Dear Sir / Madam, I had purchased flight tickets through Go Air G8-150 for Wednesday 29th of Jan for journey from patna to Delhi NON-STOP flight (Pnr no - E89SMH ).I regret to inform that Go Air flight G8-150, was cancelled and they did not arrange anything for me on that day, moreover they denied any help when asked for except rescheduling. I had to suffer a day and a half loss on my office works . The next day flight was also delayed by 2 hrs (Flight No - G8-144). Thus I had to suffer immense problem due to their negligent dealing. This has costed me an extra 5000/= INR (including staying cost in Patna) which they should compensate for. Regards, Debargho Chatterjee email id- [protected]

    Dear Sir / Madam, I had purchased flight tickets through you vide booking ID[protected] for journey from Srinager to Delhi NON-STOP flight by Go Air and connecting flight from Delhi to Mumbai by Indigo flight no.6E-187 to reach Mumbai airport at 20:40 Hrs. on[protected], by payment from my Credit Card of HSBC bank for Rs. 45040/- as per your invoice no.NF23155 dated 28th March, 2013. I regret to inform you that Go Air flight G8-186, not only started late, but it made a unscheduled halt at Jammu and we had to change the plane to reach Delhi. It reached half an hour late at Delhi airport, as a result, in spite of our hurried efforts, to catch Indigo 6E-187 flight, we could hardly reach to its check in counter at 18.11hrs.. We were not allowed to board that flight by Indigo Air line, showing us rule no.4 printed on E-Ticket, and were compelled to miss that flight. As a result we were stranded at Delhi Airport for the whole night and had to purchase another ticket no.MQ14DS for flight no. SE171 to depart at 05-25AM dated 01, June, 2013. for Rs.43, 912, paid by Credit Card of HSBC bank, to reach Mumbai. Thus we had to suffer immense problem due to your negligent dealing, providing wrong information at the time of booking E-Ticket and failure to make alternate arrangement for our Journey from Delhi to Bombay on[protected]. You have failed to reimburse me the losses suffered by me and my family in spite of my email correspondence dated 03/06/2013 and telephonic reminders afterwards. Your attitude is highly regrettable and unbusiness like. Thus your dealing of getting ticket of Go Air NON STOP flight, which made unscheduled halt at Jammu, resulting in delayed arrival at Delhi, is a Restrictive Trade Practice and Deficiency in Service. Your failure to make alternate arrangement for our journey from Delhi to Mumbai is a gross inefficiency in service. Hence I call upon you to pay the sum, within THIRTY days of receipt of this notice, as under: Rs.43, 912/- Being the amount paid by me for new ticket for Delhi to Bombay. Rs. 5, 805/- Interest on the above amount Rs. 2, 000/- Cost of this notice. ___________ Rs.51, 717/- Total. If you fail to pay the sum as above, I will be compelled to file complain with the District Consumer Redressal Court and in that case you will be liable to pay additional amount as under, also. Rs.20, 000/- Approx. for Traveling and staying expenses at Gudgaon for various dates during which trial in Consumer Court will continue. Rs 8, 000/- Additional interest till the case is finalized and you are given time to pay the adjudged amount. Rs.20, 000/- for Mental Agony suffered by us. So please note that I shall be compelled to file complaint in Consumer Court, after the expiry of this notice period.       I recall my nightmarish experience on captioned flight.Incidentally, i am retired top executive of nationalized bank with good travelling experience with various domestic/international flights.As such well familiar with flight protocol's etc.The sad incident pertains to chief purser/ flight manager, probably named 'VIJ' (As his name was not clear as at time of this incident, he deliberately inappropriately displayed the same for avoiding to note the same)But, he was in-charge on this flight as he was making all announcements etc.

