I had file an TDR, details are below, PNR No : [protected] Date of Journey : 29-Jun-2014 Reason for TDR : After Charting no room provided. Cancellation ID : [protected] Registration no : DNR050714W05419 Yesterday TDR status changes to TDR Repudiate. And no reason was given for repudiate. My concern is, when i had not given seat, so why they are charging for the same. They should refund the money. Request you to please look into issue, as it is a serious concern. Thanks, Akhlesh gupta

I had to travel from R to CKP on 20.01.15 via Train No. 18029, class 3A vide my PNR no. [protected] Trans ID [protected]. Train was diverted from our Boarding Station Raipur Chhattisgarh. The route changed via sambalpur, Angul. As i had to travel to CKP which was not in the diverted route. I step down the train at station in Raipur itself. The train departed from Raipur at around 22.15. I returned to my home & filled TDR via my phone at around 20.45 (20.01.15) with the reason that the train diverted and not touching destination.

This is really frustating whenever file TDR through IRCTC portal it's got rejected without any logical reason. Train was delayed by more than 10 hours and passenger did not travel on booked ticket. Now it has been rejected by showing a reason that Ticket not surrendered/TDR not filed within time limit of 3 hours. Then why link is available after 3 hours of actual departure time. This is simply making fool to passenger. Please look into this matter and refund my money as early as possible. Details are below:

I have book tickets for my parents to travel from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 11th of May. Travel date was on 15th of May. Being Senior citizens, I had to file TDR as the tickets did not get confirmed. They were in RAC. I had tried to book another train but in vain being holiday season. To my surprise, I found the status of the below mentioned transaction to be in "REPUDIATE". I do not understand, when my Parents have not travelled, how can IRCTC Charge us and say forcefully that we have travelled? This is not acceptable from such a big firm. I hereby request you to please refund as it was wrongly updated. I am sure, TT must have been enjoying the fare. Below are the transaction details,

Reason for Repudiate TDR: As per chart, passenger has travelled


TT should be more vigilant. IF corruption is there in such cases as well, then GOD help India.
I have booked a ticket from Nasik road to Lokmanya Tilak terminus dated 12.05.2015 by Train no. 12144.( Since the train was more than 03 hours delayed from Source, so I purchased a general ticket (General Ticket attached) and travelled by other train.
While filing TDR I have given the genuine reason that Train late for more than 03 hours & passenger not travelled. But the TDR got repudiated claiming " As per chart Passager has travelled " .

How this is possible as i have attached both tickets for your kind perusal, kindly look into the matter & process the refund as per irctc rules.

I booked ticket from Renuqoot (RNQ) to Rourkela (ROU) in Train no.- 18110 JAT-MURI-ROU exp., but this train running more than 8 Hrs. late, so I am not able to catch Train 18107 ROU-Koraput exp. In Rourkela railway station . Due to above reason myself put TDR but by mistake wrote their Train running three hours late. Reality is 18110 is running late. Kindly consider my problem and refund my amount.

Everybody knows that due to very heavy rains in mumbai and nearby areas, almost all trains (running/scheduled) have been canceled. Train which I boarded has been terminated/canceled at Igatpuri (Maharashtra) railway station and I filed TDR in same date and within stipulated time. And IRCTC is giving response that your TDR has been repudiated as train has not been diverted. I am talking about termination and IRCTC talking about diversion. I believe, this will be in railway's office record. You can check the record. This is one of claws to provide the real information and genuine reason of the responses from your department.
Please, consider the matter and do the needful.

    I had booked my ticket on 12 July 2014 for the journey on 19 July 2014 from Jodhpur to Ahemdabad for giving the competition exam of SBI clerk was held on 20 July 2014 at 1:00pm in Indus University. I still have a call letter of that exam. But when I reached railway station and wanted to go to my reserved seat, I shocked there is no seat which I reserved by IRCTC.My seat was allocated to someone else that person get reservation on that morning and I reserved that seat 7 day before than also that seat is allocated to someone else.I and my husband was totally sad and could not understand that what should be done next for this problem. Then I go to inquiry room and explained my problem in front of railway staff(clerk). But they also not give me a answer which satisfy me. They only told me that the ticket is cancelled by you. But that was so not true. I told about the proof but they don`t have any proof of cancellation of ticket.They also told me that this can't be happen and this is the case of this type they ever never faced Also my money is not refund to me. When I talk to TTC they told me that your ticket is stolen by cyber thief before data reach to the server that is why no body have a record I have all the proof of that reservation. Then I drop from the station. I went with my own vechicle which charged high I was in hurry and also don`t have any option except to hire that vechicle. I gave you a notice in form of this complaint and you have to sort out my problem.You have to give my whole travelling charge (including claim money)otherwise, I knock the door of consumer court against IRCTC.       sir, I travelled from Chennai Central to Nagpur on[protected] by Train No. 12669 (Ganga Kauveri Express, Coach No. S3 Seat No. 9, 10, 11) along with my aged mother and sister. I feel very poor maintenance in cleanness and Tube Light fused due to darkness my mother feld down in toilet and get sicked. Such a long travel trains are should be properly maintained or our people will loose the confidence in our Railway services. In my return journey I experienced more inconvenience. (Toilet, Old Compartment, Not Cleaned) (Train No. 22404 New Delhi - Pondicherry Express Coach No. S5 Seat No. 5 & 6) Kindly take my complaint and do the needful.

