I have booked two tickets on the same passenger name from and to the same source and destination and for the same date by mistake, because the name got pre-selected to the name of previously booked ticket from the existing passenger list in the ease my trip app. After noticing the same on the same day, i have contacted the customer care, and the irresponsible response i got is, "you can please contact indigo directly".

From indigo i was asked to cancel the ticket and rebook the ticket for the same flight with the passenger name.

Within few hours of next booking the price was doubled.

I am very disappointed with this. Why should i pay double the cost for the same ticket which i have in hand. Why can't either easemytrip or indigo can help the customer with change of name.

    I booked bus tickets online to travel from jaipur to delhi on 19.08.2019 bus the bus operator said that tha ticket is booked for 20 august 2019. We also have screenshot of booked tickets. We have mailed to ease my trip for refund of amount but no action has been taken yet. We want our money back as it is not our mistake. Our side the ticket details were correct but bus operator denied us to travel

      Reference number-3241145. I have raised this ticket via email more than 2 months back (14th june) to get my hotel booking cancellation amount refunded to my credit card for booking hotel in darjeeling. I have sent follow up mails more than 5-6 times. But still it is unresolved. Please expedite the resolution. This reference number is for easemytrip travel agency.

      I have booked my round trip tickets from Delhi to Aurangabad (EMT[protected] for 20th and 23rd August.

      The amount (INR17502) has been debited and i have received a mail which says 'Booking Pending'

        Return flight newark-mumbai (Ua 48- 4th july, 2019) was cancelled by united airline. No intimation was given either by the airline or the travel agent regarding cancellation of flight thereby causing great inconvinience to us and upsetting our schedule. We had to travel by another flight (Swiss air) on 7th july, 2019.

        Refund request was made on 3rd july, 2019 to united airlines and to travel agent easemytrip on 15 july, 2019. Refund has not yet been received. As per easemytrip, refund has not yet been given by united airlines and hence it can not be given. Purchase of ticket was made by credit card, and as per the policy of the united airlines, refund should have been given in 7 business days. When contacted, united airlines customer care advised that the refund was granted on 3rd july, 2019 under confirmation code “hcjr4d”. Easemytrip denies that refund has been received.

        This is unreasonable and unjustified delay in giving refund. Refund should be given without further delay alongwith applicable fine/penalty.

              I am writing this letter to inform you about the rude behaviour of one of balaji wafer’s sales person named bhavin patel, mo. [protected] supplier of kathwada, othav area.

              Because of we are reseller of balaji’s product and one of the very busy shop @ highway ring road, we always needed balaji’s product very oftenly. So we ordered some balaji’s product and we needed it as soon as possible. So today noon salesperson bhavin came and screamed on us and misbehaving with in front of all our loyal customers includes ladies and family.
              We only demanded urgent product and it’s their responsibility, and he agreed to supply as well, so what was the reason for such kind of discipline.
              He also told us that only roots and days are decided for the demand.in no any case we can provide supply. I am surprised what if we needed more in urgent case or huge lot of order???
              Our shop is very busy and famous in odhav and kathwada area so such kind of his miss behaviour is making wrong impression of balaji’s company and it’s belongs too.
              Unfortunately it was not an entirely pleasant experience. And i will be not resist this kind of bad behaviour, as we are paying huge money for any product we buy from balaji wafer distributor. So i am sure that your staff’s good behaviour and manners towards shopkeeper must be respectful, polite and kindness.

              I hope you understand whole situation, i can provide more information if you further needed. I am pretty sure you will reply me positively soon and talk to sales person bhavin patel.

              As we are part of balaji wafer’s product seller and in future we will make your business more beneficial, only if your staff is behaviour is good towards to us. So please talk with him and get back to me.

                I advised easemytrip to cancel air ticket of jetairways flight from guwahati to mumbai on 12th april, 2019 booking id - emt56380411
                After that i am continuously following with easemytrip.com for the refund without success. Always i get a standard reply; the airline (Jetairways) has not refunded against the cancellation.
                When i paid the travel agent during booking, they should refund customer not airways.
                So, as a customer i should not suffer when the travel agent escaping from their responsibility.

                  I had booked an indigo flight from dubai to mumbai departing at 20.25 hrs (6e — 62) on 5th august 2019 at 12.35 hrs dubai time at the easemytrip website. I was shocked to receive a confirmation from easemytrip that the ticket was confirmed on a 3.05 pm flight dubai time (6e-84).
                  It was impossible to take that flight. I had contact ease my trip on phone[protected] and complained about the same and asked them to correct the mistake since it was not at my end. I got a response from easemy trip that since time is short ie. Less thatn 4 hours, they would not be able to help me. I was asked to contact indigo at[protected] for help. Here too the indigo person told me that since i have booked through easemytrip and not indigo website, they would not be able to help. The indigo person said that their website would not have allowed this transaction to take place since time was short.
                  Now as a result i have paid the cost of airticket of rs. 18554 through my credit card and could not take the trip.
                  I request a full refund of the amount of rs.18554 since i was booked on a wrong flight without my consent and impossible for me to catch.

