Tdr registered not refunded

i filed TDR on 7th july just after half an hour after departure of train...irctc team emailed me about the registration and also for CR being registered and it is being under enhanced coaching refund system ...i emailed them to provide me information regarding refunding they did not reply and their contact number they e-mailed is a spam...irctc not responding atall...tell me what to do......

I am a frequent traveller in the route of Sealdah - Guwahati. Non availability of SBI for net banking option

Hello, I m Mrinalini from Bangalore and i m trying to book tickets through IRCTC booking system. I observed on 3/7/2014 that SBI has been removed from net banking option. Instead SBI associates has been added ! ( SB Patiala, Mysore, Hyderabad..) please rectify as this option is misleading and does not take the user to select SBI or others, but just to associate selection. Regards Mrinalini...

Cancellation and refund of tickets

Inconvenience faced while booking a ticket.

At dot 8 I saw there were 433 tickets in New Delhi Howrah Duronto. I filled in the details and at 8:03 I clicked the pay option and it shows sorry we regret no tickets available. If within 3minutes the tickets get over then you need to change the system for sure. Either we fill in the details before hand or may be the payment details may be asked to fill in when we register ourselves. Something needs to be done....

Improper name boards / multiple numbers for same trains
