    Hello, My account was blocked with no prior notice. I have a 750rs Voucher code in that and they are saying they can't return back. What stupid policy is that which avoids you to pay customers money?. I want my hard earned money back.

    Most of the products were cancelled my sellers and now they have blocked my account saying I cancelled and returned products.

    I will have to take legal action against Flipkart if this is not solved.

      Flipkart is such a disappointment, my orders always get cancelled after waiting for more than 15 days, I’ve trusted flipkart that’s why I ordered in emergency from this site, if the items cannot be shipped then it should have shown at the first place! Why does it have to make us await long just for nothing! I cannot trust flipkart I’m never gonna order from flipkart!

          With respect to Order#:OD[protected], I ordered a Samsung fully automatic washing machine with my old washing machine in exchange.

          The delivery person came on Friday (9-Jul-2021) to verify the old product in exchange.

          They spend 2 mins testing the product, but they didn't had time to properly test and verify the product in exchange and simply told me that they will again come back tomorrow and no one came back and now the product is cancelled and I didn't cancelled it from my end because my old product didn't qualified for exchange.

          But genuinely speaking they were totally not aware how to verify and test the old exchange product. They just pressed 3-4 switches in the ood washing machine and said that it's not working. But that's not how it works. I said let me start and show how that works but they didn't had time and told they will again visit, but for 2 days no one came back and now they cancelled the order.

          This is totally not expected.

          And now Flipkart are telling me to place a new order? But now the product is not available at the same price then why should I pay now more for the same product due to un polite and unprofessional behaviour of the delivery person.

          I don't want the refund, I want the product I ordered and at the same price. If my old product genuinely didn't qualified the exchange condition I was ready to pay the difference, but no one asked me for that.

          So Kindly do the needful for getting my product back.

              Hii My name is Deepanjali..I am a regular user of flipkart and do shopping every month using flipkart pay later..and pay it before due date, always on time as can be shown in my track records also..
              So for June pay later amount which needs to be paid in July, I opened the app as to make the payment and saw a late extra fee of 300 Rs.I called the customer care and told them about the issue and informed them that there was some issue in my mobile and I paying it today but please remove my late fee amount Rs300..but they told me that you need to IDFC bank for the removal of late fee of 300 Rs. I also asked the executive to make me talk to the senior but they cut the phone...3 times same thing happened..

              Firstly, why should I pay extra fee of 300 when I m clearing dues..

              Secondly, why I should talk to IDFC when I have shopped from Flipkart and not IDFC..

              Thirdly such poor management and executive who don't know to talk and instead of transferring call to senior just cuts the phone...

              Is this how you deal with customers??

              Kindly remove 300 Rs from my flipkart pay later so that I can make the payment..

                Flipkart is just wasting customer time. I have raised issue more than 6 times contacted 16+ customer executives but no use. Gift card deactivated because technical glitch from flipkart end but they not resolved yet.

                  Last week I ordered one product which was supposed to be deliver today but it has been canceled by Flipkart and now the product is out of stock and the same product with different product no is available with higher Price.

                  This happened second time with me with the same product.

                      I have ordered for 3 airbuds when its delivered am shocked because only one 1 airbuds in delivered box other 2 were missing in a package so am raised complaint at cs at flipkart so 2 -3 times its rejected so am again raised my issue in social media so i got reply from Team social media customer executives are Meenakshi banik & shreya gupta after that i got only 1 refund so again am shocked so again raised my issue bcz still 1 product refund is pending right so asking for refund is my right as a consumer after that flipkart delayed delayed for resolution on july 1st i got an email that (system detected your account because high returns in a order history.) whats this the product was missing so am raised complaint wt high returns ? Who will refund my amount 1299, so i kindly requesting you please refund my amount of one product which is still pending and also unblock my account

                      In email have attached pic of delivered box of flipkart which 3 products but i got only one product brand noise airbuds price for 1 product 1299/-

                          Tried forgot password process with different platform but got the same error - "unable to process request. Please retry."
                          And also tried with laptop, desktop version flipkart site and in app also but the issue still persistant, also tried with different browser but still showing error.

