i) Some problem has been observed after 09 month running.
01. Some abnormal sound has been observed in rear suspension system which is continuous increasing at long root journey.
02. some times front and rear door locking is not working properly. i.e. problem in door open and closed. We checked in Korba FORD servicing centre he said to replace the door lock assembly. Found manufacturing defect.
03. Door inside furnishing cloth is always removed out side.
04. More sound coming in engine when start the engine.
05. Till date we have not received any Extended Warrantee of Vehicle.(At purchasing the vehicle commitment given by Ford servicing centre Nagpur)

    On 18.08.2012 I have booked new ford fiego ZXI model in one of your franchises namely Rajshree Automotive Pvt Ltd situated at G.N.Mills stop, Coimbatore. At that time of booking, they declare assured the booked car will be delivered on 31.08.2012. As per the assurance given by your dealer I have reached the above show room with my family members having lots of expectation. After 6 pm they called us for giving delivery. They tried to start the car. But it did not get started. They tried for more than an hour’s to start the new car. We all waited there with the expectation that the problem will be resolved. But as the problem was not identified by your staffs and pushed the car by manually to the service center. There also technicians tried nearly two hours. Everything went on vein. The car did not start due to major manufacturing defect. They came to us and apologized for not giving delivery on time. They told us like the defective car will be replaced with new car on tomorrow.
    We all were disappointed very badly and returned to our home. The next day they called us and told that the car which had trouble in starting was made ready and you can take delivery. I am very shocked and surprised by the behavior of your staffs after hearing this. As we all are expecting new one. The behavior of your staffs is highly illegal and against law.
    Kindly avoid legal proceedings by replacing defective car with new car.

      I wanted to service my car, the first thought to get the same serviced was to goto St. Marks Metro - Ford, Bangalore. Though it was far, and I thought i should get it done from the nearby service dealer Elite Ford Service Station - Mahadevpura.

      On 13th August I drove down to the dealer and waited for the executive to understand my requirements, and take the car for servicing. Surprisingly I was told that the team who is incharge of the servicing, has not come and some other person would take care, I was ok with that. An executive reached out to me after 1-1/2 hours and was not equipped & trained to take the vehicle. I kept asking him about various rates etc.. but i didn't get any clarity on same. Never-the-less I left the car at the dealership trusting Ford, and he also confirmed me that next day when the right person comes he would call you before starting your service.

      Next day Mr. Kishore called me at 10:30 am, referring me about my car for servicing. After a brief talk with him, I wanted to take my car and give the same to St. Marks Metro - Ford, Bangalore; but he said the work has already started. And I questioned him about why he started; as at the time of dropping my car, the person who took my car confirmed me that some one would call and discuss before the car goes for servicing. I had no choice but to go ahead with servicing with them. I was told the car would be rady by 4:30 pm same day, which is 14th August 2012.

      I reached at the dealer same time for the car to be picked up. Mr. Kishore confirmed me that everything is good and car is under washing and they would require another 1 hour to do so. I was running out of time, so I requested for them to deliver the car at my residence. I also received a mailer fro Ford India, regarding replacing of beam & RT, which first they didnt have any knowledge or idea, after figuring out; Mr. Kishore showed me what needs to be changed. So rather then delivering on 14th Aug, it would get deliverd on 16tth Aug. I was fine with it. I also made all payments through my credit card for payment which were due.

      I didn't receive any call from Elite Ford Service Station - Mahadevpura on 16th Aug, but on 17th Aug 2012, Mr. Kishore called and informed me the car is ready and can be picked up or delivered, but he informed me that the battery is discharged and needs charging and he also informed me that the battery is getting charged now, and would be able to send the car by afternoon. Hearing this I was little uncomfortable, why has my batter suddenly discharged, and he infomed me that due to solution on the terminal point of the battery it got discharged.

      Later in the afternoon, after rigorous follow-ups, I was informed that the battery is dead and nothing can be done about it and it is not getting charged as there is hair line crack on top of the battery, due to which it is not getting charged and thus it is dead. And I would have to replace it.

      I spoke to the AGM of the dealership, and same comments i had to hear from him too. My question and discomfort level is, my car and the battery was fine, when i dropped my car, the dealership has serviced the car and cleaned the solution on the terminal due to which it may get little discharged, but how come the battery is suddenly dead with no signs, this is my big contention. And I think the dealership has mis-handled the battery and thus has resulted in dead of the battery.