        Dear sir,
        I have booked two tickets for Ranchi through irctc from Howrah to Ranchi.But that train got cancelled by railway at the day of departure but no information given by railway about this.When i reached station then i found that train was cancelled.
        Here are the details of two tickets:

        I talked with IRCTC but they are telling you did not cancelled the ticket and now time is over for cancellation so u can not get refund.
        I did not understand when train getting cancelled from Railway then why i cancelled my ticked it should be railways/irctc duty to refund the money from there side. When train got cancelled we have to incurred lots of problem to get our journey done and they are giving only 72 hrs to cancelled our tickets.

        Kindly do the needful.

          Hello Sir/Madam, This is with regards to my recent journey to nagapatnam (tamilnadu) via Nagore express. We boarded the train from Chennai station and the journey was good and pleasant, however when we reached Nagapatnam station (where we were supposed to get down), my Mom had a terrible fall from the steps while alighting as the steps were muddy and slippery due to rains and her leg was stuck between the gap of the train, with great difficulty and help from other fellow passengers we managed to pull her leg out from the gap, however she injured her feet badly, later when i observed i did notice the steps are very small and not at all safe in fact for senior citizens or anybody to alight and board the train. i know this is something which cant be changed immediately but at least there can something be done for the safety and well being of the passengers.             par [protected], transaction id [protected], Sir, I had filled the TDR as my train got late more than 4 hours, according to irctc rule if train got late more than three hours full amount will be refunded but it shows CR repudiate and I had filled the TDR before leaving station when i was decided not to travel with reason train got late more than 3 hours . when train actually got late more than 4 hours and i had filled the TDR after 3 hours of train late at the station then why they shows CR repudiate status ... ???, they should to refund my amount please sir help me ... :'(

              Hi, I am unable to book ticket from my office PC. I am getting error message "You are permitted only 2 ARP Tickets between 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM per IP Address". Though I have not even booked single ticket. Is it something to block the common people to book the ticket? What's the use of this website i[censored]nable to book ticket. It's just benefiting the agent. This was not something committed by rail minister.

                      I Sandeep Kumar Sahoo would like to state that, I was travelled from NDLS to BBS vide Train no - 12282 PNR - [protected], S1, 31 on 14th Aug 2014 along with the other passengers. - Initially Pantry person has provided the unhealthy foods to the passengers. (Dead insects inside the food, expiry Sause along with the snacks. - While we asked the pantry boy for the same, he ignored and did not turned around . - Then while at 1.15 P.M near by cuttack railway station we asked for the water bottle as the train was late running by more than 2 hours but the pantry person did not provided the same. - Therefore we (me and co-passengers) went to the Pantry car to lodge the complain, however when reached the Pantry they didnot open the door first. On insisting they open the door when we entered, they all surrounded under the instance of Pantry manger (Mr. Shakti Prasad Nanda ) who misbehaved us in slang language with loud voice and refused to give log book with the statement to whatever you like, I will not give. When we asked why not to give as water bottle is due as the train is running late by more than 2 hrs, he has beaten on one co-passenger ( Mr Rohit) and told him to get out from the Pantry. This incident has happened in front of the TT Mr. Mohanty and Mr.Das who was in charged of the same train. We have lodged the complain at I.I.C, R.P.F, BBSR for the same. Request you to please take up this matter with the concern agency and remove him from the Catering service from Indian Railway.                           Waiting since 12:45 hrs. on 24th AUGUST 2014, at Surat Railway station to catch Train No. 19064 JSM BDTS EXP. There is no proper information or Board display of Train No., Train arrival/departure timing of the said train at the surat station and also there is even no announcement of the train arrival. Also enquiry counter persons, not responded properly and not given correct information about the train arrival. But on enquiring with some friends in Mumbai to check the train running status in Internet, I got the information that the train has already departed from Surat and now it is running in between Umbergaon-BORIVILI and reaching shortly BORIIVILI. Because of the negligence of Rail Administration at Surat Railway Station, I missed my train. As it is very urgent for me to reach Mumbai before 19:00 hrs today, I have been put in trouble by Rail Administration department of surat railway station. What shall I do now? Request you to kindly take proper action so that in future no person should be troubled/miss the train at Surat.

                              Hello Sir, I have booked the ticket of status PQWL/135 . Will it conform ??? If it will not conform then why you are allowing to book the ticket above 50/100 WL . I can see most of the ticket allowed for above 250 WL . Will all 250 wl ticket will conform ??? If we cancel you will charge 30 rupee per person not for ticket . this is again loss for us . I traveled on 14-Aug-2014, train no 12863, Its SL coche but in train i can see it look like General buggie. I didnt get space to stand or walk . No TT are saying nothing . I think they might be taken bribe . Scord came they also not acting anything . The Sleeper coche is like General buggie . Its a profit to TT not to ITCTC .                                 STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED BY REFUND???

                                Dear Support Team,

                                As per your web-link status you have processed refund on 15th Aug, 2014 against cancellation ID [protected], but still I have not received the refund for the same.

                                PFB is the screenshot of the web-link and my bank statement where the amount of Rs. 570/- is not reflecting.

                                Please look-into the issue and revert ASAP.

                                      Today(20th Aug 2014) morning, I login to irctc website to book ticket from Anand Vihar(ANVT) to Vanarasi(BSB) by Garib Rath. When i login, 480 seats are available but after financial transaction seats regrats(Waiting full), ticket not book. But corresponding balance deduct from my account. I call to my bank customer care, they said transaction is successfully done from bank side, this solved by irctc. No one pick call of irctc customer care number, and giving response of e-mail.                                         TDR status showing CR Repudiate

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from NDLS to MFP journey date 2Aug2014, but the train got late from more than 12 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 02-Aug-2014 17:39:48 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more...
