Hi KSRTC Team, I am Sameer Shet (Guest User). On 17/12/2014 I was trying to book online KSRTC ticket from Udupi to Panaji (2230MNGPNJ, Seat # 29, 30), but due to system failure transaction, it was failed, however, my account was debited with Rs. 1142/-. I have dropped mails to "[protected]@ksrtc.org" and "[protected]@ksrtc.org" and also tried reaching the Accounts Dept of KSRTC[protected] Ext. 283, 22220386 and 22221325, but no response (most of the times, the phone is picked up and kept aside !!!), but no luck. Below are the details:- - Reference No OB79825 (Complaint # 11330) - Date of transaction 17/12/2014 - shet.[protected]@gmail.com (Guest User) Its been more than 3 weeks (The official TAT is 7 days), however, I am yet to receive the refunds.     He has been not responded properly and told another number [protected].When we cal to this number they told always web site shoened number [protected] will tell our number. Then who we contact is this your service.They only told to contact any body and complaint it.As citizen of india am complainting.Plz take strong against the customer care, .Plz take action.Plz work sincerly for karnataka.I made a cal if dont believe enquiore cal 11:36 pm.

      I was booked ticket from Bangalore shantinagar to Vijayawada with login user id: cheshma.[protected]@gmail.com on 01.01.2015 and also i have done total process without any error but money Rs 996 was deducted from my BOB account and ticket was not booked without any confirmation, immedietly i was called to customer care and explained about my problem but they told server down if server and money will return 7 days, ok i believed them and again booked the ticket same as above but again money Rs 996 deducted from my account and ticket was not booked, customer care told that call to IT department. Please send the money 996+996= 1992 to my BOB account. i hope you can send my 1992 without fail.

            Sir, I had booked an online ticket to travel from Bangalore to Kottayam on the Karnataka state road transportation corporations online website. I booked the ticket on 5/01/15 to travel on the date 11/01/15. After paying the amount of 1046rs I did not get the confirmation message and also the amount was taken from my account. Later when I checked the seat also was not booked. Kindly do the needful.

              I have already sent several mails to the above mentioned address and tried several times to call several times to the accounts dept. There were times when someone spoke in kannada and there were also times when even after repeated calls my call was just picked up and hung up instantly. Noone responds on these numbers. Please do something at your end.

                Dear Sir / Madam, I had book online ticket from KSRTC website. The journey was from Ooty to Mysore on 03.11.2014. Due to some reason I got SMS regarding the cancellation of the bus on 2.45pm. The travelling time was 5.45pm. If anyone has book the ticket from online website, after the cancellation from KSRTC the amount needs to be transfered to my account. But the amount was not transfered yet.                     Hi Sir/Madam I am Anand tried to Book the Bus tickets by using my debit card from KSRTC online ticket bookings on 18/12/2014 . While booking ticket, the transaction was failed from KSRTC. But from my debit card account amount for Rs.2587 got deducted.                     I try to book a bus ticket on Ksrtc Avatara site on 19/12/2014, with OB 14092702 and amount of Rs 433 had been debited from my bank account but the booking is failed. Platform Number : 2 Passenger End Place : DAVANAGERE Alighting Point : DAVANAGERE B.S. Latter on I received a mail saying - "Service Cancellation Alert for the PNR {J47466893}" Attached has screenshot of same. In policy, it says if the service is re-introduced, amount will not be refunded. But, who will let me know if service is re-introduced and also by when? This is very frustrating.                         In KRSTC ticket booking shop, the person from KK travels is sitting inside and blocking many tickets and selling with 120 rupee higher than the original fare. that is (462+120) = 580. Saturday ( 27.12.2014) i was about to book the ticket from karaikudi to bangalore, on that time i faced this issue while askin about this, no response from their side. Passenger cant use this service, kk travels is earning, passenger is paying more money. people will be happy if you take action over this. Important that conductor is also involved in this and they are also doing this malpractice. take action place happened. New bustand, karaikudi, sivaganga (dt) Tamil Nadu

                            Dear Sir, We have booked a ticket in KSRTC website (i.e. Harihar to Bangalore at 2.30pm in the afternoon) for 28th Dec. I booked this ticket on Dec 20th. But when i went to Harihar bus stand to catch the bus on 28th Dec, there was no bus. We waited for some time and enquired in Harihar bus stop in the Enquiry counter, they said this bus got cancelled from past 1 week. It was really shocking for us since there is no prior intimation of cancellation of the service. We tried contacting KSRTC help desk and they were really irresponsible. They just told Sorry since the bus got cancelled and you will receive your amount back. This is really not acceptable. It looks like no one is held responsible for this and no proper guidance was given either in Counter or from the Helpdesk. After long conversation with them, we felt its useless to talk with these people and we catch another bus (Normal red bus) and reached Bangalore around 12pm in the night. Just think if it happens in the night time and i'm travelling with my parents or any old age people and if i face this issue, what we actually need to do at that point of time. This is happening second time for me. Really not happy with the service from KSRTC. Please take this forward and provide us the solution. Only repaying the money is not the actual solution to the passenger i believe. Kindly take some action on this. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks in advance.                               Hi, I tried booking 3 tickets on Dec 19 2014from Madikeri to Bangalore and the reference id is OB14099414. Amount got deducted, no ticket got booked and it came out as a failed transaction. I sent out a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org on 22nd Dec 2014 but till now I haven't got a response. I tried calling the call centre and it is always busy with no associate to attend. As a final try i tried calling the Accounts section of KSRTC on 22220386 and 22221321 as per a previous resolution provided in this forum. But nobody picks the call. Amount that has to be refunded to me is Rs.1520/-. Thanks

                                      AFTER THE TRANSACTION FAILED & AMOUNT DEBITED ON 10'TH DECEMBER[protected] EVEN TODAY[protected] I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE PENNY BACK FROM KSRTC.
