Sir/Madam I booked ticket through IRCTC site from Lucknow to Mumbai for journey date 11.05.2014 My ticket details were as under: Lucknow to Delhi G 8 188, departure 17.55 PNR 4HGA8A Connecting flight From delhi to Mumbai G8 342 departure 20.50 PNR 4HGA8A Against above booking my connecting flight was changed without any intimation and informing any reason i was issued boarding pass for connecting flight from delhi to mumbai as under G8 344 departure 22.15 when i checked boarding pass and queried to staff issuing boarding pass at Lucknow he rudly replied that i shud contact my booking agent when i talked to my booking agent IRCTC they confirmed that there is no fault on there part then i called at customer care number where i was told that my connecting flight was changed however they failed to give reason or expressing any regret So my complaint is that how can u change flights on its own? and if due to urgency it is inevitable u may at least inform with reason And the person issuing boarding passes should have information that flight has changed so he/she not blame to booking agent In my case the staff was just shifting responsibility over booking agent I think u will take care of that Otherwise there are lot of options Pradeep Kumar Singh [protected] [protected]@rediffmail.com

    dearsir, i was travelling from srinagar to delhi, on the 16th of may by the flight number G8/182 TIME; 13.30 PNR no. PLE1KT, We were nine passengers and had 15 pieces of luggage. we also had my mother aged 82 years and were given a wheel chair by the GOAIR. All our luggage was screened through the first tunnel, the wheel chair helper kept confusing us about our luggage and made us use only two trolleys for the entire luggage. n reaching ther GOAIR checkin counter we were told that we had to check in all our luggage and just keep only our hand purses. so all our luggage was put in, on identification for luggage after the security check we found that my laptop was missing. we immedeately alerted the GoAir staff they helped us in checking the counters but to no avail and finally told me that the laptop would have been checked in and that i would get it at Delhi.but we did not get it at delhi. we again got back tothe srinagar goair office, they promised they would check the CCTV footage, but no help. i would like to highltight that the laptop was my company laptop and has very sensitive data. i expected GOAIR to help me, but they have lapsed in any kind of help. i want immediate action on the following: 1. please check the CCTv Footage 2. i strongly feel the wheel chair helper misguiding us, please check his identity. 3.the luggage was all put on the go air check in weighing machine, please check the luggage details. please check these issues ASAP. being a serious issue i will have to take were sringent actions against Goair. i an a regular flyer with goair and expect immedeate support/ sherin ali AVP WNS global services ali.[protected]@gmail.com sherin.[protected]@wns.com [protected]

      Dear Sir,
      My PNR no is 4F2BBF and Booking Ref ID : 2014/DIN/0303797

      I had booked a flight from Goa to Nagpur scheduled to depart on 13th May, 2014.
      This flight was cancelled abruptly and I was notified about the same very late (5th May, 2014). As you are aware, Flight ticket's prices go up exorbitantly in the last few days. I had booked this ticket for INR 3171. Although this amount has been promised to be refunded to my account, this is causing me great difficulty.

      I have a scheduled appointment on 14th May, 2014 at Nagpur, which I need to make, failing which my Internship at this company will stand cancelled. So, I need another ticket from Goa to Nagpur on 14th May. Now, as I have been informed, all GoAir flights have been cancelled and I am being offered another ticket on 18th May, which may end up to be detrimental to my career.

      The cheapest price of ticket available right now is INR 6937.00.(Indigo flight: PNR: E21VQ1) Due to grave inefficiency on your behalf, I am forced to book this ticket. Hence, I would request GoAir, to refund the balance amount ie.[protected]=3766) I expect that the company has the minimum decency to be able to refund this amount to me as part of damages caused by unprecedented activity on your behalf.

      I am surprised that GoAir has been taking such decisions in such an unprofessional manner as I regularly fly with your airlines. Now, I feel that my return flight ticket ( PNR: 3T80F1), also should be cancelled and I need to partake all my future travel with another Airlines Company.