      Before takeoff from Mumbai, i requested for water as i am suffering from diabetes, cardiac condition etc. so feeling parched.She promised to provide same after some time.After takeoff i waited patiently but no water, which prompted me to press the bell. Now, the air-hostess at cockpit came, very politely i was telling her that your colleague at the rear did not serve me water. a midst innocuous talks, this chief came and started shouting at me uttering "I know what you are telling her''.(worth noting is that i did not called or talked to him).He admonished me that I should not expect instant service.when i tried to clarify my position, he very insultingly retorted that i should not argue with him.Besides his body language was just inappropriate.With continuous shouting, he tried to get physical with me. Timely, intervention of co-passengers saved me from his wrath. HE FURTHER THREATENED TO HANDOVER ME TO SECURITY STAFF, who would haul me for hours together Besides, my calm he continued with aggressive posture, made racist and castiest comments as i belong to minority community.
      This unprecedented public humiliation/insult left me, my better-half totally shattered besides hurting our religious feelings and sensibilities. I am sure for certain that a service industry can never be expected to render such a shoddy, shameful treatment to customers who chooses to fly with them. Pl donot treat it just another run of mill case, have a investigation and book this erring employee for this rowdy behavior witch will put even a street urchin to shame. I NEED TO BE APPRISED WITH DEVELOPMENTS.

        The air lines has some very absurd internal processes which does not have any customer service attitude. The ground staff is absolutely rude and do not have any mannerism. The training dept of Go Air has to do some serious work to train it's staff on customer service. I've experienced other airlines service and seen them go an extra mile to help the customers. But, Go Air was pathetic the least I must say. Air India on other hand were much more proactive and we could save our holiday which Go Air ensured to screw up. Wadias messed it up bigtime again. Special mention for the ground staff Sushant Pawar, who had this special interest in ensuring that we are allowed to check in with a mere 2 minutes delay for a domestic flight. He had a terrible English speaking capacity and on top of it had an attitude of not to help. Regards Debraj

C72LR2 at 16.35 (late by hours that day)even after booking against corporate booking.food not served to me we are 12 people with same flight and same type of booking even we check in in same counter.all member served food but not to me.             First time traveling by GoAir on 7th September 2013 had pathetic experience . ...first the flight got delayed by over an hour....den missed connecting flight from Delhi...next was told casually n coldly by the staff that they can't put me in a flight to Mumbai before 8:45...The whole point of booking flight 10 times more expensive than train was to save time n reach Mumbai at a time safe enough to go home alone....GoAir could have done better . I will never suggest anyone to travel by Go Air. Very bad customer service

                I had cancelled my ticket on 23 May 2013 but still I have not received my refunds. I had tried calling Go air customer care many times. They always say that its in progress and will take 2 days or 3 days to get refunded. I have heard this for many times but still not received refund from Go Air. I had sent mail to go air nodal officer as well but he seems to be so careless to reply on the status. Could you please look into the matter and take some action?

                Go Air — Poor Airline Service - Do not fly with Go Air

                I had a flight booked with Go Airlines (G8-334) from Mumbai to Delhi.The departure time was 10.30 am.All checkin formalities were completed, security check done.....
                Then we were told that the flight is delayed by 2hrs.

                3hrs went be still no announcements were made.
                Passengers got tired of waiting and wanted an answer.

                They told that the flight that was supposed to come is stuck in Nagpur due to bad weather.
                After a lot of shouting and head banging with the authorities, passengers were told that they would be accommodated in other flights.
                They took our names to book us on other flights as per available seats.
                1hr later they apologized saying that other airlines are not ready to accommodate passengers.

                Meanwhile, they had made no other arrangements.
                Then, they asked to get our tickets cancelled and get a full refund amount form.
                But for this also they did not have necessary staff.

                I got my ticket cancelled and booked another ticket to delhi with Indigo.
                Now, i wanted my luggage back.

                They were asking us to get our tickets cancelled but they had not thought of how would they return our luggage.
                there was so much of chaos and confusion.

