Respected sir,
I, 14237593p naik orl gopinadha pillai k r retired from corps of signal on 01 jul 1996 comes to know that date of birth of my spouse is not correct in the army record, when i applied for new echs card. My spouse echs card is pending under observation due to mismatch of date of birth. Dob of my wife is 24 march, 1967 as entered in the army record whereas it is 08 may 1968 as per matriculation certificate and electoral card.
Kindly take necessary action to correct the dob of my wife in your record and dispatch new echs card at the earliest.
