    I purchased Hyundai i10 (Reg No. PB08-BL-0643) from Goyal Hyundai G.T. Road Jalandhar (N6209) on 3-6-09. Sales Manager promised me of 2 benefits
    i) Loyalty Bonus- Rs 10000/- - on sale of old Non- Hyundai Vehicle
    ii) Corporate Bonus - Rs 4000/- - for Government employees
    In sept 2009 i submitted the relevant papers to avail the said benifits which they promised would be released within 3-4 month. After lapse of 6 months when i asked for the benefits they informed that my above said papers of loyalty bonus were not in their record whereas papers of corporate benefit were with them.On[protected] i submitted duplicate papers to the concerned dealer and the managing director of the company Estb. at Mathura road, New Delhi, but till date no response has been elicited by them.Enclosed Below are the copies of Sale of my non hyundai old vehicle (dated 11/8/09) for loyalty bonus and a Copy of Pension payment Order (dt[protected] stating that i had been a Govt. Employee entitled for corporate bonus.

    Dear Sir,

    Ref. to attached booking receipt, we booked your good company SUV CRETA 1.6 VTVT model from your authorised dealer M/s Mithila Hyundai, Mira Road Branch…

    During our visit and booking date they asked additional cost (Mithila Hyundai called it ON) of ₹ 100000/- which was paid to them along with the booking amount of ₹ 520000/- with an assurance about the sure and confirm delivery on or before 18/11/2015…

    Upon approaching them on 17/11/2015 they denied the delivery stating they haven’t got the car delivery from Hyundai and now requested us to wait for another time i.e. a period of 3-4 months or more than that…also if its urgent we need to pay another additional ₹ 100000/- or else need to purchase the accessories costing ₹ 150000/- invested by an earlier investor who booked the car… so that they can arrange the delivery on preferred dates… but they will not issue any official receipts for the additional cost collected by them other than the on road cost…

    In such scenario we would like to lodge an official complaint against your good dealer M/s Mithila Hyundai who collected the additional cost of ₹ 100000/- for urgent delivery of CRETA 1.6 VTVT and now forfeited the transaction. With such discourteous behaviour from your good dealer there are many other customers who turn their NEW THINKING and went for the NEW POSSIBILITES with other MAKE / MODEL except HYUNDAI…

    You are requested to intervene and resolve the issue ASAP enable us to stick with your innovative slogan NEW THINKING NEW POSSIBILITES to get our DREAM CRETA on desire delivery schedule.

      Subject : Driver side power window operation started giving trouble since 3 months

      I have purchased car on 7th Dec 2005 vide Car No : MH-12 CY 6408 SANTRO XL

      The car has not troubled us at all excepting some problems like cranking noise of driver’s seat which was not rectified in spite of many times sending car to Kothari.

      Now in Sept 2010 when my front driver side power window operation started giving trouble to me I took my car for its repair. Kothari They charged me Rs.1550/- for replacement of Limit switch which operates both sides glasses and I thought it done.

      But again after 3 days same problem started giving trouble the window up and down was not happening at all. After changing the Limit switch too it was giving trouble as mentioned above. Again car was kept for two days but there was no conclusion and later on car was returned with a verbal remark that "THE WIRING HAS PROBLEM WE HAVE ORDERED IT IE WE GET THE SAME WE WILL CALL THE CAR. After that 2 months have lapsed and in spite of follow up many times no one has bothered to call me even after my several calls to their Mr Sandeep on his mobile no: [protected] they are silent on this subject. The response has been very bad and was never expected from Hyundai service center.

      Can company make justice to me and arrange to rectify the problem at the earliest as since more than 3 months I am unable to make the window up and down and is causing great hardship to me.

