    Hi I'm Umesh Nimbre booked ticket for Diva Madgaon Passenger train (no.50105) for 22/08/2014 PNR no.[protected] however at the time of boarding a train neither any list or chart was pasted on the said coach nor any authorised officer available at diva platform no.6 to guide commuters . This is a everyday finding for the commuters who are travelling from same train . Hence please have a look on the same and have some arrangements so that people can be guided well .

      I am Shashank Agarwal and was was travelling from Banda to LTT in Tulsi Express(Train No- 11070), PNR No- [protected] on 18th August, 2014(attaching the proof for your reference). I found the condition of my Third AC coach worse than ever. Following weremy concerns: - There were mice in the compartment. I am attaching a photo proof for the same. I brought the issue to notice of cleanliness contractor(A2Z) but they came with some spray - No soap was present in both the bathroom and the the washbasin near the door. I am attaching a proof for the same - Inspite of being a 3rd AC coach, it was being appearing to be a general coach with people sleeping on the floor. I brought this to concerned TTE who was travelling from Allahabad to Bhopal but he was least worried about the number o[censored]nauthorized people in the coach I was disgusted at the way the coach was being maintained. There has been a hike of 14% which I was happy to pay but inspite of this, I am completely disappointed. If this is the situation ever after loud promises by our Railway Minister, I fear what is the future. My only request is to take strictest actions against the defaulters in order to set an example that India Railways is truly the NEAT and CLEAN lifeline of nation. In anticipation of a quick response.

TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] was neither registered nor transferred by the system to the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds with reason TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit .) But right now i have check for 20.10.2014 in 12129(Azad hind Exp)only 26nos 3AC and 126nos Sleeper coach available.             Dear Sir, I am Rituraj Singh citizen of India residing in Jaipur, Rajasthan. sir I booked my Tatkal tickets in Delhi- BDTS Garibrath- 12215 from jaipur to Ahmedabad on dated 14/08/14 with PNR No.- [protected] and its reaching time at Ahmedabad was 01:20 am next day and I also booked the tatkal ticket in saurashtra janta exp- from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar on dated 15/08/14 with PNR No- [protected] an its starting time was 2:30 am. so they stopped the Delhi- BDTS Garibrath outside Ahmedabad for 1 and half hour and dropped us Ahmedabad at 02:40 am. we missed our connected train and suffered a lot due to worst arrangement by Ahmedabad railway department. I went to Station Manager of Ahmedabad railway station but she told me that I am helpless and also told me to purchase a new ticket if I have to go to jamnagar. she didn't responded well and I want justice for this. kindly revert me ASAP.               I was booked a tatkal ticket for my mother. But it is W/L then i am waiting for chart preparation. Finally it is W/L after chart preparation. So this ticket was cancelled automatically but the full amount is not refunded to me. Nearly i loss 52 rupees. I don't know why the amount is reduced for the tatkal W/L ticket. This is not our fault you are only not provide me the seat. Transaction details are attached as image with this. Please resolve my query.

                I planned my holiday and booked tickets of railway to udaipur from ahmedabad before 1 and half month. And before one day irctc gave me message saying tickets are confirmed. And when i reached there was cancelled train! The train was cancelled for 1 whole months! That's why it caused me lot of inconviniance so irctc should pay my money back and expenditure of another transport till udaipur. Here is snapshot of the train details!

                    Hi Sir, I have not seen any proper parking slot for four wheeler parking in Chennai central railway station. Lot of people are travelling from Chennai central but no proper minimum facility. I would like to bring your attention regarding below points: 1. No proper parking slot for 4 wheelers 2. No proper control 2 wheeler parking charges 3. Even toilets in Chennai central inside- they are charging more amount instead of price list. 4. No prepaid taxi services from Chennai Central Please take a necessary steps as early as possible. Lot of people are facing a problem. Thanks, Murali

                        Reference to IRCTC Complaint no-020, date 14.08.14, from Jaipur to Delhi, Phone [protected], There were lot of cockrach at the seat . Their were children with us and they were very scary and uncomformatble the complete travel time . Our complete journey was ruined . .We could not sit on the complete travel time. We complained to the cleaning staff at 6.30pm, Their incharge at around 8 pm again and the TT for informing the maintenance at around 8.30 pm. But the TT forgot . . Cleaning staff told that railways has made cockroach their pet . TT told that pest control is pending .
                        Finally i went to TT Cabin after big wait and registered a complaint with the log book.
                        PNR - [protected], PNR-[protected]. COACH - C8 / SEAT - 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 35, 36 .

                        Please refund the money as we could not utilise the seat that we paid for . Also, the food was pathetic . very bad in taste . All the food was also wasted and my kids had a very bad time

                          Hello Sir,

                          We travelled on Amrita Express from Palakkad to Thiruvananthapuram on April 3rd and we booked our tickets on 2nd AC but since there was no compartment for 2nd AC, we were allotted 3rd AC and the TTE told us to file the TDR for difference in fare. We filed a TDR on the next day itself that is on 4th April, but yet to get the refund amount. The status shows CR registered. Kindly do the needful.

                              What the [censored] u are doing men...?i just booked my ticket 2 times on the same day n both the times the amount was deducted from my account and failed to book my ticket and there were a very few seat remaining in that train...now u only tell me what should i do...? coz of your very bad service i am unable to travel and also u are not returning my failed transaction amount on time..?

                                ammount not refunded against cancellation

                                I booked a train ticket on 13th august 2014 from secunderabad to nellore. Transaction Id is [protected] and PNR No. is [protected] the amount is Rs. 375/-. It was not confirmed so I cancelled on 14th august at 3.00 pm. I got message that the amount will be refund in my account but till now it was not refunded....

                                Dear Sir While booking etickets through Amarkantak Express ( train no 18253) for journey from Bilaspur to Bhopal, only "General quota" and "Ladies quota" options are available for selection. "Senior citizen quota" option is not available for selection. As a result when I tried to book ticket from Bilaspur to Bhopal in Amarkantak express ( train no 12853) I could get waitlisted tickets only though in website www.indianrail.gov.in it clearly showed that there were tickets available in "LOWER BERTH QUOTA" ( which includes Senior Citizens also). Moreover when I tried to contact tool free no[protected] at least three times ), the phone rang but no one responded. Attempts to contact customer care nos of Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkatta, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh met with the same fate. Mumbai Customer care no seems to be invalid. Trains fares have to been increased but who cares for service .

                                  I had booked eticket from Lokmanya Tilak T ( LTT ) to Allahabad Jn ( ALD ) Dt of Journey 10/05/2014 Train No. 18610 . Ticket Charge Rs. 7542.47 PNR.NO [protected] Transaction ID : [protected] . As the ticket was waitlist when booked, On the last day one ticket was confirmed after Chart Preparation. As the ticket of other 3 person remain waitlisted after chart preparation, so I had cancelled all the ticket after chart was prepared. On the same date i had filed TDR as per IRCTC Rules. The TDR Reference No. is as follows : ekt[protected] Dt 10.05.2014. As it has passed above 90 days still I had not receive the refund amount from IRCTC. Kindly look into the matter . Your extreme step into receiving my money back will be highly appreciated.
