Photon Tech I System — not providing required service as per service contract

I have installed a solar plant from the above mentioned company but the plant after 7 months of operations not working at all and i m not getting any response from there side and even they are not doing anything for the same and i m facing serious issues from the same as i have invested huge amount for installation and if the plant does not work it is loss to me.
Pls look into the issue on urgent basis and take necessary actions against such company.