      Santro is the worst case for the power windows. There is manufacturing defect in the system. In fact the entire central locking system has problem as I have tried to repair the same for my car. I have visited the garage at least 10 times in the last 8 months. NEVER BUY A SANTRO for the problem it gives after a few years in the doors and windows. What good is a car if you cannot open the doors an windows. The mechanics at several garages have confirmed that the max complaints for power windows and central locking comes from Santro.       such a third class company I purchased santro xing gls model in 2013 end . the interior is so bad that everything makes noise when car goes on uneven road . so no more to santro now I prefer to buy Honda car .

            I took my car for service to V3 Hyundai service station in Chennai. I own Santro zing limited Edition.

            Gave them a list of complaints and to get the car serviced overall.

            Basic car cleaning was not done properly.
            Asked to change the switch for the reverse light and was not done.
            During the pressure wash am assuming – the form that is at the bottom of the radiator had pealed off and they did not bother to put it back.
            Brakes was supposed to be sharpened instead they were week and had to pump the brakes instead of stepping on it.
            Customer services called me to check on the service and when I said I have a complaint to make placed me on hold and hung up.
            I called back and asked to speak to manager or to give me a number she took her own time and gave a wrong number.
            Called back the second time and got the manager (Murgan) who did not apologize when I gave him the gist of what happened.

            I was driving Chennai to Bangalore so you can imagine my horror.

            Hyundai as a company I believe has a set standard world wide and if you give it to such incompetent people to handle your customers there is a flaw in your system.

            Have been working for the customer service industry for the past 8 years and there was no customer services with V3 Hyundai.

            Thought will keep you informed and will be selling my Santro and will look for a company that has better customer service.


            Hi There,
            The complaints never end with hyundi and the services i had with V3.
            After I gave my car the second time to V3 the driver brought the car back from service and when i was paying him the money a guy riding a bike drunk
            hit the car from the back and broke my tail light windscreen and damaged my bumper.Insurance took care of most of the damage but Ihad to shell out 2500 for repairs.
            Is this bad luck with V3 or just there issues of servicving cars.Cause if they got it right the first time this would not have happened.
            The issue never ends.
            I was on my way to Bangalore from Chennai to attend my best friends wedding.
            36 km from Vellore the car jerks and comes to a halt at 8:30pm in the medlle of nowere.Thankfully it was a friend that was with me and not wife who is with me most of the time.
            My friend and me stayed in the car the whole night as we did not have any numbers to call.Morning we caught a bus to vellore and went Hyundai Susee in Vellore.
            The machinices came back to the car and tried to fix it but in vaine.The car was tored back to the services station.The manager said they would try and fix the car.After a whole day they are still not able to fix the problem cause thay dont now where its.The manager of susee keeps calling me updating me about the car which am very happy about.
            All this has happended after the service with V3.When we went for a test drive on friday the manager said that the car was straining at the speed of 80km.before the service with V3 the car has touched 140km easily and was smooth.
            Now who is going to compisite me for the time i spent on the highway missing my friends wedding ritules and the money that i have spent and going to spend with Susee motors after they fix the car most of all the stress that i was put through during this period.
            The car is still not fixed and in Vellore with Susee motors.i will have to take a days leave travel 150km+ to pick up the car.
            Who do i Blame for this..Myself for buying a hyundai...V3 for not getting the service incorrect the first time..or is it just bad luck i have to deal with untrainded unproffessional people that represent hyundai
            Well not sure if youll take your complaints seariously...just thought will keep you posted.Am just fedup and stresssed about the car and service.
            Like I said the service issues with Hyundai never ends.Ever since I got the car back from susie motors in vellore I drove back home to Chennai.Have been travelling on work since so the car was parked at home.Today when started the car to go out on some important work less then 100 meter away from home the problem started again...it shut down in the middle of the road.

            I have sent over Rs8000/- on the car ever since it went to V3 for service.This is apart from the accident that took place because of them.

            Time on the high way with no assistance in the middle of the night.Lost a complete 2 days trying to get the car fixed and get back home to chennai.

            Now the issue still continues with the car.