                    I tried to reserve train tickets for two, from mysore to bijapur dated saturday, 10th of august... The page in the end said - error and transaction could not be completed..                           My name is amaan khan, have booked an indigo 6e 83 flight from mumbai to dubai and had paid rs.550/- for the seat (3d) and i was given a seat (12 a). And to my surprise the indigo check in counter informed me that the seat was not reserved, and that it’s a scam or a mistake of the booking company as they have charged you but haven’t send it to the airline. Now, i’m not sure what you guys are upto in your company but it is so disappointing and i feel that you guys need to shut your company for good. What a scamster u guys have become, like seriously. I thought you were maitaing certain standards but did not realise how low do you fall. My booking id is - emt61262378. Have some shame and be courteous in refunding my money and if you really are scamming people then don’t. I’m in the entertainment segment of the world, will make sure i remember you. Thank you.

                            Hi,
                            I (Along with my family of 4 more people) had booked a flight ticket from mumbai to doha for 2nd october 2019.
                            I had booked a flight which departs mumbai at 5.10 am and makes me reach dubai at 9.50 am the same day with a 1 hour stopover at muscat.
                            Today, i have got a rescheduled flight bookings from oman air where my mumbai to muscat flight is at 10.30 am on 02.10.2019 which makes me reach muscat at 11.45 am.
                            And my muscat to dubai flight remains the same which is 8.40 am on on 02.10.2019 which makes me reach dubai at 9.50 am the same day.
                            So basically the flight from muscat to dubai flies before the flight from mumbai to muscat!!! Extremely weird.
                            In addition to that we have a family wedding on 2nd october afternoon for which this trip was planned,
                            Please note that we are residents of kolkata and had booked flights from kolkata to mumbai on 1st evening which makes me reach mumbai at 11pm on 1st night.

                            But now the travel agent and oman air have blatantly refused to give the refund since the rescheduled time of the flight is not suiting us. They are forcing us to take the flight at new timings, when time and again it has been explained that we cannot change our itinerary since we have to attend a family wedding on 02nd october afternoon.

                            How can they force us to take a particular flight or bluntly say that they will not refund any amount!

                              I had booked a flight from bangalore to pittsburgh through easemytrip. Due to recent tension between us and iran, my flight was cancelled. I had requested for a full refund on 27th june 2019 and i haven't received any updated after that.
                              Everytime i check with easemytrip agent, they say it will be processed in 24 hrs or we are waiting for an update from airlines.

                              Its been more than 20 days and i get the same message. Its really frustrating.

                                I have cancelled my booking IDs EMT[protected]Booking Cancellation Request Number - 594306) and EMT56251773 from Amd to Del on 25 Jun 2019 but still i did not get my refund amount.

                                I booked round trip flight through website ease my trip indicating date of first journey on 12 July 2019 from Delhi to Ahmedabad and return journey on 15 July 2019 from Ahmedabad to Delhi and Second journey on 29 Aug 2019 from Delhi to Ahmedabad and return journey on 02 Sep 2019 from Ahmedabad to Delhi.

                                I ask emt customer care executive about the status of my refund and the executive said by 1-2 may you got your refund. When i didn't got my refund i am writing this email.

                                Please do the need full.

                                  We had booked round trip flight thru ease my trip indicating date of journey on 18 july 2019 from bangalore to pune and return journey on 22 july 2019 to bangalore. But the ease my trip executive had done the reverse booking i. E. Onward journey from pune to bangalore on 18 july and return journey to pune on 22 july 2019. Tonight we checked the mail and ticket and found out the wrong booking. I spoke to the ease my trip executive tonight and he said it is too late to rectify the error and i was constrained to cancel the tickets. I am a regular customer of ease my trip. This wrong booking by your executive has put to me in financial loss and a lot of stress. As a senior citizen, we are deeply pained.

                                  I have just booked a round trip ticket to goa. Full amount has been debited from my account but the Confirmation mail states 'flight status pending'. Kindly advice if the tickets will get confirmed or will the amount be reversed into my account.

                                    I had a ticket booking from delhi to hyderabad for 27april 2019 on the name of manish kushwaha.
                                    Booking id: emt57525479

                                    However the flight was delayed by 4+hrs by air india due to technical issue

                                    I had called ease my trip for a refund since 2 months. But ease my trip has denied to provide the refund, even though i have provided them with necessary details given to me by airlines.

                                    Please help.
