HDFC Bank Billdesk — spotify

I paid spotify student premium of rs 66 twice on april 28 and 29, even though i have been charged by the billdesk my spotify is still a free account and i have not received bill cofirmation from spotify. I requested you to refund me rs 132 to my account as payments have not gone through. I have ask spotify customer service and they told me my payment was pending from the billdesk so kindly resolve it as soon as possible
