I registered in the NPS account and got the PRAN no[protected] by email and sms, but I am not able to login to set my IPIN or reset password and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

I am getting the error "PRAN not found in Database" always.

    I use NSDL website to apply for a new pan card. My Temporary Token is:[protected]. I have paid an amount of Rs.107 using Billdesk/UPI. (Payment Reference No:[protected]. My balance was deducted from the bank on 25/12/2020 but that is not reflected on the Billdesk page due to some error. Now they are again asking for payment. Please refund my money.

      I am trying to update my address using my Aadhaar details..I fill up all details in the form and at the end, it says I have to fill OTP sent on mail and on mobile..I have tried 7 times today, every time there is otp sent on mail but no otp on mobile

        Hello,

        My name is Krishna Prasad and my PRAN number is[protected]. I could not able to login using my PRAN number as it is saying user id is invalid. I need to download the statement.

              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

              I have applied for an e-PAN of my mother on 24/12/2020 and I got PAN (GTZPD6111F) after 2 hours but even after more than 48 hours of PAN allotment, on verifying PAN on efiling website, it is showing "NO RECORD FOUND FOR GIVEN PAN".

              Actually, if need it on an urgent basis that's why I applied for e-PAN but PAN is not fetching online. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and do needful.

                Hi.

                I have created the nps account of tier - 1 and 2 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

                Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

                Also, not receiving OTP by E-mail while trying to verify registration.

                Unable to reach helpline numbers as getting automatic message 'PRAN is not valid'. Unable to raise grievance in the system as there is no such category. Please help.

                I registered my account today. The account is created and the PRAN is generated. However, I am unable to setup IPIN and login into the account.

                  I opened a National Pension Scheme account. I am individual subscriber of Tier I account. I have used Aadhar registration process.
                  I have also paid initial amount in that account.

                  I received PRAN number only through SMS & not received any email about successful completion of account opening process.

                  When I try to view my profile and tried to reset my password using PRAN, it is showing "PRAN not found in database".

                  I have tried calling Toll free no:[protected] & customer care no:[protected], But i am getting engage tone all the time and not getting any response. Please help me ASAP.

                          Hi,

                          I was trying to register for eNPS, have filled the details & uploaded all the required documents. But while I was making the payment it got stuck somewhere.
                          Now when I m trying to complete the pending registration it is throwing the error " Registration against this Acknowledgement ID is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime".

                              As per the subject i have given the request for closure of demat and trading account and accordingly u inform me that my account has been closed, bu till I have getting the message from nse that Ventura provide the account balance information till Nov 2011, till I have not got the confirmation email that my account is closed by vantura
                              Ventura making fraud with the customer by giving false information to customer about closing my account and continuously giving wrong information about account closure
                              Take this matter seriously and give me confirmation with proof that my demat and trading account is closed

                                  Hello! I'm Bharat Kumar Meena. I was applied for pan card at NSDL on 04/12/2020 that amount 106.90 rupees was deducted from my bank account but payment was not accepted due to technical problem by NSDL and after it i did second time payment that was successful but my first payment amount not refund in my account by NSDL.
                                  so please help me to get amount of 106.90 rupees.

                                        I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid the needed amount of 106.9 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank, but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no.

                                        Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."

                                        I need all my money or create a new pan card. Please kindly refund me...
