Hi,
I had booked 3 tickets using online ksrtc booking site, below are the trip details -
PNR Number : J47466893
Date of Journey : 02/01/2015
Trip Code : 1830BNGDVG
Class of Service : AIRAVAT
Seat No(s) : 13, 15, 16
Service Start Place : BENGALURU
Passenger Start Place : BENGALURU
Service End Place : DAVANAGERE
Boarding Point : KEMPEGOWDA BS
[MAJESTIC] Booking Counter : ONLINE
Departure Time : 18:30 Hrs.
Platform Number : 2
Passenger End Place : DAVANAGERE
Alighting Point : DAVANAGERE B.S.
Latter on I received a mail saying - "Service Cancellation Alert for the PNR {J47466893}"
Attached has screenshot of same.
In policy, it says if the service is re-introduced, amount will not be refunded. But, who will let me know if service is re-introduced and also by when? This is very frustrating. Atleast if the amount is refunded, I can go ahead and book ticket for some other bus. Please resolve this ASAP.

Your ticket is cancelled and you will get refund within seven to ten working days.
If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days (between[protected] hrs on Monday-Fridays and[protected] hrs on Saturdays) quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you and solicit your co-operation in this matter.
