will refund me. But later they said they cannot refund they can give me option to rescudule my booking.Which I can use untill 31dec 2021.

                        This is in regards to the Booking id: EMT68361517

                        We would like to inform you that the airline has denied for the refund on your booking as your booking was no show and refund should claim under the validity period. However, the airline is providing the option of rescheduling your can reschedule your booking as per the airline offer till December 31, 2021, for future travel.

                        Yesterday I send email to easemytrip, how to use credit shell for my future booking.

                        They said

                        This is in regards to the Booking id: EMT68361517 / PNR: VVZTNO

                        We would like to inform you that the PNR status is a no-show and the validity of the ticket has expired.

                        Airline has denied the rescheduling or the refund of the booking.

                        Kindly help me. Now easemytrip is hrassing me.

                                Flight reschedule

                                This is in regard with my trip booking EMT85790825 / PNR:-TND4ED of an international flight. Since weeks, I try to reschedule this trip, but numerous calls and emails, even to the CEO, didn't help. There is a technical issue with the website which prevents me from rescheduling my flight at ANY date. I always get the same error message "Oops! No flights found.", no matter which dates I put in.

                                  There is no option for flight rescheduling in the ease my trip app and website. I raised a complaint several time through email and over call. Almost 10 emails I sent and 6 times called them over phone. From past 3 days, I couldn't able to reschedule my flight and now the price is sky-high. I have never seen this type of pathetic service and I will not recommend anyone to use ease my trip.

                                    I just booked 2 train tickets from Guwahati (GHY) to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) on 2nd September 2021 with train number - 02423 ( Dbrg Ndls Ac Spl )
                                    Booking ID is EMT86563199
                                    even though the money (3194.40 rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
                                    I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all I want is them to confirm my tickets.