      As I received the car later in the evening of 17th Aug 2012, temporary battery was installed in the car for a week, so I may buy a new one. But after receiving the car, new issues surfaced
      1. Driver seat window makes noise, when rolled up
      2. Power Lock does not work properly
      3. Car not cleaned properly from inside, specially the back seat.

      I immediately spoke to Kishore and Customer Care Lead, both infomed me that next day a technician would come to my house and fix it. On 18th Aug 2012, I followed by continually with the team, but no-one came and around 5:45 I was informed that the technician would come on Tuesday, 22nd Aug 2012.

      I had called, ford Customer Care team on Friday 17th Aug 2012 to complain about the mis-handling of the battery and issues relating to it. Mr. Sudalai Customer Care Executive reverted to me today, and he was really rude, instead of listening and resolving issues, he asked me to speak to dealer directly. When I informed him that I have reached to a Ford India corporate to listen to my problems and help, instead he said dealer is right and I am wrong. And when I asked him to escalate the call, he said he is the boss and only he can answer.

        hello, we have purchased ford fusion on march 2009. recently a month ago it's axel beam broked. there was no accident or as such thing.
        we were going from our home to office and it collapsed in mid way, which could have taken our lifes..
        recently we heard ford is recalling its car's for manufacturing defects.and our come under that scenario.
        so let us know what process we have to do. the agency people are highly in co-operative with this regard.
        we like to claim for the expenses which were caused to us due to company manufacturing problem.48

          I am using a Ford Figo for last two years. The service is extreme low. Repeated faults and repaired arround 25 times so far in kairali ford's kottayam and kochi service centers. Still facing troubles which started arround 3000 km and it is 56000 km now. I am wondering these people are Ford or FROD.....? I wish we people should join together and fight against these FROD people. Pls advise if you have anything to share.

          Ford India — Pathetic customer service

          Please read below about my recent experiences at Victoia Ford , a Ford Service Centre in Calcutta

          · They have no respect for their own timelines.

          · They try to give damage / dispute parts in the name of new parts

          · They put used and worn out parts and charge for new one.

          · Their Senior Managers are clueless about what is happening at the floor.

          · They rough up customers when hanky panky with Spare Part is caught.


          Nobody from Ford office reads or writes back to any complaint mail sent at their service email id despite repeated follow up with customer care at Chennai

          I agree ford, GM and Skoda one of the most pathetic bands in India. These brands are killed just because of the pathetic service offered in all the states in India.Exorbitant prices for spares, in adequate knowledge from the advisers adds icing to the cake.
          Could you please specify the detail of the repeated fault with your vehicle which has mounted to 25 times.
          From my experience with Kairali Ford I find them reasonable and helpful in any type of situation both under warranty and otherwise.

            As I am conveying you from the beginning in the earlier email trails, telecom discussions that - there is no external impact caused from my side. If that was the case, vehicle has to glow some warning lamps in dashboard before damage caused to engine or before huge noise coming out of engine. Therefore it is clearly proved that there is a manufacturing defect & poor service (it can be also proved based on the previous history of the engine problems, see email trail below).

            If you see the complaint log history, from the past 2 years you made me vexed in terms of the way you respond, service & delay. Due to this I wasted lot of time, money and more over you produced lot of mental agony for me.

            Since you have not shared any technical analysis report & photos of vehicle as per the below ask till this moment, I will completely ignore those reports in future as well.

            Therefore, I am submitting my petition to consumer court & human rights department on the total damage caused to me.

            First of all, there is no external impact caused from side till I delivered my vehicle to Laxmi Ford, Vijayawada. After primary investigation Laxmi Ford service people asked me to wait till evening to rectify the problem under warranty.

            The reason you updated here is to just skip the warranty. I never expected this kind of explanation from you. I can fight legally to get my vehicle serviced under warranty.

            Please send me the technical analysis report you made on this. I need the report with Photos of the vehicle, photos of external impact you observed & all. So that I will make it investigated from my side on the route cause.

