I am a victim of big fraudster - mr arun verma (Not his real name) who has duped me of more than 45000 rupees. I would like to bring to your notice and try and inform you that there has been a forgery incident on quikr. A person named arun kumar verma and his brother (Probably fake) mukesh verma were acting as a indian customs and excise employees and selling laptops and mobiles at a very lucrative and cheap price. They are very big frauds.

They used to attract customers and ask them to transfer half the money and then transfer the other hal[censored]pon receipt of product. Certainly they turned out to be big frauds. I lost my hard earned money. I was wondering how many like me might have lost their hard earned money like me. I decided to track this person down by hook or crook. Tracked his phone number and it turned out to be of vodafone up east. The person said that he was of rohini area, delhi.

The account number he gave was of bank of india and we got few details from his account number like his image and main branch:

We have the physical and cyber crime fir for the same:
D4405dt dated[protected] at mandir marg police station, new delhi
C2017/830 -> police station south campus, south dist district.

*but there is no response on both the fir's till now

This person is currently looting many other people with other bank account in bank of baroda and other fraud bank accounts as well. Details of the same are as below:

Yes many FIR’s have been lodged against this fraudster in Bangalore as well as Delhi. But nobody has taken action on him and he is doing this fraud from past many years..

He is selling phones and laptops as well.
And he told he is a custom person at Mumbai airport,
I just paying for the laptop by bhim,
But just in case I check in Google writing the Name arun

    I ordered one shoe rack from quicker and chose the doorstep delivery option. I made the full payment online on 28th august and i have not got delivery even till today. I have been coordinating like crazy with the doorstep team for delivery but they are the most irresponsible teams i ever interacted. I fail to understand how is this company surviving in today's time with such a pathetic service. Below are the facts:

    1. I ordered a product on 28th aug and made full payment inclusing 569 as shipping charges
    2. I have been coordinating for delivery since 28th aug. Only delivery slots offered are 10 to 12, 12 to 2 and 2 to 4pm. Please explain how is this possible for any working person to take delivery in these time slots?
    3. I took delivery option for 31st aug'17, thursday 10 to 12 and took off from office. Tuesday evening when i called to check if there is any option for the delivery person to come early, i was told that no delivery is scheduled for thursday morning. I was very surprised and asked to deliver on sunday b/w 10 to 12
    4. On 3rd sept'17, sunday i was waiting for delivery person to come but i did not get any call in that time period. I called quicker doorstep multiple times and they also could not give me driver's details. After multiple calls, i finally got a call from driver at 12.30 saying that he will deliver in half an hour. I waited for 1 hour and called back the driver, only to hear that he will deliver in 2 hours as there is jam. I wonder how come there is any jam on sunday afternoon. After waiting for another 2 hours, when i called the driver, he said he is coming in 10 minutes. I waited for another 1 hour and called back. I was explaining him the way and then suddenly he said he will not deliver today. Doorstep team has cancelled the delivery!
    5. I called back the doorstep team to cancel the order as what else can the customer do? I was told that i will get priority delivery on 4th sept'17, monday before 10am. I took off on monday from office to get delivery but i did not get any message regarding same. I called up call center few times and they had no clue if delivery is happening or not. Later they told me that delivery will happen b/w 12 to 2pm. I waited till 2pm but again no one called for delivery. When i called back the call center, they said delivery will happen on 4th and asked me to wait. The delivery did not happen on 4th!
    6. On 5th sept, i am getting call from driver saying they are coming for delivery. How can you expect any working person to be present without advance notice for taking delivery in office hours? I called the call center askibg i want to cancel as you are just not able to deliver and they are stating that it will charge me 700rs.

    Such a pathetic customer experience. Please look into this immediately and cancel my order as i don't want to but anything from you ever.

      I am selling my redmi 32 gb phone through quiker and my ad id:[protected]. Product delivered in 28 aug.2017
      But till date i am not receiving my money. I am calling many times in customer care and there response was not ok.