        I booked my Wife return journey from nagpur to delhi PNR-KGOW7M. my wife is pregnant and was advise not to travel on long flights therefore i booked direct flight without any transit. Your team members have called twice to amend the flight as it was cancelled. i had no option left but to take immediate decision and change the date however now the doctor has asked my wife to not to travel for long hours and because of this reason i had no option but to cancel the flight. i requested the call center person to be flexible as i was when they requested me to change the flight but they were rude and never understood my concern. i would like to have complete refund without any cancellation fee as it is a genuine case and changes happened because of your flight cancelation.           Dear Sir/Madam, It is a very sorry state of affairs that, I got my tickets booked and intending to travel through Go Air flight No G8-385 on 28-April - 2014 from Mumbai To Ranchi, but was not allowed to board into the flight and was given the reason that I have reported late for boarding. My flight was scheduled @ 11:15 A.M and I along with my wife, mother (Senior Citizen) and child (infant), reached there by 10:45 A.M. I strongly object on the behaviour of the Go Air staff shown towards us. We were outrightly denied the permission to board the flight and were told that the said trip can be modified if I pay and book another flight for next day by paying the balance amount. Balance amount was coming around Rs 22000/- (total). Secondly I will not be refunded a single penny and thus I am suppose to bear the loss of total Ticket booking amount INR 15661 (Rs 6549 + Rs 9112), only for being late by just five minutes. It shall be noted that I was travelling along with my family, in which one of the passengers was my mother (Senior Citizen) and other was an infant (1 Yr 11 mths old). I fail to understand, the outrageous behaviour and denial approach shown towards us and at last I, as a customer feel cheated that because of delay by few minutes I am supposed to loose and suffer with such a heavy cost. Cause of our delay in reaching the airport was "heavy traffic on mumbai roads." Today being Monday, there was a heavy rush on the road and we landed up in such a helpless situation with 8-9 more Go Air dejected travellers who were begging to your officials for issuing boarding passes. Finally all such travellers including me were denied boarding passes and our efforts to convince Go AIR officials were futile and energy wasted. Some of the officials who have shown very unprofessional behaviour towards us are Poonam ( Customer Care Executive) and Swapnil (Manager ) etc. Details are as follows :-- Go air Flight No - G8 - 385 PNR Details :--1) IXZKCS ( Make My trip) 2) E4030D (Booked through goibibo) Matter may kindly be taken up in the best possible manner looking at overall loss of the customer. If not, then I may be forced to take this matter in the court (Mumbai Jurisdiction) against Go Air. I will file a petition claiming the losses which are financial as well as dishonour in nature.           I also faced same problem in go air flight from DEL to Port Blair on 26 April 2014 . there was only one counter for port Blair and Ahemdabad flight and while standing in long line I was refused boarding pass for being late where as I was standing in line for 20 min . I had to purchase spice jet tickets on full rates 32000 otherwise all my trip would have been shattered.

            I BOOKED AN AIRLINE TICKET WITH GO-AIR ON 7TH April 2014 FROM PUNE TO NEW-DELHI . I BOOKED THE TICKETS from pune airport AND MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH SBI DEBIT CARD BUT THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM WITH delay in flight so i cancel it at same couter with full refund as i got receipt of it ! its 1month now no refund still now in my account ! this is my first aur worst expirience wid it ! give me ani contact number n all which i can get my money directly !

              Following are the flight details of my father and sisters flight. Both times food preference chosen was vegetarian. No food was provided. Towards the end of the flight, a to go food box was provided which caused food poisoning to my father and sister. This is ridiculous service, you guys charge an arm and a leg for flight and basic amenities such as food that has been paid for is not provided. I want action to be taken against this and some form of credit / refund voucher for airfare be given to me for future usage in go air flight. Unresponsiveness from the flight attendants is deplorable. This is not how customer service should be. This is a long flight and my father is an elderly gentleman with health issues.                 My wife Mrs.Smriti Sinha (PNR NO...GIMUXG ) who was travelling on 12/04/2014 on GOAIR FLIGHT No.G8-286 from GOA to BANGALORE needed a wheelchair assistance in view of her sickness.She was even provided wheel chair assistance at the airport.The porter who was carrying her DISAPPEARED after security check and didn't turn up till the end.However airport authorities helped her to emplane the aircraft to whom I am thankful.I request a strong action against the erring & irresponsible personnel.

                  as i have book a ticket of go air online and paid the money for 4/05/14 flight from patna to kolkata. but suddenly i got a message that my flight ticket was cancelled after getting this message i am trying to contact customer care then i am to get proper feedback and response. they are putting my call for 3-4 hour on hold but not giving any response. so take some step towards it as i have to reach kolkata on 4. or provide reason for cancellation of my ticket

                    we are very upset with the service Go Air has provided my parents.