            Who do I go to..Who is sufficiently trained to fix my car in Chennai.. or is servicing a hyundai car a money making scheme..and they just dont care about customers anymore.

            Have written numerous mails to hyundai and still get the same service..

            Thought I can call and speak to someone in customer services.. the wait time to speak is over 5 minutes...and is an STD call for me...my conclusion is that either you dont have proper trained people or there are too many calls which means you guys have so many breakdowns and dont have the manpower to manage the calls and the number of cars breaking down are high which doesn't speak highly of hyundai.

            Questain- Do i call KUN ,Express hyundai, HMP DSC to come fix the car so they can take more money and rob me dry...

            What do I do???????? Sell the car ....Who will buy a car after they look at the history of the service...ever it went to V3 for service...The useless bunch have spoilt a perfectly running car and created so much customer dissat.

            Hello Everybody,

            I also had horrific time with service in Hyundai at V3 for the second time. Even the Non Hyundai local service center are better in this regard. Its high time they correct theri course else it will ultimately lead to doom.

            1st Time:
            1. Took my car to the service center. The customer service was pathetic. They made me wait in the lounge for more than and hour and I was getting late for the office.
            2. Then a mechanic came and asked me the problem. Don't know what is he thinking at that time..he hardly was listening to the problems I was sharing. I not only had problem with the body but also with the functionality...but he suddenly said this is body guys work and asked another guy to take care of this.
            3. The second guy again made me wait for almost half an hour and took the complaint for both body work and mechanical problems.
            4. They told I can come and collect the car from service center. Didn't even offer to bring the car to house. That would have definately be nice gesture.
            5. They never bothered to call me and inform me that the commitment they have made to give the car in the evening was not made. Insted when I called to confirm if car is ready they asked me to come the next day evening.
            6. Next day evening (fri) when I called they said its not yet ready and they will inform me when the car is ready. I was very disappointed by the gesture.
            7. 3rd day I waited till 10 am in morning and when I called them they asked me to come at 11:00 am. When I reached there instead of delivering the car they asked me to wait in the lounge.
            8. Waiting for long 1.5 hours and when I went to reception to enquired, I was stunned to know that I have to wait another 1 hour coz staff has gone for lunch..How rediculous!! They never bothered to inform me that it may take more time or didn't have courtesy to ask me also to go and have lunch...!
            9. I went for lunch and came back at 4 pm and after waiting for another 1 hour I got the car back finally...My whole saturday was ruined on that day.
            10. They didnt' even fix some of the problem I had highlighted and I had problem with vehicle after some time.
            11. One lady called me for feedback and I gave very bad feedback...but things remain the same as I experienced in my second service.

            2nd Service:

            One not fine day my car didn't start after I did grocery shopping near my house. From that place I can see the V3 service center clearly..not even 500 m away...Since I had come with my wife and small kid..I needed urgent attention and called V3 Service center. The receptionist told me that wthin 10 mins he will send a mechanic to check.

            Can you believe I had to wait almost 1.5 hours for the mechanic to arrive. I had to call so many times after which finally they arrived. They did something and asked me to push the car and it started somehow. They were two of them came in car. I asked one of them to come with me till my house(very near) so that my family and grocery can be offloaded and they can take the car. I was astonished by the answer..They said take the car home drop everything and bring it back to service center. When I insisted also they were adamant and asked me to bring the car to service center. The most nerve wrecking was while they were going to their car they turned back, saw me and laughed with each other mischeviously (????).

            The story doesn't end here...when I call to check if my car is ready..the mechanic said 2 parts are not available but u can pick up car and the parts will be avaialble in next 2 days. When I went there my car was not ready..I had to wait from 5 pm to 8 pm(3hrs) to get my car ready...so funny...!

            They commit but never keep the commitment..the part that was supposed to come after two days is not available even after four days...I might have called 10 times and everytime he says..he will call me back but not even one call i got so far...I don't believe in these guys anymore..and looking for local mechanic as they are better than these guys...local mechanic told me with in half day the original parts will be replaced with almost 30% less price...