            Dear Sir / Customer Care,
            In continuous to the previous recurrent problem, 2 days back it bubbled up with a huge NOISE in the engine. I came to my home town on leave to visit my parents & to fulfill certain commitments. But my vacation was wasted beacuse of this issue with my car.
            As per Ford recommendations, I stopped my vehicle and pulled down to nearest service center Laxmi Ford, Vijayawada. New complaint registration no :[protected]logged in connection with old complaint).
            Coming to the history, earlier I have logged complaint on recurrent problems with my vehicle, which are continuously coming still, you told it was resolved & monitor, but you have not put any end to these recurrent problems. (please check our earlier emails below to know the severity of this issue)
            Coming to my requirements, since you are not providing the permanent fix to the engine problems, replace the engine with a brand new one. Mean time I don’t want to lose my money due to this issue, please provide me a loaner car (same type of my car) to fulfill my needs. Ford really made me to lose my patience in waiting for a permanent fix for these recurrent problems.
            As I requested you earlier, Please treat this as High priority & resolve the issues at the earliest.

            I have been facing the same issue again and again as well, even after your last 3 troubleshootings/services you have performed to fix the issue (last service Aug 24th,2011). Problems are not resolved and repeated from last week days. Totally this issue is occuring from last 3 months. Due to this sudden engine stoppage I am facing so many troubles.

            I keep on escaleting this to you (concerned persion Deepak S) already on this. You and Kamesh had promised me that problem has fixed and never repeats after last service. But the problem re-occurs. I had called you today as well on the same issue.

            Based on recent days incidents and the response I am getting from you, I really hope that whatever the service you are providing as well as customer care response is not at all good (you can verify below mail threads).

            I dont want to hear the same words that "its resovled and take back vehicle". This time I recommend you to replace the engine/vehicle since you are not able to identify and fix the actual problem.

            Now the vehicle is at Dealers place Adids, Hyderbad (Contact Person: Kamesh - [protected]). Please get in touch with them and do the things I needed.

            As per telephonic discussion with you (Deepak/Customer Care), As I told you that I had already reproduced the issue in front of Technician (Kiran/Suresh - [protected], Tolichowki, Hyderabad) for the first time, Since we all aware that the issue is intermittent and had come 6-8 times in the recent past (2-3 weeks).

            What I strongly agree from the recent past is that - I am encountering the issue not the same day I recieved the vehicle, its encountering intermittently on 2nd day onwards till now. So based on these concerns please diagnoise the vehicle end to end to fix the same.

He has told me that - after 2 recent service activities (Pump change as well as some wiring change) they went for 200KM road test and found that the same issue still persists and told he could not deliver as said date (today).

            As per telephonic discussion with you (Deepak/Customer Care) around 3.35PM today, I had went for a test drive with the Fortune Ford service person, Naresh - [protected] (Fortune Ford, Abids, Hyderbad).

            While Naresh was driven for 5-6Kms from my office (Microsoft, Gachibowli) towards Lingampalli road, the car was suddenly stopped. He confirmed that the issue persists by noticing by himself and noted down on service letter. Also he had positively supported me with the level of severity of the issue I had been facing in the recent past.

            Since, you have asked for re-production of the issue and its just reproduced twice in front of service people. Please resolve this with HIGH Priority. Also, please make a note that I need alternative transporation to my office until it gets resolved.

            I had raised a complaint to Ford customer card regarding my vehicle problems.

            Figo engine dies in downshifting and MIL indicator as well. I had faced this most frequently in recent days and its a kind of serious trouble stopping on the road with any speed (couls cause accidents also).

            I have been sending the vehicle to Fortune Ford (3 times on this) in recent 2-3 weeks. Right now its 3rd time, vehicle is in Adids, Hyderbad (Contact Person: [protected]). I need the problem to be fixed. I had given complaint yesterday (24 hrs back from now), i have not recieved any communication from you. Please take this as high risk for my life and resolve it, since this is the third time i sent to service station on the same issue.