                    We are regular travelers of Go Air from the past few years, the service of Go Air has become horrible.
                    As per the above PNR mentioned the flight was preponed and we were not informed.
                    As per the confirmation by the call center representative (Mr. Shakir) and Manager (Mr. Nikhil)

                    Kindly note the following
                    On the 23/02/2014 an SMS was sent at 13:35pm to us which never reached us due to error from your end.
                    There was only one attempt of a voice call made by Mr. Vishal on the
                    28/02/2014 at 10:13 am
                    which was missed by us.
                    After which there was no call made to us to inform about the change it Flight schedule.

                    As per TRAI you must be aware that you are not supposed to call back unknown numbers.
                    Also when this number was tried it gives message that please check the number you have dialed.
                    I was very surprised when informed by your staff that only on attempt was made to get in touch with us.
                    If Go Air thinks it can take passengers for granted just because they are have lot of passenger flying through
                    their Airline then I promise you will lose customers in mass for the service you have provided.

                    In spite of knowing that the passenger has not been informed, they could have at least tried to re call/ sms/e-mail
                    us again, but you staff was bothered showing no concern.

                    My parents were stranded for 04:hrs at the airport, your Goa staff was arrogant and rude and initially refused
                    to issue the ticket, but as there were other passengers who had faced the same problem and the issue was serious they later on issued the boarding pass.

                    My parents are senior citizens and were treated very badly by your Airline ground staff, there was no courtesy
                    even to offer they anything to eat or drinking know the dept. schedule of the next flight which was at 23:00hrs.
                    Due to your negligence and carelessness they reached their residence in Mumbai at : 01:00hrs. on 02/03/2014 morning.

                    They left from GOA for the airport at : 17:00 hrs. on 01/03/2014
                    They had wasted 08hrs.

                    Isn't this harassment ??? by you people because of your negligence y'll are making passenger suffer.
                    I demand and explanation and compensation for the stress, harassments and trauma they had to go through.
                    This behavior / service is not professional when you fly international also.
                    If this e-mail is not answered and solved it will stand as a very bad compliment in the domestic & International
                    airline Industry as it will be published on the internet & mass media.

                      Dear All, I had also suffer the pain of this cheat Ariline, and after surfing on the net I came across this website. 1st I would like to share my experience, I have a trip scheduled on 8th April 2014 to Bagdogra. Hence i went online and booked Air ticket from GOIBIBO for Mumbai to Guwhati and Guwhati to Bagndogra. on 21/01/14. I was supposed to fly from Gawhati to Bagdora with GOAIR. (Booking Reference: 4V8DRO). and i got a confirmation of booking. Later on 19/03/14 I reicived email from Goair stating that my filght is cancelled due to issues beyond our control. and after inquiring with them I came to know that have stop operating that sector, and hence they offered me full refund. but i denied to go for it. because on 21/01/14. I booked the ticket for RS. 1648/- and on 19/3/14 the price for the same were Rs. 3500 to 4000/-. So i thought to fight for the same and asked goair to reschedule me on other carrier for the same date. which they didn't and start telling to refer there Terms and conditions. all they have to say is that its not in there policy. Further I wrote emails to their nodal officer, appellate authority as well as to the DGCA. but all of no use. As for this is India. Here nobody takes Customer seriously. So friend I Have decided to take some extra effort and share my painful experience by posting it on various blogs, websites, Social Media and every where. and try that this kind of companies feel the burn. What I believe is if we all do the same then we can save some one's hard earn money or from such bad experience. I am also looking forward for registering consumer complain once I am back from my trip. Want ever happens next i will update it here. and would request you ppl to please start sharing your experience on various online platforms.