      This is first time i choose quiker to selling something. But this is very bad experience to me. My mobile gone and now i feel my money also blocked by you. So now i have nothing.
      I think this is very bad think customer care person never inform me these things. They always your payment on process with in 2-3 days. Now tomorrow they said your money blocked by buyer side. Its very bad news for me. I talk to buyer and buyer said he right a mail to you for process the payment.

      Please transfer the money as soon as possible.
      If any clarification please revert me back.

        Hi,

        I sold a sofa set through quicker and the pickup was done on 23rd august. First time the pick up was not done as scheduled, there was a huge delay of 6 hours and the whole day was gone waiting. The second time pick up was arranged again there was a delay of 4 hours. Now after the pick up on 23rd till now i haven't received my payment. I've called your representatives many at times but there was no proper response and wrong commitments were made by your team. The people i spoke to were mr. John, mr. Victor and ms. Nandhini and a few others as well. It's more than 10 days and i still don't have any clue on my payment. Is this the service/response will be provided to your customers? I have raised many written complaints but none were answered. Looking forward to clear information in the delay in payment.

          I ordered an iphone 5s online. It has some software issues due to which i complained regarding its replacement they have not even informed about the replacement procedure or anything.
          They arent even replying to any of the emails when i contacted their customer care they told me there executive will contact me even they havent contacted me yet they promise a replacement within 7 days. What is that promise for i needed that product urgently and what they are doing is delaying their service.

                I bought a phone through debit card using the doorstep delivery option. However, when i called up the dealer he said he had already sold his phone and suggested i get a refund through customer care, however there is not even a refund or cancel option for quikr. I am really disappointed with this low level service and i want a refund as soon as possible or i shall be compelled to take this matter to court.

                    My laptop was taken about 4 weeks back, thereafter i made a call to quicker on around 10th aug or so and they promised that payment will be made by 15th -16th august

                    Still not received any payment

                    On calling the no at[protected], i am not getting a response for last 2 days — the phone remains unattended

                    Was this a serious transaction — can somebody from quikr bother to call me back — i am loosing my time and confidence!

                    Seen ad for personal loan fast finserv his mobile no-[protected] done a fraud he ask me the form payment fee given 2700 for personal loan now asking me more 3k after giving 2700 when I say why you didn't tell before now not reply plz take action.

                      I had bought a second-hand fridge and a washing machine from a local dealer as below details. This is fraud and sold me non functioning items for inr10000.

                      I had found above contact via a quikr ad and bought fridge and washing machine of rs. 10000. I have the receipt from the person. These items are not functioning after day 1. I have been calling the person from multiple nos multiple times by many no's. But he is not providing any service in order to repair both items.
                      Its been a month i have purchased this and now he says that it is out of warranty. This person is a fraud. I don't know if it comes under a crime category but this person has done a fraud and sold me nonfunctioning items.

                        Dear team,

                        I availed at home diva services on 19th aug'17. That lady did detan facial and hairspa. That facial turned my face darker and because of the hair spa i had fever and prolonged cough and cold.

                        After doing these services they charged me 1700 and 2100 rs. I paid for this services as the incharge rosy from athome diva promised me that these kind of issues will not happen in future and she told they will take much more care.

                        I paid the full package amount of rs.11299 (Initial payment of 3800 on 19th aug and 7499 on 24th aug'17) on 24th aug'17.

                        Today, on 2nd sep'17, they sent their colleague to do waxing for my face. I really wonder whether that lady is know to do these services.

                        She cut my half eyebrow and my marriage is on 8th sep'17. Within 5 days of time, it is not possible to correct my eyebrows.

                        Please take necessary actions against at home diva and quikr.

                          I rakesh lashkari has purchased premium plan from quikr from the account manager [protected]@quikr.co.in i. E laxman gore
                          [protected] and paid rs 1500, i have paytm reciept also for he same. Now he has listed my ad in free ads even though i have paid 90 days premium amount and it is showing 10 credits in my account. I have contacted since days to him and even contacted quikr customer staff, quickr support, quikr management, quikr premium support staff but no one is taking action, they are telling we are escalating the issue to the your account manager and then finish the call. I hear this since 10 days and no acccount manager is solving my problem.

