Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure PRAN not found in Database for NPS login

I registered in the NPS account and got the PRAN no[protected] by email and sms, but I am not able to login to set my IPIN or reset password and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

I am getting the error "PRAN not found in Database" always.

NSDL - PAN Card Refund

I use NSDL website to apply for a new pan card. My Temporary Token is:[protected]. I have paid an amount of Rs.107 using Billdesk/UPI. (Payment Reference No:[protected]. My balance was deducted from the bank on 25/12/2020 but that is not reflected on the Billdesk page due to some error. Now they are again asking for payment. Please refund my money....

I am trying to update my address using my Aadhaar details..I fill up all details in the form and at the end, it says I have to fill OTP sent on mail and on mobile..I have tried 7 times today, every time there is otp sent on mail but no otp on mobile...

Hello,

My name is Krishna Prasad and my PRAN number is[protected]. I could not able to login using my PRAN number as it is saying user id is invalid. I need to download the statement.

I registered for National Pension Scheme and paid Rs. 49, 999. My PRAN number is[protected]. But when I try to login it says Error - Invalid PRAN/ PRAN number not found in database....

e-pan allotted but even after 48 hours, it's showing "no record found for given pan"

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have applied for an e-PAN of my mother on 24/12/2020 and I got PAN (GTZPD6111F) after 2 hours but even after more than 48 hours of PAN allotment, on verifying PAN on efiling website, it is showing "NO RECORD FOUND FOR GIVEN PAN".

Actually, if need it on an urgent basis that's why I applied for e-PAN but PAN is not fetching online. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and do needful.br...

Getting Error 'PRAN not found in Database' while trying to set IPIN. Not receiving OTP by E-mail while trying to verify registration

Hi.

I have created the nps account of tier - 1 and 2 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

Also, not receiving OTP by E-mail while trying to verify registration.

Showing the error PRAN not found in Database

I opened a National Pension Scheme account. I am individual subscriber of Tier I account. I have used Aadhar registration process.
I have also paid initial amount in that account.

I received PRAN number only through SMS & not received any email about successful completion of account opening process.

When I try to view my profile and tried to reset my password using PRAN, it is showing "PRAN not found in...

I had register through e-verification process and generated my pran number but when i am trying to generate my ipin or make contribution, the system is showing error as "pran not in data base"...

I was trying to register for eNPS, have filled the details & uploaded all the required documents. But while I was making the payment it got stuck somewhere.

PRAN issue

I have opened NPS account today and I got my PRAN number as well. But when I am trying to login or trying reset/set IPIN it is showing error msg as "PRAN not found in Database".

Pan card refund

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid the needed amount of 106.9 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank, but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no.

Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based...
