Hi i have opend an NPS aacount .Pran number has been generated and esign registration is also complete.But when i am resetting ipin it is saying PRAN not found in database.

      Hi,

      I registered in the NPS account and got the PRAN no[protected] by email and sms, but I am not able to login to set my IPIN and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

      I am getting the error "PRAN not found in Database" always.

            Invalid user id for PRAN

            I'm trying to login to nsdl site (https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/) using my pran number[[protected]].
            However, the system throws an "invalid user id" error, while login using the pran number. I've contributed last year. Also, l'm not able to reset the password and getting the same error.
            i'm not able to contribute or access my statement online using my pran. Please help....

              I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. After payment done I am not able to proceed further. Getting below error.

              "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

                I transfer money to the NPS account via ICICI bank, already had a word with ICICI and they said money successfully transfer to the receiver account
                But still, money is not showing on NPS

                    But while resetting the IPIN, am getting an error message stating "Invalid User ID"

                        I have registered as a subscriber in NPS and could not complete payment due to some technical failure. Now I am getting this error

                        "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway" whenever I am logging to complete pending registration

                        I have no idea how to solve this. Please help

                                I have applied for my new PAN Card on 28/12/2020 but after done with filling all kind information and payment proceeds, Authentication with AADHAR failed, even if my aadhar mobile no. is linked with aadhar (might be not visible in your database) and I am unable to process the application again even after generating different token id.
                                I did total 3 transactions through Google Pay out of which I go refunded with only 2 transactions. After processing with fresh payment It says again to make a fresh payment once again, please resolve this problem and initiate the refund to the earliest.

                                  Hi,

                                  I registered and created an NPS account through eNPS website. I have also payed the initial deposit and received PRAN number on mobile. However I am unable to login and create an IPIN. It says that the PRAN number not found in database.

                                  When I submit the application number and take printout of registration form, it show the correct PRAN number.

                                  Please help.

                                  Anyone who goes through the same issue - please wait for a couple of days for the backend process to complete. Within 1-2 days of registering your PRAN, your account will be activated. Also it may take another 24 hours for your initial contribution to reflect. It is best to esign your registration form (at the end of the registration process) using the aadhar option rather than OTP via sms/email.

                                    I used online forum to make Pan card i.e. NSDL
                                    but during Adhar card verification i putted a wrong otp.
                                    Money was deducted from my bank account.
                                    There was a message stating that money will be refunded back within in 7-10 working days.

                                      I created the NPS account and I received an email mentioning the registration process is complete. However, when I tried to create the I-PIN to login to the website, it is throwing an error "PRAN not found in Database".

                                      Not sure what exactly is the procedure here.
