Ticket Booking Not Allowed

I was not able to book a single TATKAL ticket in the time of 10am to 12pm in irctc for past one month and all my trips cancelled.
The relevance of tatkal is to get ticket for emergency or unplanned travel.
But it now just like a Lottery and of no use.
After overcoming so many barricades by repeated trial finally it reaches to payment (only waiting list available normally). When it go for payment it again stops.

Cancellation of TDR

I have by mistake submitted TDR for wrong ticket and I could find option to cancel TDR.Request you to cancel tdr or let me know the process for the following Reference number -ekt[protected] and pnr number is PNR Number: [protected].
Also I want to change reason for valid TDR Reference No: ekt[protected] and pnr is PNR Number: [protected] and the reason for cancellation was that only one ticket of the traveling passenger was...

REFUND OF FAILED TRANSACTION WITH IRCTC(INDIAN RAILWAY)

I booked FOUR TATKAL ticketS from DEWAS to GANDHINAGAR(Train no 19010) on 15/11/2012 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1249/24 was, however, debited to my AXIS account, BUT ACTUALLY TICKETS WERE NOT BOOKED. . Their Failed transaction ID with irctc is- [protected] dated 15/11/2012.

So please do the refund to my respective account ....

Mobile verify code not received

I changed my mobile number . When I try to login irctc then it shows your mobile number is not verified, for verification CLICK HERE TO RE-SEND MOBILE VERIFICATION CODE and then i do the same thing. But I can't receive the code till the time.How i could be use my account sothat i can do make changes in my past tickets...

No fair reservation policy and Poor irctc website

This morning, booking opened for a Diwali special train at 8AM. I tried booking exactly at 8:01AM and I was seeing the status as 'Available 120'. When proceeded and made the payment, The payment was declined with the following error which I don't understand because none of the cases written here matched mine.

"The reservation as per your requested details could not be processed due to one of the following...

FILE TDR REFUND MONEY

i have filed TDR in IRCTC site ,my date of journey was[protected],but i didnt travelled ,on date 14th decemebr 2012 i filed the TDR.
and according to rule its required minimum 90 days to refund the money,i sent mail to irctc cutomer care 5-6 times and he replied onlythat he has forwarded the mail to the concerned person.

SHUTDOWN THIS SITE FOREVER!!!!

For god's sake this is not working at all!!!!

only thing which works faster in this site is SIGNOUT button and money transaction part(that also fails most of the time)

what is the point in having this site?????? Please share if you have one good reason!!!!...

Hello, Today (26/10/2012) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 12394 SAMPOORN KRANTI EXP. from NEW DELHI to PATNA on 29/11/2012 for ME Unfortunately after the payment was made through sbi debit cum atm cum payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment...

WORST BANDWIDTH

THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE , IRCTC IS DOING NOTHING MORE THAN MAKING MONEY , DAILY THEY BOOK TICKETS IN MILLIONS OR SOMETIMES BILLIONS IN RUPEES BUT DON'T USE EVEN A LITTLE PORTION OF PROFIT IN INCREASING THE SITE'S BANDWIDTH , THAT WILL JUST COST THEM IN SOME THOUSAND'S BUT INDEED THEY JUST EVEN DON'T WANNA SPEND EVEN A PENNY SO THAT SITE CAN WORK WELL , ATLEAST THEY CAN EVEN RENT SOME BANDWIDTH FROM SOME...