                          I want my money back, i have not paid for free ads, i have paid for premium ads.

                            Quikr has taken sofa set from us on august 14, 2017 but we are still waiting for our money which quikr received from the buyer on august 13, 2017. We have not seen such a fraud company in my life.

                            Request all the customer not to sell any items through quikr as they are most corrupt people and management is worst.

                            Their customer care executive behaviour is worst at all and every executive communicate that he is boss of the company and there is not escalation matrix in the company.

                                I have purchase mi max second hand mobile from seller in delhi through online quikr.com on 10.08.16 for rs.8, 000/- mobile delivered on 18.08.16. When i opening the box i found crack on display & data cable wire is also broken. So i want refund. If refund is not given i will file case against the seller.

                                  I applied for a job. And it was an online job which was home based and they received deposit from me to provide me a laptop in which i can work. But they took a lot time providing me the job even by taking deposit, they were wasting my time and money. After all this i asked for refund, and now they call me each day and send me back by giving different reasons to not get the deposit. They also threat me to not give my deposit back as i am really young and paid the deposit by convincing my parents. I don't know what to do now. That company name is 'universal co. Op pvt ltd.co. It is situated in thane : teen hath naka. I hope to get justice. The employee who threaten me was named sameer.

                                    I was returned a damaged item by quikr, for which i had filed a complaint (Ticket no. [protected]) it's been 3 weeks now and i have still not received my rightful money back and they have my product as well. All i have been getting is multiple calls trying to persuade me to take back the refurbished (Repaired) product, while no one is taking cognizance of the mistake committed by the logistics team. This is an act of fraud as they have a cashback policy if the item is damaged by them in the transit.

                                      I have not received cashback on this order i have applied coupon code then also.
                                      Have emailed quikr doorstep many times & called them then also my issue is not resolved.
                                      What kind of service is this.
                                      I feel cheated as i have done shopping of more then 10000rs & still have not received cashback.
                                      I have sent screenshot as proof to quikr doorstep & other departments then also my issue is not resolved.
                                      So resolve this issue fast

                                      Paytm has confirmed that I have not received 500rs Cashback and they told me to ask quikr about this.
                                      They told it's Quikr India who has to give Cashback.
                                      But still my issue is NOT Resolved.
                                      More than 1 Month has gone.
                                      Very Bad Customer Service by Quikr.
                                      I am attaching a proof of this.

                                        I placed order on 20 aug 2017 sunday, they people are continuously fooling me by saying that they would deliver item on 22nd aug, then 24 aug, etc etc.. I had to cancel my plans just to stay at hjome for thei delivery, now they are saying that they will deliver item on sep 1 2017.
                                        I am not even able to cancel the order.
                                        Even after strictly confirming with them they aren't following their words.
                                        Its so much frustrating. I wanted that item urgently.

                                        I buy an iPhone from a seller on quikr.
                                        He tell all details about the phone and then I ordered it.
                                        When I got the delivery and open it I find that I got a clone.
                                        I want to the shop and they confirmed that it's a clone.
                                        So want my money back and return this phone to the seller
                                        I wanted to rent a room.

                                        I contact this broker from quicker.
                                        He showed us a room. We liked it and made a payment.
                                        when the electrician went to fix ac connection he says that the electric connection of the flat is hooked from some where. Then the landlord said that they already told the broker about this dispute but the broker didn't told us.
                                        The landlord contact the electric office but they kept us waiting for more than two months.
                                        Now the landlord is ready to return our money as we cannot rent the flat.
                                        But the broker refuses to return the money.
                                        So clearly he did a fraudulent act.
                                        He took Rs. 6000/- from us.
                                        I am writing this to inform that this broker is a fraud.
                                        I don't know if I will ever get money back or not.
                                        But he will keep doing this with innocent people.