              Please refer to our complaint No.[protected] regarding my vehicle No. UP 32
              DD 3516 in the name of MR. Aman Kakar.
              We would like to inform you that my vehicle met with an accident in the
              second week of April'2012. In that Right head light, bumper, alloy wheel
              and one No. tyre/tube were damaged.
              Right head light, bumper and tyre/tube were replaced and we were assured
              that alloy wheel will be replaced by first week of May'2012. But inspite of
              many follow ups and repeated request till date alloy wheel has not been
              replaced.
              We would also like to bring to your kind notice that my car is running in a
              very disbalanced condition which has lead to the failure of few machinical
              problems, which may also lead to any irrepairable mishap inspite of regular
              followups but all in vain i was always given a false committment and i am
              sorry to say instead of attending and clearing the issue the service
              manager Mr. Sanjeev Kumar ( of Narain Ford, Lucknow) has acted in a very
              unprofessional and unethical manner which has further added to my agony and
              pains.
              I will appreciate your immediate action which will lead to our good
              relationship.

                This is regarding my vehicle a Ford Fiesta Sport 1.6 that is presently 3 years old.It was bought from the Malad dealership along with an Extended Warranty,5 year Anti-Corrosion Warranty and Insurance.All following servicing s were done at the Ford Service Centre at Malad despite various inconsistencies in quotations and services.We had earlier raised our objections and the management always made compromises and hushed it up.

                A month earlier the car had obvious problems with the brakes and following protocol we called the Centre who sent a technician who charged us for an estimate and towed the car to the Service Centre for a cost.2 days later they called and the new estimate was now 48,000Rs instead of the earlier 7000Rs.We went to clarify the issue and rendered the fact that we were under Warranty but were informed that the warranty was for a year instead of the usual 24+24 as told to us on purchase.We demanded proof but the Manager was shifty and instead told us that on inspection he had realized that the car had manufacturing problems in its metal body that was corroding at an alarming rate.He asked us to wait til the Head office did an inspection of our unique case.Apparently the high quotation for repairs was because the car was falling apart due to rust from within.

                It has been a month and I have consistently pursues the matter with the Centre and emailed the MD at [protected]@ford. The former kept telling me to wait for the Head Office and the latter finally after inspection refused any responsibility for the state of the vehicle.The insides have rotted due to 'the saline environment' as per the Company.How is that possible after regular anti rust treatments during the servicing?And the Anti Corrosion Warranty?It was a fake money making ploy as I am given to understand cause after 3 years now the vehicle is falling apart!

                Mumbai is metropolitan with thousands of cars,the saline environment is an an invalid excuse.The company has been less than transparent in its sales,services and customer support.At every stage it has been a money making racket,right from their expert advice,quotations and additional service purchases down to the me having to pay to tow my car back home.It has been a disappointing experience and in the interim caused us many inconveniences.Ford being a reputed Company has been less than gracious about its own manufacturing and service related issues.It is not only the monetary aspect,their work ethics and respect for customers is suspect.

                Hoping you will intercede and bring forth an explanation to the harrowing behavior,we as consumers have been subjected to. All papers and mails regarding the car and this situation is available with me.

                  I have a Ford Ikon TDCI 2009 model.Car reg.No TN 01 AH 8058.I regularly service my car at MPL FORD centers.Last week i went to Pallikaranai MPL FORD to tight a bolt supported for steering which is in the engine side.The adviser (Phillips) and staffs check the car and told me that it was a major work,it took two weeks time and also told expense will nearly Rs:10000 (Ten thousands). Then i Drive away from there and went to a diesel mechanic at TAMBARAM.He tight the bolt properly with in 15 minutes with 100 (hundred) Rupees charges. We spend lot of money for this car through MPL FORD workshops.Please gather these history from Saligramam,Guindy and Pallikaranai Workshops.From these matter how we believe the Ford Services.Please do some needful action about this matter.

                    2 weeks back I have purchased a new Ford Figo Titanium in Cauvery Ford Showroom Bangalore. Before the Booking Mr.Rakesh and Mr.Dayanand ( Sales Executives) promised me that they promised me that Vinyl Seat Covers and Car body cover shall be given free ( instead of Cash Discount) at the time of the Delivery. Ofcourse, the seat covers were fitted and Gave me a Body Cover. I went home and tried to cover the Vehicle with the given Body Cover. The Body Cover is of very, very ordinary quality ie., doesn't fit properly, the stiching is of low quality and in a hapazard manner, the elastic at the edges were fully worn out ( means did not work). I can say that they have given a cover much bigger in size and absolutely not fitting for Ford Figo at all. The next day I went to the Showroom and shown the Body Cover to their Manager and these Executives and explained to them. They answered me that this are the covers they have in their stock. I raised at voice to the top of the building and their Manager told me that by mistake the ordered lot of the Body covers are not in exact quality and shape. By next week, they shall get new stock and shall give me that. But till now nobody has called me and yesterday I had called the sales executive who was interacting with me Mr.Dayanand and informed about this and he told me that he shall get back to me in 15 mins and it is more than 24 hrs none of them has called till now. The worst thing is that

