The are lots of difference in the various charges shown in the Electricity bill prepared by the spot biller and the one shown in the online payment facility. The various charges shown in the paper bill does not add up to the actual amt required to be paid. For the last few months I have been using the online facility for payment of the bill, but every time I see that the figure shown in the online bill is less than what is shown by the spot biller. I see this as a very serious matter and request your department to inquire into this matter for proper rectification. My consumer No. is[protected] of Kottayam (East)-code 4635. S.     i am balachandran nair and i am living in kilimanoor.Here we dont get continuous power supply.When we call KSEB office, they dont respond to telephone calls.I think they disconnect telephone with intention at that time.If they attend phone, they dont say what is real problem and misbehave to consumers.my consumer no is 10865 and area code is4535.I request you that make an immediate action against this problem.

        Dear sir I am a resident coming under kseb tripraytriprayacon.no.672 triprayar with con.no.6722. I have planted a rare variety of yellow bamboos which grew a good height quite away from electric lines. On 14 10 14 the employees of kseb destoyed them against my protest aand behaved arrogantly.nearrogantly.necarrogantly..necessary action may be taken to prevent ssucsuch unlawful action in futurfuture aand award a compensation of rs. 1000.           sir, me residing near trivandrum medical college. first issue...i had received my electricity bill 2 days back...i thought i will pay it before its due date and i went to the office today.when i reached the office the cashier reported that my bill no. has not been entered in the system and he told me to go upstairs and inform at billing section abt it.when i reached there one officer told me that i cant pay the bill today since the entry has not been made and told me to come after 2 days..That was a bad experience for me as i am 8 months pregnant and took the pain to reach there and pay the bill as early as possible before they cut my electricity supply. second...i wonder why there is no online facility to pay the electricity bill in a city like trivandrum with ulloor section.One time by not knowing abt this i had paid my electricity bill online but that was not accepted and few days after at the correct day of due date one person came to my home and cut my power supply.this is the reason i thought of billing early this time and they didnt consid me at all...this is a shame to the kerala govt..

            Sir. This is to inform you that I am residing in Vayanakam under KSEB oachira, kollam district. My consumer number is 13892. I have applied for meter shifting to my new house and also paid the amount 433 Rs on[protected]. But until now I didnt get any response from Kseb oachira. The meter is placing in very dangerous place and chances for accident in heavy rain . So I approached kseb and requested to report the complaint in complaint book.             sir, my name is satheesan nair, my consumer no-9360, at kseb kadampanad section, from 3 month my electrical meter not working, i am made more than 10 time complaint at kadampanad section office, still nobody attended, my complaint and replace the meter, but every month i am receiving very higher bill, presently one person only using the power. this situation who is the responsible to take the care of my problem .

              Dear Sir,

              I have applied for the new connection and paid the amount in the 1st week of July and now it is more than 10 days still the officers saying there is no 3 phase meter to give the connection.

              Please note I am at my work place and my wife with 2 kids staying alone, kindly do the needful to get my connection at earliest.

                    My KSEB Cons no. 13198 Name : Ammini Alex My Stay wire supporting the drop wire has broken and new stay wire was purchased by me and has informed the KSEB Office, Thoppumpady daily from 12th May 2014. But so far nobody has attended the complaint. Today I have informed the Assistant Ex. Engineer about the same. But so far there is no action taken in the matter.

                      I am Consumer No. 5357 of Kalpathy Electrical sub dvn.When my meter reached 9962 the reading was noted as 0962 as the first needle was almost on zero...and me was given a bill for Rs.6950..Very soon the reading reached at 0000and today the reading is 0002..Please note that 0962 is incorrect.The first digit is reaching zero but not zero. It is9962.When 38 units are consumed later the needles will be at 0000.Me was excess charged in the last bill as my door was closed When rushed to the office I was told that The amount will be adjusted in this month.So my bill will be be below Rs..100 as charge for 504 units were already paid.Please try to understand your faulty meter reading...

                        Sir,

                        Complaint is already registered at Pattanakkadu Elecricity board on[protected]. During[protected] the the electricity bill showed the same probem. Since December 2012 the electicity bill was around Rs.350. But from January 2013 the bill is above Rs.950.
                        Sir,
                        I am resident in Kaloor. I have a 3 phase connection at my residence near PF office. The meter is faulty and I have submitted a complaint to the concerned KSEB office. They are replying that since the meter is not available with them, I have to purchase it from L&T and get is tested from Angamaly and submit the meter with certificate to them, then they will replace the meter. I do not understand why I have to do all these. Kindly inform me of the correct procedure.

                          In pursuance with my complaint dated 1.8.2012 a new meter was installed. However the same was also not functioning since last 2 months. Today I was told to approach the Section office to get my current month bill. Normally I am not residing my house regularly and most of the times out of station and used to pay the bill online.                             Dear Sir Iam having an agricultural connection with KSEB Vellangallur and the current charges are remitted by KRISHI BHAVAN Vellangallur for last more than 13 years my Con No is.7984 and name my is A N Raghupathy Adikal Illam Now the Krishi Bhavan authorities are asking consumer card and last bill . In this connection i have contacted the KSEB but they adviced to make new agreement and plan sketch etc. please note that Iam not responsible for the non inclusion of my name in new computerised bill.                               Dear Sir/Madam, I am a consumer of kseb (consumer no 4008), living in mulakuzha under the electrical circle of kseb mulakuzha.It has been months that we are suffering from Low Voltage problem.The problem is only in our side.Because of this so many electrical & electrical appliances has been not working/disturbed due to low voltage.People already given so many complaints to kseb mulakuzha for resolving the issue but they didnt do any action....

                              I have transferred Rs. 35 to Motor Vehicles Dept., Kerala on 2nd July 2013. Subsequently on 8 th July Rs. 220 and Rs. 300 were deducted by you (INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd) from my account. This continues on 31 st July 2013 with a deduction of Rs. 220 and on 3 rd September by the same amount. I would like to return my money deducted unauthorisedly (rs. 960 = 220+300+220+220)and would request you to stop deducting form now.                                 I live in Padamugal Kakanad, our electricity bills has just shot up due to spike in the meter reading which is unusual since we have been living here since two years. I went to the thrikkakara electricity office and lodged a official complaint and request the Assnt Electrical Engg to have it check and investigated for faulty meter and replacement if required. He reckons this test and investigation will happen only after a month and half or more. We are in modern age, why does it so long for a test and rectification, in the meanwhile he also mentioned that I should keep paying the bills that is twice the price of what we regular pay. Appreciate if these are taken seriously and corrective actions followed up. Can some help me understand how this system works or do I have to go with the flow and suffer.. Ashok

                                    My wife approach to Electricity office Chavakkad , Thrissur Dt. to get an electricity bill with address. But my wife was said by the officers that they cannot issue the bill with address and as per them the Consumer number is important.