                I had to shout and beg in order to get my luggage back, which i got 5mins before my checkin time for the other flight was about to get closed....phewwwwww

                Such mismanagement is intolerable.
                The whole day spend at the airport...loss of money, time.....
                And i still havent got a refund for the ticket.

                Flight Ticket — not received refund

                  Am SARAVANA KUMAR R D from chennai. Recently i had a travel to PUNE from CHENNAI and Return regarding my OFFICE WORK as am a FREQUENT TRAVELER IN FLIGHTS. My PNR NO. UYWU1F. I traveled in G8/452 on 22 MAY 2013 at 22:50. The flight was 50 minutes late and i reached Chennai by around 02:00 AM. When i went to take my TROLLEY i found ONE of the WHEEL WAS BROKEN. IN HALF SLEEP I FELT VERY BAD and FRUTRATED on this issue and i couldn't MAKE A COMPLAINT AT THAT TIME as it was MIDNIGHT. ITS A NEW RED TROLLEY which i like most and they BROKEN it. Such a GOOD AIRWAYS DOING such sort of DISGUSTING things to its CUSTOMER i FELT VERY BAD WHENEVER I SEE my TROLLEY. I NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS. I NEED FULL REPLACEMENT. NOW I CANT FLY WITH THIS BROKEN TROLLEY SO I NEED REPLACEMENT because GO AIR IS COMPLETE RESPONSIBLE for MY BROKEN TROLLEY. AM NOT A FOOL TO HAVE SORRY OR ANY OTHER WORDS. I NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS as soon as possible. NO RESPONSE OR ACTION SO FAR......

                    Dear Sir,

                    I booked two tickets (One Ticket for one person and the another ticket for four persons) from Kalkata to Bagdogra for the date of[protected]. Booking date[protected]. And both tickets cancelled on 08.03.2012 through the Chennai Go Air booking counter. The staffs promised that we will send the refund money by cheque to your home, within 15 days. So i gave my passbook
                    account number also.

                    I convey my problems to Go Air staffs through tollfree more than 15 times. But the output is nil. So i send an e-mail to Mr.Jehangir Megth, Nodal Officer on 12.04.2013. But till the money was not refunded by Go Air. I waited more than 76 days. What is the cost for this delay. Severe punishment only can stop this type of delay in future. So please take the severe action.

                      We were on a vacation & we had to travel from Bangalore to Delhi & from there to Bagdogra. As the flight from Bangalore to Delhi was delayed , we reached the counter 30 minutes earlier than the departure time. We requested the duty manager to accommodate us in the flight. She talked to us in a very manner & rejected our request even though the flight had not taken off. We missed our flight & had to go under a huge loss. So, give your employees good training as to how to approach & behave with your customers.

                        I booked a flight with Go Air from Pune to Delhi (PNR number QM7I0X) Due to some reason i had to reschedule and then cancel it. When i called on airline customer care and asked to cancelation, they cancel the booking and told me that the refund amount will be approx 7000 and it will be credited to my account within 15 days. I asked them to send me confirmation mail for the same to which they denied. It is s been a month now and I have not yet received the Refund amount. Moreover now the airlines are telling now that the refund amount would be 5000, whereas while following up with them on call center number, several times they told me it is 7000. I feel cheated in this case. This is not an ethical to deduct any amount with their oun wish even after communicating. I want to know how can I take this issue to consumer court. I have been mentally harassed since last week while making continuously calling them, many times they even cut the call in between which really frustrates me.