                        Dear Sir, Earlier I have given you complaint that when i performed journey from Delhi to Sri nagar on 16/10/13 in Srinagar when i collect my suitcase that time it was broken. I had given written complaint to Mr. Nadeem at srinagar he told me either you take two hundred rupees and kill the matter otherwise our company will contact you and settle the complaint. till today i have no solution from your side.                           Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference of my travel to Jammu today i.e. on 31st March 2014, I was carrying my bag from American Tourist's which I got from market couple of days back, and it was in a brand condition. I did my check-in. After reaching to Jammu when I received my bag from baggage counter it was totally damaged, I felt that somebody had lifted it up. I directly approached to your personal at desk front along with the security personal, the person sitting at front desk saw my bag & agreed that it’s a deliberate act… As per his suggestion I filed a complaint right away, acknowledgment is with me.                             Feedback Regarding BOOKING REFERENCE: NO0Y41

                            Travel Sector: Delhi – Srinagar – Delhi
                            Date: 25 Mar 2014 – 30 Mar 2014

                            I called at your customer care number and told them that I want to cancel my flight (SINCE AIRLINE HAD CHANGED THE RETURN SECTOR FLIGHT),
                            I was told by one of your executives named: Rumana that I am eligible for a FULL REFUND. So I asked her to please cancel the ticket and acknowledge. She told me that it will be confirmed. Then I got a call from SHEETAL that my cancellation is done and money will be refunded. (Voucher money by Cheque and Rest the one paid by credit card I will get a Rollback).
                            Then I again called to request that I want a total refund by cheque itself for which one of your executives RISHIKESH told me that you will get a FULL REFUND by cheque he told me you can call and ask for confirmation after couple of hours time.
                            Then I called for one final time your executive AMREEN told me that cancellation had been done and you will get the FULL REFUND BY CHEQUE within 15 days.


                            Now after 10 days when I called up to ask for the status, I am told by NIKITA that I am not eligible for a FULL REFUND.

                            ALL I WANT TO ASK IS HOW COME I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND AS TOLD BY – RUMANA, SHEETAL, RISHIKESH & AMREEN. But not when I call to check for d status of my FULL REFUND.

                            LOOKING FORWARD FOR A SWIFT ACTION AND A COMPLETE REFUND – NOTHING LESS THAN THAT.

                              We have booked goair flight srinagar-delhi for 30mar 2014 flight no g8-197 scheduled departure time was 14:30.When we reached the airport we were told that there is no flight as named above & the company has changed it schedule & instead our flight is at 16:15 g8-199.There was no information by the company on mobile or email.We have lost surgeries planned at 09:00pm.
                              This unprofessional attitude of go air has caused loss of time, money & caused mental trauma to us & our family members & warrants compensation &apologies

                                I made a booking on Cleartrip.com on GOAIR. Flight Number G8373 that would leave Mumbai at 16:50hrs and reach at 18:00hrs. Now suddenly just three days before the flight they inform us the flight has been preponed to 11:50hrs. Now the problems I am facing for this is massive

                                1. I reach Mumbai at 13:50hrs by Indigo
                                2. The person I am travelling with has an important meeting at 11:00hrs for which be booked at 16:50hrs

                                Now they gave us a flight at 22:15hrs which reaches at almost midnight. Now the airlines are not providing accommodation for which we would we stuck for so many hours and also for safety they are not giving us transport to reach the hotel at midnight and I am travelling with a girl.

