I would like to inform that Kerala electricity board, chattiparamba, Malapuram district has installed one transformer near to my house without permission this also there is no proper document & approval for the transformer. There is a strong corruption going on in this area to shift the transformer near to my house. My complaint is that now the asst. engineer & line man is asking to give some portion of land for stay wire . I don't have enough space in my house & in my house all the members are ladies. now they are threatning the ladies for providing the land, Please help me in this regards, to whom I have to approach for further action against them.

      Dear Sir, My name Komalavally and am residing Aymanam village, (Kottayam -Dist Kerala- State). My Consumer Number is 13027 and my house is located near to a pocket road (Now it is own property) which the works to make it as a Panchayat road is currently in progress. Now KSEB has laid an electric post for providing the street light facility. The post is laid very near to my house. I have small kids at home and it seems to be life threatening to have an electric line at one hand distance. You are requested to re-arrange the position of electric posts at the earliest.

        This is from S. Sasikumar, Ashadam, Padinjarenada, Kottayam-686016, Kerala. The electric energy meter is not working since the the last reading taken on 13/11/2014. The reading onthat day was 11219. The reading as on date also happened to be the same. Similar problem was reported in January 2014 when the meter reading stoppedat 10919. But somehow the meter started working on its own to reach 11219 when the meter reading was taken on the last occasion ie 13/11/14. Since then the meter is not working. The problem may be because of some lizard or insects getting inside the meter. You are therefore requested to inform the appropriate authority so that remedial measures are taken.           Sir, street lights on Feroke-Karuvanthiruthy road from Feroke under bridge to Pottichiri bus stop is not functioning. Only four tubes are working and remaining out of order for want of repair/replacement. Request take immediate action to rectify the faults to make it on road. Thanks

          street light is not working. Actually this light was replaced two or three month back. But now it is not working
          . I think the contractor replaced the light with a poor quality. Kindly check sir . The light bearing post number is C/PK.71/19, thiruvananthapuram, chirayinkeezhu, near sivakrishnapuram temple.

            I am residing under moolamattom electrical section. Here, near kannickal post office have a kseb transformer. 5 months ago a traveller hit this transformer and cut one of the two pillar's of this transformer. Now the transformer hanging electrical lines. Several times inform this subject to kseb officials but do not take any action. There for 1, must be take immediate action regarding this subject. 2, enquire which action take by authority against vehicle for maintaining loss due to accident

              The are lots of difference in the various charges shown in the Electricity bill prepared by the spot biller and the one shown in the online payment facility. The various charges shown in the paper bill does not add up to the actual amt required to be paid. For the last few months I have been using the online facility for payment of the bill, but every time I see that the figure shown in the online bill is less than what is shown by the spot biller.                 i am balachandran nair and i am living in kilimanoor.Here we dont get continuous power supply.When we call KSEB office, they dont respond to telephone calls.I think they disconnect telephone with intention at that time.If they attend phone, they dont say what is real problem and misbehave to consumers.my consumer no is 10865 and area code is4535.I request you that make an immediate action against this problem.

I have planted a rare variety of yellow bamboos which grew a good height quite away from electric lines.                       sir, me residing near trivandrum medical college. first issue...i had received my electricity bill 2 days back...i thought i will pay it before its due date and i went to the office today.when i reached the office the cashier reported that my bill no. has not been entered in the system and he told me to go upstairs and inform at billing section abt it.when i reached there one officer told me that i cant pay the bill today since the entry has not been made and told me to come after 2 days..That was a bad experience for me as i am 8 months pregnant and took the pain to reach there and pay the bill as early as possible before they cut my electricity supply. second...i wonder why there is no online facility to pay the electricity bill in a city like trivandrum with ulloor section.One time by not knowing abt this i had paid my electricity bill online but that was not accepted and few days after at the correct day of due date one person came to my home and cut my power supply.this is the reason i thought of billing early this time and they didnt consid me at all...this is a shame to the kerala govt..

I have applied for meter shifting to my new house and also paid the amount 433 Rs on[protected]. But until now I didnt get any response from Kseb oachira. The meter is placing in very dangerous place and chances for accident in heavy rain . So I approached kseb and requested to report the complaint in complaint book.                         sir, my name is satheesan nair, my consumer no-9360, at kseb kadampanad section, from 3 month my electrical meter not working, i am made more than 10 time complaint at kadampanad section office, still nobody attended, my complaint and replace the meter, but every month i am receiving very higher bill, presently one person only using the power. this situation who is the responsible to take the care of my problem .

                          I have applied for the new connection and paid the amount in the 1st week of July and now it is more than 10 days still the officers saying there is no 3 phase meter to give the connection.

                          Please note I am at my work place and my wife with 2 kids staying alone, kindly do the needful to get my connection at earliest.

                            I am living in Kochi since last three years and using the same electrical equipments till then. My electricity bill never crossed Rupees 500/month. But, for the first time, I got a bill of Rupees 2110/- as I shifted to my new rented accommodation at Konthuruthy. I can not bear such a heavy electricity bill. From my neighbours, I came to know that my meter showed error and excess bill earlier too when there was the old tenants. That time also it came more than Rupees 3000/-.                                   My KSEB Cons no. 13198 Name : Ammini Alex My Stay wire supporting the drop wire has broken and new stay wire was purchased by me and has informed the KSEB Office, Thoppumpady daily from 12th May 2014. But so far nobody has attended the complaint. Today I have informed the Assistant Ex. Engineer about the same. But so far there is no action taken in the matter.

                                    I am Consumer No. 5357 of Kalpathy Electrical sub dvn.When my meter reached 9962 the reading was noted as 0962 as the first needle was almost on zero...and me was given a bill for Rs.6950..Very soon the reading reached at 0000and today the reading is 0002..Please note that 0962 is incorrect.The first digit is reaching zero but not zero. It is9962.When 38 units are consumed later the needles will be at 0000.Me was excess charged in the last bill as my door was closed When rushed to the office I was told that The amount will be adjusted in this month.So my bill will be be below Rs..100 as charge for 504 units were already paid.Please try to understand your faulty meter reading...

                                      Complaint is already registered at pattanakkadu elecricity board on[protected]. During[protected] the the electricity bil showed the same probem. Since december 2013 the electicity bill was around rs.350. But from january 2014 the bill is above rs.900.

                                      Complaint is already registered at Pattanakkadu Elecricity board on[protected]. During[protected] the the electricity bill showed the same probem. Since December 2012 the electicity bill was around Rs.350. But from January 2013 the bill is above Rs.950.
                                      Sir,
                                      I am resident in Kaloor. I have a 3 phase connection at my residence near PF office. The meter is faulty and I have submitted a complaint to the concerned KSEB office. They are replying that since the meter is not available with them, I have to purchase it from L&T and get is tested from Angamaly and submit the meter with certificate to them, then they will replace the meter. I do not understand why I have to do all these. Kindly inform me of the correct procedure.

                                        In pursuance with my complaint dated 1.8.2012 a new meter was installed. However the same was also not functioning since last 2 months. Today I was told to approach the Section office to get my current month bill. Normally I am not residing my house regularly and most of the times out of station and used to pay the bill online.
