Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
1. No proper parking slot for four wheelers
2. No proper control for two wheeler parking charges
3. Even toilets in Chennai central inside- they are charging more amount instead of price list.
4. No prepaid taxi services from Chennai Central Please take a necessary steps as early as possible. Lot of people are facing a problem.