            I don't see any reason going back to V3 Service Center anymore...and I suggest others the same...
            I have a Hyundai Elantra CRDI vehicle. Can anybody suggest best place to get it serviced?
            Which is the best place to get spares and regular servicing? Any experienced local mechanics/workshops can anybody please suggest?

            I would recommend you to go an authorised Hyundai Service centre. you must be aware of the recent upcoming where the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has caught Hyundai for overstating the mileage a few of their cars give. The Elantra and Accent are included in this.               , I had purchased i-10 magna 1.1 ltrs, from Shreenath Hyundai, Rajkot on 28/06/2010 with VIN MALAM51BLAM663177 by agent W3205.
              A day after two, I, observed, there was a shock and vibration in gear-shifting during gear shifting in running and idle condition. On the same time, the matter/problem was orally informed and complained to service engineer. He replied me of having same effect/problem in all i-10 and not to worry regarding matter. During the course of running on the day 10/08/2010, near Chotila ( Dist: Surendranagar), gear suddenly stop to shift from third gear to any other gear. I had called for road assistance, but nobody replied, so finally called to Mr. Chetan Patel (Service Engineer, Shreenath Hyundai, Rajkot) and explained the whole matter and circumstances. He suggested me to drive in third gear to service station, Rajkot on company’s risk, if matter worse. I obeyed the same and on next day, I submitted car for repair to service station. At that time, service engineer informed me that due to falling of some break out part in gear box, the gear shifting was locked. But it took nearly a week to repair for a reason of some constructional work going in workshop. After a week, I got the delivery of car. As I tested the car on delivery, again same problem of gear shifting was there, so I informed to service engineer. He inspected car and told me for replacement of some parts. He also informed me that it took nearly a week to make part available for replacement, and they will call me back as part made available. But during course of time, after two week, I didn’t have any call from service station. And hence, car couldn’t used during that time. So, I called service station for pending repair work as the time more than their commitment had passed. They informed me that parts will available for replacement after festivals (Janmastami on 2/2/10).

              But exactly after a month later, on date 10/09/2010 (C[protected]) part was replaced. And I lost the utilization of car in crucial time of festival nearly for a month or more. Again during testing, I, observed same effect/problem, so the job was reopened (but service engineer, in place of reopening order, he floated second free service job) five day later on 16/09/2010 due to reason of bottlenecking of service load.

              But after delivery, neither the problem was solved nor did I get reliable cause for problem. They pretended me of giving one or more reason of problem and counterfeit me for having that problem. But due to carelessness and negligence of severity of problem, I again put in dangerous situation on evening of 25th Sept,2010 at place near Chalala ( Dist: Amreli). Again the car was locked in third gear. At this time again, it was sunset time and awkward place for any assistance, I, called Mr.Chetan Patel for help. He than informed of toeing assistance but after two hours later they will reach the place. But I couldn’t in the position to risk about the kids and ladies, those who are with me to wait for 2 hours on road in such horary place. So, finally decided to toe the car on mine own risk and same I informed to service engineer. He cancelled my toeing assistance after 10 minutes. That was really a terrible situation that I felt ever in mine life, due to just a negligence of Hyundai.

              The proof of negligence proved again when I submitted car for repair on 28/09/2010 after above instance. They had lost the keys of car, and asked me for other key. I still wonder that does the problem is solved or not? But in overall from the date 28/06/2010 to till date, most of the time you, made my car to rest in service station.

                i had given my car hundai i 20 MH 04 EH 5593 FOR Service on dated 13/10/2010 at authorised service center at thane majiwada at that time there was no problem in car after service i have a gear problem i had again visted there that is some problem in gear but now they are not giving proper answer

                they are saying your service had done ,come and visit after some days
                we are not responsible after car service

Consumer courts/CHD for justice.