                                Please help us we are stuck that we booked GoAir instead of Indigo

                                  My brother booked the ticket with Go air details as under: PNR No. 1PE369 Ticket No.[protected], 85, 86, 87 1) Tejwani Yogesh 2) Tejwani Divya 3) Tejwani Riya 4) Tejwant Anurag The flight was at 17:40 pm from Srinagar to Delhi on 25th March 2014.. My brother and his family came to airport at 4:00 pm sharp and got know know that the flight has gone. He was surprised and asked how? The response was that it was preponed . He asked have you informed the passengers. They said we are sorry. We can give you the ticket for tomorrow and asking for money as well. I also called up at [protected] (had a discussion with Mr. Vicky ). He also had no answer other than a big SORRY. My brothers entire journey is at stake now. 1) From Delhi he was supposed to at a Funeral which he will not be able to go (My family ticket was from Delhi to Haldwani by train of Today evening at 11: 00 p.m. ) 2) The additional stay at Srinagar with taxi and fooding 3) My business dealing are at stake 4) Mental pressure (Who is going to bear all these cost ) (Let me know that who is going to bear all these expenses) My Brother and his family are standing at Srinagar Airport. They will be standing their till any decision comes out. The ticket counter person has made him Under pressure and gave him the ticket for tomorrow. Kindly do the needful ASAP Just let me know that how the things can come on line. For me, My family, My entire network, Go air is going to be the worst service provider from today onwards. I am going to take up this issue in Social Media as well. I am not going to suggest GO air to anybody. This is not expected from a reputed airline line GO Air. This is the worst experience I am having with any of the airline. 26th March 2014: Nobody has approached us for help from Go Air. They even didnot bother to check where the passengers are staying.                                   The company has not taken any step to resolve the complaint. Even The Head Mr. Irfan at Srinagar didn't do anything even after continuous calls . His number is 9622458959
                                  Why the hell u r showing that the complaint is resolved, the truth is that it is not resolved till date.
                                  Beware while going in GOAIR Airlines (An Appeal)
                                  Dear Friends, one of my known booked the ticket with Go air
                                  The flight was at 17:40 pm from Srinagar to Delhi.
                                  He along with his family reached airport at 4:00 pm sharp and got to know that the flight has gone.

                                  1) He asked in counter have you informed the passengers. They said we are sorry. We can give you the ticket for tomorrow and asking for money as well.
                                  2) He also called up at [protected] (had a discussion with Mr. Vicky- Telecaller of Go Air ). He also had no answer other than a big SORRY.
                                  3) He also contacted Mr. Irfan (Head Go Air Srinagar) at [protected]. He also didn't bother to help.
                                  4) The ticket counter person has made him Under pressure and gave him the ticket for next day.
                                  5) He also send the mails to : [protected]@goair.in; [protected]@goair.in; [protected]@goair.in; [protected]@goair.in. Still no response .
                                  The Passengers entire journey was at stake now.
                                  1) From Delhi he was supposed to attend a Funeral which he was not able to attend .
                                  2) He had a connecting ticket on the same day which again is a big loss.
                                  3) The additional stay at Srinagar with taxi and other expenses
                                  4) Above all Mental pressure and a business loss.
                                  (Who is going to bear all these cost )
                                  I am sharing this information just to help other people who may also face the same situation. Pl be alert while travelling in GOAIR.

                                    i along with my wife and son booked for del-mumbai on flight no ga336 on 13.03.14 pnr no AD9NRF seq-127 and gave two nos check in luggage at delhi slip no 20284g8635484 but on reaching mumbai found only one nos suitcase the other one was missing and no reponsible staff was available. I was travelling for some medical emergency and the missing suitcase had all relevant medical records

                                      As you are aware that I was scheduled to return back from Delhi to Srinagar on 2nd march with departure time at 12.10pm. but it was telephonically informed that the flight timing has been postponed to 2.30 pm and again prior to the departing date I was second time informed about the reschedule by propane of the flight time at 10.55am with one stop, caused inconvenience to me as I was tabled some important works which I have to leave undone. Moreover MD Go Air is requested not to fly the aeroplane without passengers, which I feel is a great loss to the company in question. Also on booking the ticket on 1st February 2014 through Make My Trip on line I was debited an amount of Rs 17876/- and the e- ticket furnished to me was calculated for Rs. 17328/- only, with a difference of Rs. 548/- which may be checked and action against the agency may be taken please. The matter was taken with Mr. Jatin Kapoor of M.M.Trip, who assured that the margin money will be refunded back but one month has passed no refund has been made to me so for which my also be investigated please.Regards Altaf Aleem Hussaini ID: [protected]@gmail.com .