                            Sir,
                            I booked for a flight from Delhi to Mumbai of Go Air for 19 March 2013 on 17 March 2013 at around 9:45 am in the morning from www.easygotrip.com
                            but the application status was Under Process.I waited for the status till 10:40 and then i called at this number [protected] of easygotrip but no one picked my call.After this I called at the number [protected] of GO AIR.The person over there told me to book the flight through them.I confirmed him that the other flight wont be booked and he assured me that this wont be done because Go air will be going to provide the PNR number and till now no PNR number has been generated so i told him to book 1 seat for me.He did the whole process and then the moment I checked my mail 2 mails came together.One was through Go Air with PNR number VC9TTS and the other through Easygotrip with PNR number PCBQBP.I told him to cancel one ticket and the person named OVAIS contacted his senior authorities and assured me that the whole amount will be refunded since both the transactions are done at the same time with the same name and for the same flight and tymings.I made number of calls regarding this issue to both the companies ie. GO AIR and EASYGOTRIP because both of them were not contacting each other but was telling me to tell the other one to cancel the ticket.Finally GOAIR told me to tell the person at EASYGOTRIP that GOAIR will refund the whole amount to them and the person at EASYGOTRIP got ready and told me to tell GOAIR to cancel the ticket on their own and i will be given the amount and they assured me that the ticket with PNR number PCBQBP will be cancelled by Go Air and the whole amount of Rs 6803 will be refunded to EASYGOTRIP which will be refunded to me as soon as possible and i will be confirmed about this with a mail but till now I havent got a mail nor any message.So i just want the authorities to take some action and solve this asap.

                              Hi! I wished to book tickets for my mother in a business class who will n traveling with my infant. I wish to inform that my mother is a heart patient and she is not advised to carry weights. I needed to know if on request we can get airport assistance for the infant as she will have to deplane at New Delhi n board another flight for Pune which is our destination city. I was flatly refused by the customer service people and this is highly inconsiderate . I am a frequent flier of go air and trusts this airline but this refusal to help has made me upset and disappointed.
                              I wish to bring into your notice about the whole episode. Had my mother been completely healthy, I wouldn't have asked for any help but ....Thanks

                                Sir,
                                Today morning, I traveled from Chennai to Chandigarh via Mumbai. After boarding, I took out my Laptop and a small box containing 5 pen drives and a Reliance Net Connect Modem. Since I felt sleepy, I slept till nearing Mumbai Airport. On reaching Mumbai, just I took my laptop alone and missed my Pen drive set and the modem (In a Box Measuring (3" x 2" x 1") on the seat itself.

                                I realised only at the time of takeoff to Chandigarh from Mumbai by 8.50 AM. I lodged oral complaint in the Chandigarh Airport. I didn't have the idea of filling up the "Lost and Found" form for further inquiry by the Airlines'

                                I have about of recovering my lost object.

                                    We were booked on the Mumbai-Chandigarh flight on 30th Dec. Which was cancelled. We rescheduled to go to Delhi by G8-337 leaving at 11:10

                                    The ground staff at Mumbai under Mr Yezdi Bulsara were grossly inefficient, and we got our boarding passes at 11:45 and were assured that our baggage had been transferred "on the Ramp".

                                    When we reached Delhi - the ground staff had no clue about our baggage - there were about 11 passengers who had not received their baggage. The Duty Officer was nowhere to be seen - and he turned up after 1 hr. And then too he was not able to get any update from Mumbai!

                                    After 2.5 hrs of pestering - we finally got confirmation at 5:00 that 17 bags were being sent by Indigo flight 6C174 - finally around 5:30 they confirmed that our bags were identified and on the flight.

                                    Since we could not go out of the departure building - we are still waiting to hear!!

                                      dear sir/madam

                                      this is to inform you that i ,debojit das have booked ticket on 5/12/2012 on GOAIR from delhi to guwahati dated 6/12/2012 which is scheduled on 11am.i was ready there with everything on my hand and they have also isssued me the boarding pass for the flight.

                                      but at the instant they told me that i am unable to travel because i was suffering from chicken pox and i had marks on my face but only on my face.so the staff told me you are not allowed to travel ,so you will be refunded back the amount instead of the cancellation charges.
                                      i told ok.just me the fare..
                                      but what happenede at last the flight gone after one hour and then they told go to wher you booked your ticket and cancel.i bookede my ticket myself from irctc and i returned home after two and cancelled through internet.

                                      see i wnt the refund thats it..its your staff's fault