                    Bought a car (HUNDAI i10) from Sanjay Hundai, Sales Showroom - Bhosari, Block No 81-B/9, MIDC,Bhosari, Pune - 411026 Ph:[protected] / 27129380 / 90
                    The mileage that was advertised is 19km/Liter.

                    After purchasing the car the mileage received is 9.5Km/Liter. This is half of the advertised mileage.

                    After service and compliants there is no change. Would like to return my car as I belive it is defective.

                    Appreciate the help with the procedure.

                      I have given my car No.WB-20G-2372 in service at Mukesh Hyundai (Chetla Kolkata) on 04/10/10 there was problem in my stearing and they reapired some equipment was changed and I have taken delivery on 06.10.10.At the time of delivery I was waiting for service enginer Mr.Joydeb Das but he was so busy he couldnt attend me.I left the place after 25 minutes nobody attended me I repeatedly informed to your billing people please informed the engineer I want to inform me.After the service I didnt received any call from your service centre how they repaired but previously I used to get courtsey call from them.
                      On particularly that day when I driven my car there was some some sound which is quite irritating what I have done today I have send my car with my driver to check it out why this sound he met Mr.Joydeb Daa and he informed my driver that this sound from bearing you have to change.I only asked him that why didnt you change on that particular day I would have not harrased and same time I dont have to pay the labour charge two times.This is totally unprofessional way to handle the job I simply asked his manager name and spoken to him he is Mr.Jayanta Lodh he is supporting his collegue he asked me to send the car once more for repair.I am sorry to say that this type of attitude you get from road side mechanic I didnt expect from Mukesh Hyundai.Previously my car was look after by Mr Raj I never faced this type of problem with him.I will think twice to give my car for servicing in Mukesh Hyundai.

                      Hyundai Santro — service

                      I've lodge a complaint to Hyundai customer care on 02nd September 2010 for poor service of my car, and the job is not done properly. but still it is pending. pls help me what can i do.

                        We bought I20 Sports model white color in July 2010. Fortunately, this year Delhi was flooded with rains and we got to know a major security fault in the vehicle. Since this model has automatic air flow systems, no matter what settings we apply, the air flow towards the windshield cannot be stopped. as a result there is continuous frost while settles on the windshield. the situation worsens when it rains and will gets worst in winters when we will use the blower.
                        When the same was informed to MGF Hyundai , Okhla, they too the car promising that this will be done. Since July we have sent our car to MGF Hyundai thrice, but all in vain.
                        To our surprise the MD of MGF Hyundai tells us to operate the AC at 22 Degress instead of 16 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
                        who the hell is he to tell me on what temperature the AC should be used.

                        We hope to get some solution in this regard through this forum.

                        Hello Sir,

                        This fog or frost is formed because of the difference in temperatures inside and outside the car; and when it rains this difference of temperature inside and outside the car is higher. So what can be done is to put the AC at about 25 degrees for 5 minutes and then put it your desired temperature later. There is no defect in your car as this happens to almost every car including BMWs, but this doesnt happen in a rolce royce because the glass has heaters in the frame of the glass and this heats them slightly in order to not form the frost.

                            I am very dissapointed, after experiencing the real customer support by Hyundai motor services, Commerical Hyundai dehradun.
                            Its almost now 12 days and their is no work started on my i 20. Infact after 12 days also they dont have a spare axle tube and tyre /rim for i 20.
                            I dnt understand how a workshop doesnt have even one spare for each type of car model.
                            it took 3-4 days only for insurance claim settlements, which Hyundai workshop manager and insurance company surveyor were murmuring and laughing between themselves.
                            M facing a lot of problems without my car and request u to look to this matter urgently.

                            Hyundai Dealor — False promises.