                    1) these guys make all false promises to the public
                    2) There should be a fraud in the Company accepting such low quality and improper sized Body Covers. that means, their Purchase department is functioning fraudulently and purchasing low quality products from the Sellers. Their are doing some golmal which may be in collision with the Showroom Owner or not GOK ( God only knows).
                    3) After paying Rs.7.3 Lacs and purchasing the vehicle, they are unable to keep the promise for this small item which has really made me very very unhappy about their attitude because they are trying to fool me which matters a lot . Though this is very less worth compared to the Car value, but look at these ways of fooling the public by making false promises. They also tried to establish that this is how a body cover shall be as if I am a novice in the Car Industry. I demostrated in front of them all the faults of the body cover and later unwilling accepted their faults but till now not solved the problem. I wish that the Ford India Private Limited should take an action on these guys cos they attitude really never allow us to recommend to others about either the product of Ford or the Showroom. This can drastically reduce your sales and goodwill,though you might be happy that your sales may not be affected by people like me and all is well at your end. Mind you, this shall be only a temporary stage of sales for you . Kindly look in the matter immediately.

                        Hi - We were driving to Noida in our Ford Fiesta this Sunday On July 15 when the car abruptly came to a halt and the next thing we knew - there was a loud explosion and the entire car bonnet was on fire. And by fire I mean the entire front of the car was engulfed in flames at least 8 feet high. Even as me and my husband pulled out my 5 year old son from the burning car, we realized that the entire road jam packed with cars was at risk in case there was any explosion. Thankfully, the fire did not spread beyond the bonnet and nobody got hurt but it took the better part of the next hour to fully extinguish the car using armfuls of mud. I really thought it was a one off incident but when I checked the internet, these cars are going off like bombs.

                          i have a erratic fuel sensor complaint in my figotdci from the date of my fist service, service managers at mpl saligramam are aware about the problem, now second service got over still they are not taking steps for the change of sensor. SERVICE AT MPL FORD SALIGRAM AND SERVICE MANAGERS RESPONSE ARE NOT GOOD
                          i had purchased the ford fiesta in december 2008 and on 31st december 2009 i send my car for the regular service to DAISY FORD,HISAR .before the service there was noise in windows ,but after the service that noise had gone.but a new noise start coming like from the tyres.they said me this is due to disk.we have to change it.on that day they dont have disks in service centre so thet have given us a date for service on 16th jan 2010. today they have not solve that problem and they are saying that they cant do anything in this case.
                          tell me what should i do now

My car Ford Ikon Flair, Regn No JH 05 L 7322 was admitted at the Swarn Ford Service Centre Kanpur on 26 September 2011 for sudden stoppage due to engine oil leakage near Orai. The initial response of the service centre was very cold and inspite of being in army posted at a remote boder district of Arunachal Pradesh I was unnecessarily made to wait for five days in Kanpur after which I was told that the car will be repaired and handed over within four weeks and Rs 24,000 will be the total repair expense. Even after eight weeks the car was still not repaired and I was told that the engine has to be opened and they need sanction which I gave on phone. They did not open the engine even after assurance and I was forced to go on leave and request them in person. After almost three months of admission, I checked but the car was still not repaired and I send a complaint to ford India through e-mail on 17 Dec 2011.
                            I received the mail from Ford, but even after their written assurance on the matter the vehicle was not repaired till 30 March 12, when I approached Swarn Ford and saw that the Central Locking System was missing, lock and key was replaced and was told that the vehicle will be in a condition to be handed over only on 31 March. All this happened after I received mail from Ford on 19 January that the car is ready to be delivered.
                            2. When I got the car on 31 March 12, I was charged Rs 72000 which was thrice the charge which was told initially. Also, things which were in perfect shape at the time of admission were changed arbitrarily and charged for, like battery and associated electrical system. This multinational company not only harassed and humiliated me repeatedly but I also felt cheated and helpless.
                            3. Kindly get me justice for the unexpected and unending delay, humiliation, harassment, cheating and arbitrary charging much beyond the assured expense.

