I am writing this letter to inform you about the rude behaviour of one of balaji wafer’s sales person named bhavin patel, mo. [protected] supplier of kathwada, othav area.
Because of we are reseller of balaji’s product and one of the very busy shop @ highway ring road, we always needed balaji’s product very oftenly. So we ordered some balaji’s product and we needed it as soon as possible. So today noon salesperson bhavin came and screamed on us and misbehaving with in front of all our loyal customers includes ladies and family.
We only demanded urgent product and it’s their responsibility, and he agreed to supply as well, so what was the reason for such kind of discipline.
He also told us that only roots and days are decided for the demand.in no any case we can provide supply. I am surprised what if we needed more in urgent case or huge lot of order???
Our shop is very busy and famous in odhav and kathwada area so such kind of his miss behaviour is making wrong impression of balaji’s company and it’s belongs too.
Unfortunately it was not an entirely pleasant experience. And i will be not resist this kind of bad behaviour, as we are paying huge money for any product we buy from balaji wafer distributor. So i am sure that your staff’s good behaviour and manners towards shopkeeper must be respectful, polite and kindness.
I hope you understand whole situation, i can provide more information if you further needed. I am pretty sure you will reply me positively soon and talk to sales person bhavin patel.
As we are part of balaji wafer’s product seller and in future we will make your business more beneficial, only if your staff is behaviour is good towards to us. So please talk with him and get back to me.
