I advised easemytrip to cancel air ticket of jetairways flight from guwahati to mumbai on 12th april, 2019 booking id - emt56380411
After that i am continuously following with easemytrip.com for the refund without success. Always i get a standard reply; the airline (Jetairways) has not refunded against the cancellation.
When i paid the travel agent during booking, they should refund customer not airways.
So, as a customer...

booking done by system for afternoon flight in spite of myself choosing a night flight

I had booked an indigo flight from dubai to mumbai departing at 20.25 hrs (6e — 62) on 5th august 2019 at 12.35 hrs dubai time at the easemytrip website. I was shocked to receive a confirmation from easemytrip that the ticket was confirmed on a 3.05 pm flight dubai time (6e-84).
It was impossible to take that flight. I had contact ease my trip on phone[protected] and complained about the same and asked them to correct the mistake...

I tried to reserve train tickets for two, from mysore to bijapur dated saturday, 10th of august... The page in the end said - error and transaction could not be completed.. Even though money was deducted.. It said "if amount deducted would be refunded in 24hours"... Its more than 72hrs and haven't got back my money... Please refund my money as early as possible...

about my indigo airline seat confirmation

My name is amaan khan, have booked an indigo 6e 83 flight from mumbai to dubai and had paid rs.550/- for the seat (3d) and i was given a seat (12 a). And to my surprise the indigo check in counter informed me that the seat was not reserved, and that it’s a scam or a mistake of the booking company as they have charged you but haven’t send it to the airline. Now, i’m not sure what you guys are upto in your company but it is so disappointing...

flight cancelled and refund not processed

I had booked a flight from bangalore to pittsburgh through easemytrip. Due to recent tension between us and iran, my flight was cancelled. I had requested for a full refund on 27th june 2019 and i haven't received any updated after that.
Everytime i check with easemytrip agent, they say it will be processed in 24 hrs or we are waiting for an update from airlines.

Its been more than 20 days and i get the same message....

hotel not booked in my name despite taking full payment and sending confirmation of booking