                              I visited saluja ford 2 times to check my car average but they didn't take any action against it .No one is caring about customer feedbacks as well as services that must be given to customers.They are just making the customers fools.i am going to file against them.

                                  Myself M Prukinth raj Secretary , Arunai Engineering College Tiruvannamalai and also liaison officer for our college.I purchased Ford fiesta car from your esteemed industry dated 5th may 2010 with vehicle registration number PY 01 BB 5754 along with 1 Lac km and Three years warranty.

                                  Five months back I encountered some problem with A/c of my vehicle as it was creating a loud noise and a friction kind of problem when I switched on the A/C. Immediately I took the vehicle for the service at MPL Ford Pudhucherry where the vehicle was purchased. They replaced the fan of A/c part .

                                  The second incident occurred on 5th April 2012 when I was traveling to Bangalore where my right front door power window strucked up and I was not able to close it up. Since I was not able to park my vehicle any where in the city and the purpose of my visit was mere waste. Then on the same day I was traveling back to Chennai via Vellore all of a sudden there was lot of vibration in the power steering and noise in the vehicle. Immediately at the midnight I stopped the vehicle and traveled by bus along with the family where my young child was there. The next day I took it to the service station of the Ford Vellore (Sarvesh Ford) . Then they took few days to fix the problem then it was set right .The power window was covered under the warranty and but I was charged for my power steering problem even though my vehicle covers the warranty unto the may 2013.

                                  But now in spite of all the above service I am once again facing the same problem with the power steering and A/c. Then I contacted the Ford service station at Vellore and Pondy they said it might be a manufacturing defect. I and my family members are totally under depression and great mental agony and we are not in a position to travel any where pleasantly. And not only that in my profession I need to travel a lot and which has caused a great financial loss and my trust for my profession.

                                  I am not able to move the vehicle for the past ten days, I trusted a lot in Ford and even suggested for my friends working in my college and other locations.

                                  I request you to consider my case as serious as possible and kindly replace the vehicle as soon as possible. If response is not from your side I may take this issue legally.

                                  I agree. I also faced similar issues with this vehicle and to my despair four of Ford's major Service centers couldn't repaid the car to my satisfaction. Car has been lying in my garage for long now. Ford people have become unresponsive now. Would never recommend a Ford vehicle to anybody.

                                    Sir/Madam,
                                    Iam Dr. Vinod.R, working in Sri Venkateswara Medical College, Puducherry. I purchased a Ford Fiesta Classic 1.4 CLXI (2011 manufacture) bearing registration number PY-O1 BN 2055 from MPL Ford Pondicherry on November 2011.

                                    I encountered the first problem on March 16th 2012.While driving on the highway from Pondicherry to Nellore with my family, all on a sudden the speedometer displays went blank and the car refused to move in spite of acceleration. I called the ford engineer at MPL Ford Pondicherry.They asked me to bring the vehicle to the show room. With great difficulty, I could manage to take the car to Puducherry. They checked and told me that it was the problem with the speed sensor & they replaced it the next day.(Records available with MPL Ford , Puducherry)

                                    Second Problem From the month of March, there started a noise from the back of the car while driving. Again, the car was taken to the show room on May(car was due for second service). They found that the wheel bearing was damaged and they replaced it.

                                    Third Problem On 20th june, the same problem(first problem) got repeated. I had no way but to leave the car on the road and come home since I couldn't move the car.

                                    All these problems are happening within 6 months of purchasing a new car spending around 8 lakh rupees. More than the money issue, We cannot confidently travel in this car. We will be under very high tension thinking when this car is going to stop & we will be in the middle of the road.

                                    With all concern about our car & about ourselves,and with due respect for you, I request u to look into the matter and if chances of this problem getting repeated are there, I would like you to do the needful for replacing this car with a new car (same model & colour). I think after reading this ,Its your moral responsibility to help us.

                                    Hope You will do the needful.

                                      My ford figo vehicle number TN22CV2458 and raised a complaint and sent reminder also regarding some problem but not responded.
                                      No need for customer complaint mail id if not responding the customer's mail for their complaints.
                                      Need to reply and give explanation. No other mail id for contacting their superiors also. Such a brand name this kind of attitude is not appreciated.