                            Sir/Madam,
                            This is bring to your notice the harassment faced by my self as well as friend VIshal during the purchase of two cars from SHREENATH HYUNDAI dealers of your car at Mumbai.
                            I had planned to buy GETZ and my friend Vishal was going for Santro.
                            On the first day of our visit to the showroom viz . 11th September 2008, we were told by the sale person Mr. Santosh that the discounts given by the dealer be as :
                            1) Teflon coating
                            2) Anti rust
                            3) 2 back speakers (as front 2 are already there with the music system free of cost).
                            4) Matting and Mudflaps.
                            5) Extended warranty.

                            This benefits were supposed to given to myself . Vishal was also being given the same lest the music system with speakers were not there, instead they were giving him free insurance.
                            Later on as we made the advance payments for the booking of the car, I was told by Mr. Harikesh that back 2 speakers cannot be given as it is not in their scheme. I told them to confirm it from Santosh the guy who made these commitments to me. Later when they were not budging I had to call Santosh to clarify the matter. He called me and my friend Vishal and told that he is very sorry for the 2 back speakers .

                            Well later when the car was delivered we found out that Teflon coating was missing . On reporting the matter to the dealer they quickly backed out saying that only car polish is given by them and not Teflon. Even after much argument by both o[censored]s, the dealer was unable to help us out.

                            I was not given the gold coin as per Hyundai Scheme, sighting the reason by Harikesh that
                            I should have taken it the day of delivery and now since that day has passed so they wont give me the gold coin. To this we took their case strongly and after 2 hours of heated argument I was given the coin.

                            It was a nightmare of our life that after paying full for the car, we had to beg for things promised before hand to us.
                            We had also lodged complain to your Delhi office and was given assurance by Mr. Moorthy

                            I strongly take this harassment of both me and my friend Vishal .
                            I request Hyundai Motors to take action against them for their in hospitality, stubbornness, irrational and unkind behaviour of the Shreenath Hyundai .
                            I will make sure that our experience with them doesn't go unheard by the higher authorities.
                            And frankly speaking, would never advise any of my known to buy any product from Shreenath Motors.
                            Looking for a positive reply from your end .

                            Its almost now more than 3 months and i doesnt get delivery of my car on fixed date which was given by dealer to me, and after the said date i doesnt get any follow up of my car or rather progress report of repairing of my car .
                            I dnt understand how a workshop run, and why they didnt call me or respond me . i also done so many mail finally i issued a notice from my lawyer and also send a copy of the same wiyh full detail by fax, and now i personally feel that i have no any alternative except approaching the court of law, as well as consumer court, and in that case i joined all higher authority of hyundai company as a party, i say this words with very sorrey but i mentally herass to much from the attitude of the company and all customer care centre because they didnt respond me

                              I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A VERNA VGT CRDI AT CAR FROM CONCEPT MOTORS I PVT LTD. SHOW ROOM FROM S.G.HIGHWAY SATELLITE AHMEDABAD. I HAVE DRIVEN 154 KM .DATE OF PURCHASE IS 15/10/2010 AND THE PROBLEM OCCURED ON THE NEXT DAY. THE FUEL TANK i.e. NEAR ABOUT 45 LITERS OF DIESEL WAS EMPTY AND THEN AFTER TO REACH THE DESTINATION I FILLED UP THE DIESEL OF RUPEES 800/- AND I REACHED NEAR HIGH COURT THE COMPANY HIGHWAY SERVICE ARRRIVED AND REPAIRED THAT NIGHT . THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURED ON THE NEXT DAY.

                                I am totally upset with the hyundai i20 - KA 03 mm 8451 i bought - advaith hyundai - outer ring road , devarabeesahalli, after getting the car upgraded with original hyundai parts ,remote locking system, and was warned if non company parts were installed, the warranty would go void, having no other choice i went for the company original parts,the major electrical features went beserk and messed up, like door unlocking automatically when using high beam and low beam, how the hell will this car provide child safety in any way, my wife was totally dissappointed with child safety features which is a mothers first and only priority issue.total rubbish and bad customer care.
