I am not happy with your customer support as I am following up again and again for my refund but you guys are cheating me.
I have booked the flight ticket from Delhi to Kolkata on 2nd April 2020 PNR- U4LYNR, but this flight was cancelled by Airlines due to Covid and I have paid the fare Rd- 5823 (Ticket attached).
After so many follow up for refunds, Flipkart Travel has confirmed that the Airlines has provided the Credit Shell for Rs- 5678 and deduct some charges ( Refer Credit Shell Query attached for details).
I have used the Credit shell amount partially because the fare was increased and 2 passengers cannot travel with the Credit Shell balance. Flipkart travel booked the ticket from Credit Shell balance PNR- CD3TUT/SG and Ticket fare used from Credit Shell Rs- 3954. (Ticket Attached).
If you adjust the amount 3954 with Credit Shell balance 5678 there is the balance left out is 1724.
I have followed up with Spicejet for the remaining balance and they have confirmed that the refund for 1724 has been initiated. (email screenshot attached).
So, for 1724 I have been following up from 17th April but instead of Rs -1724, Flipkart travel issued the refund for 233. The customer support team is confirming that cancellation charges and other charges are levied on 1724 and the balance comes out 233.
Please answer- In which terms and conditions you have mentioned that the customer has to bear the charges when airlines canceled the flight. As per DGCA guidelines, by 31st March airlines have to initiate the refund whether it is partially used or unused to the customer.
Airlines does that, but Agent Flipkart Travel has unnecessarily deducted the charges from the original refund of 1724 and provides credit for 233.
I am not going to stop here as I am so mentally upset with your customer support and will take action against this fraudulent action.
