, I had purchased i-10 magna 1.1 ltrs, from Shreenath Hyundai, Rajkot on 28/06/2010 with VIN MALAM51BLAM663177 by agent W3205.
A day after two, I, observed, there was a shock and vibration in gear-shifting during gear shifting in running and idle condition. On the same time, the matter/problem was orally informed and complained to service engineer. He replied me of having same effect/problem in all i-10 and not to worry regarding matter. During the course of running on the day 10/08/2010, near Chotila ( Dist: Surendranagar), gear suddenly stop to shift from third gear to any other gear. I had called for road assistance, but nobody replied, so finally called to Mr. Chetan Patel (Service Engineer, Shreenath Hyundai, Rajkot) and explained the whole matter and circumstances. He suggested me to drive in third gear to service station, Rajkot on company’s risk, if matter worse. I obeyed the same and on next day, I submitted car for repair to service station. At that time, service engineer informed me that due to falling of some break out part in gear box, the gear shifting was locked. But it took nearly a week to repair for a reason of some constructional work going in workshop. After a week, I got the delivery of car. As I tested the car on delivery, again same problem of gear shifting was there, so I informed to service engineer. He inspected car and told me for replacement of some parts. He also informed me that it took nearly a week to make part available for replacement, and they will call me back as part made available. But during course of time, after two week, I didn’t have any call from service station. And hence, car couldn’t used during that time. So, I called service station for pending repair work as the time more than their commitment had passed. They informed me that parts will available for replacement after festivals (Janmastami on 2/2/10).
But exactly after a month later, on date 10/09/2010 (C[protected]) part was replaced. And I lost the utilization of car in crucial time of festival nearly for a month or more. Again during testing, I, observed same effect/problem, so the job was reopened (but service engineer, in place of reopening order, he floated second free service job) five day later on 16/09/2010 due to reason of bottlenecking of service load.
But after delivery, neither the problem was solved nor did I get reliable cause for problem. They pretended me of giving one or more reason of problem and counterfeit me for having that problem. But due to carelessness and negligence of severity of problem, I again put in dangerous situation on evening of 25th Sept,2010 at place near Chalala ( Dist: Amreli). Again the car was locked in third gear. At this time again, it was sunset time and awkward place for any assistance, I, called Mr.Chetan Patel for help. He than informed of toeing assistance but after two hours later they will reach the place. But I couldn’t in the position to risk about the kids and ladies, those who are with me to wait for 2 hours on road in such horary place. So, finally decided to toe the car on mine own risk and same I informed to service engineer. He cancelled my toeing assistance after 10 minutes. That was really a terrible situation that I felt ever in mine life, due to just a negligence of Hyundai.
The proof of negligence proved again when I submitted car for repair on 28/09/2010 after above instance. They had lost the keys of car, and asked me for other key. I still wonder that does the problem is solved or not? But in overall from the date 28/06/2010 to till date, most of the time you, made my car to rest in service station.

During our visit and booking date they asked additional cost (Mithila Hyundai called it ON) of ₹ 100000/- which was paid to them along with the booking amount of ₹ 520000/- with an assurance about the sure and confirm delivery on or before 18/11/2015…
Upon approaching them on 17/11/2015 they denied the delivery stating they haven’t got the car delivery from Hyundai and now requested us to wait for another time i.e. a period of 3-4 months or more than that…also if its urgent we need to pay another additional ₹ 100000/- or else need to purchase the accessories costing ₹ 150000/- invested by an earlier investor who booked the car… so that they can arrange the delivery on preferred dates… but they will not issue any official receipts for the additional cost collected by them other than the on road cost…
In such scenario we would like to lodge an official complaint against your good dealer M/s Mithila Hyundai who collected the additional cost of ₹ 100000/- for urgent delivery of CRETA 1.6 VTVT and now forfeited the transaction. With such discourteous behaviour from your good dealer there are many other customers who turn their NEW THINKING and went for the NEW POSSIBILITES with other MAKE / MODEL except HYUNDAI…
You are requested to intervene and resolve the issue ASAP enable us to stick with your innovative slogan NEW THINKING NEW POSSIBILITES to get our DREAM CRETA on desire delivery schedule.