                            I ordered a mobile on flipkart on 13th may i received my order on 16th when i opened the package the mobile was missing so i raised return request but flipkart blocked my account saying unsual number of returns. my money is now wasted Flipkart is running a scam and iam not going to keep quiet i will raise my complaint in the consumer court

                                I ordered Under armour Project rock 2 Women sports shoes from flipkart.I received a diffrent fake product from what ive ordered.I have paid the money through cash on delivery.Now the pickup delivery agent is cancelling my pickup again and again.He is refusing to pickup my order as he is saying that the ekart company is denying to do so.I had been calling them everyday and they just give me certain date and product pickup date and again the same thing happen.I am facing this problem and flipkart in any away not helping me in this.

                                  I am a loyal and regular customer of Flipkart and using Flipkart plus account vide registered email: [protected]@gmail.com and Mobile: [protected].
                                  I have almost 309+ coin in my account and an open order, I have done a lot of shopping from Flipkart.
                                  I cannot check my order status and also can not order anything and and also I can not download my order invoice.
                                  I would like to your kind attention that I can't use my plus account coin balance as well as access my Flipkart plus account. I would like to request you please unblock my Flipkart plus account as an urgent basis.

                                  Otherwise, I don't have any option other than going to the consumer court/ help by legal advisor..

                                    I ordered a Mobile phone (Resmi Note 10 Pro Max ) but when I received my Product I received an empty package (product is missing from the package) then I made a complain and one of your concerned team executive place a REFUND REQUEST but the return request is not accepted even after 72 hours as prescribed on the confirmation.

                                      I am not happy with your customer support as I am following up again and again for my refund but you guys are cheating me.

                                      I have booked the flight ticket from Delhi to Kolkata on 2nd April 2020 PNR- U4LYNR, but this flight was cancelled by Airlines due to Covid and I have paid the fare Rd- 5823 (Ticket attached).

                                      After so many follow up for refunds, Flipkart Travel has confirmed that the Airlines has provided the Credit Shell for Rs- 5678 and deduct some charges ( Refer Credit Shell Query attached for details).

                                      I have used the Credit shell amount partially because the fare was increased and 2 passengers cannot travel with the Credit Shell balance. Flipkart travel booked the ticket from Credit Shell balance PNR- CD3TUT/SG and Ticket fare used from Credit Shell Rs- 3954. (Ticket Attached).

                                      If you adjust the amount 3954 with Credit Shell balance 5678 there is the balance left out is 1724.

                                      I have followed up with Spicejet for the remaining balance and they have confirmed that the refund for 1724 has been initiated. (email screenshot attached).

                                      So, for 1724 I have been following up from 17th April but instead of Rs -1724, Flipkart travel issued the refund for 233. The customer support team is confirming that cancellation charges and other charges are levied on 1724 and the balance comes out 233.

                                      Please answer- In which terms and conditions you have mentioned that the customer has to bear the charges when airlines canceled the flight. As per DGCA guidelines, by 31st March airlines have to initiate the refund whether it is partially used or unused to the customer.
                                      Airlines does that, but Agent Flipkart Travel has unnecessarily deducted the charges from the original refund of 1724 and provides credit for 233.

                                      I am not going to stop here as I am so mentally upset with your customer support and will take action against this fraudulent action.

                                        I have bought a BLUE STAR ARISTO RO+UV Water Purifier worth Rs 8799 ( through Flipkart on 27th June which got delivered and installed on 28th June 2021.
                                        The machine stopped working the very next day, I made a complaint to Blue star customer service. The technician from the Blue star team visited and corrected the problem after which it started working but again the next day the same problem raised for which I again called Blue-star as well as Flipkart. after 3-4 days blue star technician again came solved the same problem and told that there is some issue with the machine and if the same problem happens again, we need to get the machine replaced. Again the same problem happened the same day after few hours.

                                        I had raised the replacement request on Flipkart, they arranged for the technician visit on 30th June 2021 for a replacement to be done. No technician visit was done and a FALSE claim was made the technician visited, issue resolved, customer happy and replacement cancelled.

                                        I again complained about this thing and re-requested for the replacement. This time I got a new date for a tech visit on 9th July 2021 and again no one visited. I complained to Flipkart multiple times regarding this and instead of solving the problem again they just gave me a new date of 14th July 2021.

                                        We are facing lots of problems because of the unavailability of drinking water since this machine is not working. And they are just giving dates instead of solving the issue. The machine stopped working within 2 days of installation and supposed to be replaced.
